This paper analyzes the social cohesion effects of creative industrial as a core role player of emerging new economic paradigm of the creative economy using the case of Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA) that is a typical cluster of creative industries in Korea. This study reclassified the creative industries in a Korean context into 13 industries in 6 sectors. Based on this reclassification, the study found out that the spatial pattern of creative industries in SMA is spatially much differentiated in terms of specialization, which demands more differentiated cluster strategy with different policy mix. This paper also investigates the social cohesion effects of creative industries using structural equation modelling. It turns out that the growth of creative industries is likely to contribute to the regional development capacity and also to provide positive effects on various aspects of the social cohesion.

This study will analyze what is favorable of urban structure in order to introduce new transit system like bi-modal tram. As a reasonable transport mode in a city, the bi-modal tram needs to be considered with respect to the space structural pattern and city growth process. The result of this study may provide the basic resource that helps transport decision makers to decide how to introduce bi-modal tram by considering the urban structural characteristics. Also, the results that analyzed a functional characteristic of a bi-modal tram with a effective urban polices will be informative for practical use.

태양광 발전산업에서 현재 주류인 결정 실리콘 태양전지의 변환효율은 꾸준히 향상되고 있으나, 태양전지의 가격이 매년 서서히 하강되고 있는 실정에서 결정질 실리콘 가격의 상승 등으로 부가가치창출에 어려움이 있으며, 생산 원가를 낮출 수 있는 태양전지 제조기술로는 2세대 태양전지로 불리는 박막형이 현재의 대안이며, 특히 에너지 변환 효율과 생산 원가에서 장점이 있는 것이 CIGS 박막 태양전지로 판단된다. 화합물반도체 베이스인 CIGS 박막태양전지는 연구실에서는 세계적으로 20.3% 높은 효율을 보고하고 있으며, 모듈급에서도 13% 효율로 생산이 시작되고 있다. 국내에서도 연구실 규모 뿐만 아니라 대면적(모듈급) CIGS 박막 태양전지 증착용 장비, 제조공정 등의 기술개발이 진행되고 있다. CIGSe2를 광흡수층으로 하는 CIGSe2 박막 태양전지의 구조는 여러 층의 단위박막(하부전극, 광흡수층, 버퍼층, 상부투명전극)을 순차적으로 형성시켜 만든다. 이중에 하부전극은 Mo 재료을 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착하여 주로 사용한다. 하부전극은 0.24 Ohm /cm2 정도의 전기적 특성이 요구되며, 주상조직으로 성장하여야 하며, 고온 안정성 확보를 위하여 기판과의 밀착성이 좋아야하고 또한 레이저 패턴시 기판에서 잘 떨어져야 하는 특성을 동시에 가져야 한다. 그리고 CIGSe2의 광흡수층 제조시 셀렌화 공정에서 100 nm 이하의 MoSe2 두께를 갖도록 해야하며, 이는 CIGSe2 박막태양전지의 Rs 값을 줄여 Ohmic 접촉을 향상시키는데 기여한다. 본 연구에서는 CIGSe2 박막태양전지에서 요구되는 하부전극 Mo 박막의 제작과 CIGSe2 박막태양전지 전체공정에 적용후의 MoSe2/Mo 박막특성에 대해서 연구결과들을 논하고자 한다.

We investigated change of crystal structure, surface morphology and crystal orientation of the electrodeposited film from dispersed $SiO_2$ suspensions (colloidal silica) copper sulfate bath and arse corrosion potentials and physical specific properties. As addition of colloidal silica in copper electrolytic hath, the crystal Particles on filial was fined-down, made uniform and account of particles were increased. Hardness of copper electrodeposited film ascended about 15% and (111), (200) and (311) plane of X-ray diffraction patterns were almost swept away, so preferred orientation chanced from (111) to (110) plane. Also, corrosion potential of electrodeposited copper film was noble with colloidal silica addition.

The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)', 'consumer needs analysis (0.0534)', 'consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)' and 'other platform-linked service development (0.0450)', in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem.

This study was carried into execution to analyze Spatial Characteristics of Seoul Business Services Cluster in circumstance of local economic development led by knowledge-intensive business services. The analysis was performed for industrial agglomeration and companies' linkage and network. As the result, there are three business services cluster, including the largest one in Gang-Nam Gu, Seoul, and for last 10 years, there has been increasing development of business services cluster. In the meanwhile, their linkage and network have not been performed briskly. Therefore, from now on, a plan that can help companies' linkage and network performed inside of cluster to have active and international structure has to be considered in cluster policy.

Aiming to reveal the employment evolution around interstate highway corridors, an extended shift-share analysis is conducted for metropolitan areas in two interstate highway corridors on the U.S. east coast: I-95 and I-85. Our focus is on knowledge service sectors, specifically finance, insurance, business services and health services for two time periods, 1977-1990 and 1990-2005. In the first period, the two corridors' metropolitan areas have outperformed their regions in terms of both output and labor productivity. But this picture turned negative in later period with some variation by industries. Also variation in performance over time was found even in metropolitan areas in the same corridor or in geographically adjacent areas.

This study is about an apparel industry in Guro-Gasan where is growing up to the one of the apparel industry cluster beyond an agglomeration in Seoul. The purpose of this study is twofold: (1) to define industrial functions and roles of Guro-Gasan in a value chain of the apparel industry; and (2) to understand whether an industrial cluster is built on the local networks. This study reviewed formation and transitions of its local industries and industrial size, characteristics, spatial distribution and spatial properties using GIS analysis and field surveys. Through in-depth interviews, it analyzed the production system and spatial dispersion of the value chain to understand its functions and roles.

Sandbox game users can double their satisfaction by re-creating a variety of play patterns. This creative process is due to the expansion of play through 'customizing' and 'action autonomy'. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural limitations of freedom of online game. In a standalone game, the scalability due to the degree of freedom gives the user a strong motivation for world persistence. On the other hand, in online sandbox games such as MMORPG, it is confirmed that the goal-oriented tendency to gain advantage is the inherent limit of the freedom and expandability of the sandbox game. In this study, it is suggested that the cause and limit of growth of online-based sandbox game can be offset by the optimal solution factor.

외환위기 이후 IT는 우리 경제의 견인차로 인식되어 왔으나 2000년대 초두의 IT 버블 붕괴 이후 극심한 성장정체를 겪으면서 일부 학자 및 정책입안자를 중심으로 IT 역할에 대한 회의론적 시각이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지난 2~3년간의 각종 경제지표를 볼 때, IT는 여전히 우리 경제에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래사회에의 대응을 위해서도 IT에 대한 관심 제고가 무엇보다도 절실한 시점이라 하겠다. 특히, 스마트폰의 등장에 따라 스마트폰 환경에 최적화된 다양한 애플리케이션의 등장과 이를 이용한 모바일 서비스의 보급 확산으로 IT 기기 및 서비스 산업의 경쟁구조에 근본적인 변화가 발생하면서 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드마저 위협받고 있는 시점이어서 더욱 그렇다. 스마트폰의 등장으로 국가경쟁력 결정 패턴이 노동과 자본 등 전통적인 생산요소에 기반한 개별 산업분야의 경쟁우위를 기초로 결정되던 형태에서 감성과 창의