제주도 연안 정치망 어장은 파도가 세고 조류도 비교적 발라 어구를 대형화 하기가 어렵다. 따라서 각망어구의 대부분은 소형의 원통그물과 짧은 길그물로 구성되어 있어서 어군이 입ㆍ출망이 쉽고 망내에서 체류하는 시간도 짧은 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 입망된 어군을 망내에 장시간 체류시키는 데는 각망의 여러부분 중에서 원통그물의 입구의 구조가 중요하다. (중략)

본 논문은 딥러닝을 이용하여 대장통과시간(Colon Transit Time, CTT) 검사를 위한 단순복부 X-Ray 영상에서 방사선 비투과성 표지자(Radio-opaque Marker)를 자동으로 검출하는 기법을 제시한다. 대장통과시간 검사는 대장의 운동질환을 평가하는데 있어 가장 기본적인 방법으로 특히 만성 변비증 환자의 병태생리에 따른 유형 분류와 치료 계획을 설정하는데 큰 도움을 주고 있으며, 내과적 또는 외과적 치료 후 평가에도 유용한 검사이다. 대장통과시간 검사는 방사선 비투과성 표지자가 내재되어 있는 캡슐을 복용한 뒤 주기적으로 단순복부 X-Ray 촬영을 통해 구간별로 남아있는 표지자의 수를 세고, 이를 통해 구역별 통과시간을 측정한다. 이 과정에서 판독의가 직접 표지자의 위치 및 개수를 세기 때문에 많은 시간이 필요하게 된다. 따라선 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 딥러닝 기법을 사용하여 X-Ray 영상 내에서 표지자의 위치를 자동 파악하는 기법을 제시한다.

An orienteering is a sport that play with a map, a compass and a point map. However, it is difficult to measure the number of steps and the play time accurately. In this paper, we develop the Orienteering application to integrate the essential function for the orienteering sport. since the integrated UI display the map, the compass and the number of step at the same time, it is easy for an user to watch the progress of the orienteering and improve the accuracy by measuring the steps and the play time.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the style of trousers of Koguryo(高句麗). Trousers of Koguryo were called Go(袴: trousers) and those had various forms according to the shape of gusset(dang, 糖), width and length of the trousers. Commonly the trousers that had worn by Koguryo people had gausset in those bottom not to be shown hip. The gausset was cut triangle or square so if a person wear the trouser with the triangular gausset, the trouser has a pointed hip. Sometimes the trousers had non pointed hips were dicovered in the wall-paintings of the Koguryo tombs, they are thought the trousers that had no gaussets or square one. And also there were another trousers that had wide/narrow legs and long/short legs. Trousers of wide legs were called Gwango(寬袴) and narrow legs Sego(細袴). Gwango(寬袴) grew wider over time and in the late age, the trousers were called Daegugo(大口袴) with wide ends were worn. Trousers were also decorated elaborately with patches on the edges, leg ties, vents, etc.

Characteristics of the vortex structure and the secondary scour at downstream part of the hydraulic structure such as drainage sluice or spillway ere studied. Mean shear velocity in the scour hole could be derived by the theory of energy conservation and the amount of a vortex erosion could be obtained using entrainment equation for given value of a shear velocity. Comparison of erosion rates with others showed a large value at low shear velocity due to the continuous and strong upward flow of the macroturbulence different from the conventional vortex formed in the lee-side of a sand ripple. For a design purpose, if the flow depth at the end of an apron and the properties of bed material are given, the amount of vortex erosion can be known.

The illustrations in elementary science textbooks and experimental workbooks based on the 7th national curriculum were analyzed for gender-role stereotyping, and compared with those of the 6th curriculum. The frequencies of men and women who appeared on text illustrations were counted and the types of roles assigned to males and females were investigated. The results were as follows. 1) The 7th national curriculum textbooks contained double the numer of illustrations in the textbooks based on the 6th curriculum. 2) Boys and girls were illustrated in 'learning activities' with equal frequency, but boys were more frequently represented than girls in illustrations of 'other' activities. 3) Both boys and girls were generally depicted in 'active' processes and the ratio of 'passive girl' illustrations decreased as compared with the 6th national curriculum. 4) Male adults were more frequently represented than female adults in both textbooks and experimental workbooks. 5) 40% of female adults were illustrated doing housework, while male adults were rarely illustrated in such a role.

As a private school and a library in the Enlightenment Period of Korea, Woo-Hyun Seoru(友弦書樓) was established between 1904 - March 1905 by Lee, Dong Jin who had a will and provided a economic support for it and his son Lee, Il Woo had founded and operated it and it seemed to be closed in 1911. By this time, Woo-Hyun Seoru has been underestimated or ignored in the history of libraries in Korea. This study tried to investigate 8 aspects of Woo-Hyun Seoru as a modern library including the subject and purpose of establishment, the date of establishment, the location and buildings, the collection development and the acquisition methods, the user group and the important users, the library activities, the process of closure, and the moving path of the collections after the closure of Woo-Hyun Seoru. To do this, the articles of newspaper, periodicals, and academic journals, the relating documents and Sung Nam Se Go(城南世稿) written by Dong Jin Lee, Il Woo Lee and their descendants and colleagues were analyzed.

Integrase MJ1 from the bacteriophage ${\Phi}FC1$ carries out recombination between two DNA sequences (the phage attachment site, attP and the bacterial attachment site, attB) in NIH3T3 mouse cells. In this study, the integration vector containing attP, attB and the integrase gene MJ, was constructed. The integration mediated by integrase MJ1 in Escherichia coli led to excision of LacZ. Therefore, the frequency of integration was measured by the counting of the white colony, which is detectable on X-Gal plates. The extrachromosomal integration in NIH3T3 mouse cells was monitored by the expression of the green fluorescent protein (GFP) as a reporter. To demonstrate integration mediated integrase MJ1 in NIH3T3 cells, vectors containing attP and attB were co-transfected into NIH3T3 cells. The integration was confirmed by fluorescent microscopy. The expression of GFP was induced in NIH3T3 cells expressing MJ1 without accessory factors. By contrast, the excision mediated by the MJ1 between attR and attL had no effect on the expression of GFP. These results suggest that integrase MJ1 may enable a variety of genomic modifications for research and therapeutic purposes in higher living cells.

A Study on the choice of proper region for moving cage culture facilities were carried out in the South Sea of Korea. Optimum temperatures of habitats for cage culture fishes, Sebastes schlegeli, Paralichthys olivaceus, Seriola quinqueradiata, Lateolabrax japonicus, Pagrus major, Takifugu vermicularis, and Mugil cephalus were 18~26$^{\circ}C$, 10~$25^{\circ}C$, 15~29$^{\circ}C$, 15~29$^{\circ}C$, 15~3$0^{\circ}C$, 15~$25^{\circ}C$, and 19~27$^{\circ}C$, respectively. In winter, wintering regions for continuous growth of fishes were proper around Komundo, Sorido, Soimal, Gadukdo and Chejudo for Paralichthys olivaceus and Lateolabrax japonicus, while Seoguipo and Udo for Seriola quinqueradiata, Pagrus major and Takifugu vermicularis. Sanji was not proper for wintering region because variation of water temperature is large by effect of strong northwestern wind. Wintering regions of Sebastes schlegeli and Mugil cephalus were not in the south of Korea. In summer, proper regions for fishes to avoid from damage by red tide were Komundo and around Chejudo. No red tide has occurred in these regions for 6 years. Mokpo and Yoja Bay were not proper for moving region because the former had strong tides and the latter had only one exit out of the bay which made it impossible to move cages in other route when dangerous red tides burst into.

Wistar rats were induced of Pneumowstis cayinii infection by injection with methyl-prednisolone to correlate the cyst counts and numbers of nuclei. Seven sections of the lungs were examined by impression smears and also whole lung homogenates were screened for nucleus counting for each rat. At the first week of the experiment, all of the Impression smears except one were cyst negative but trophic forms were counted around 106. At the third week, the cysts appeared one per 20 Immersion oil lens fields. The nuclei were on the order of 107 at this period, and this amount of Pc is regarded as the limit of cyst detection on Impression smears. When the nuclei were over 109 in the lungs, the cysts were counted about 50 in 20 microscopic fields. The organisms were distributed in the lungs without any predilection focus. The present data suggest that the trophic forms, proliferate first and the cysts appear later in the lungs.
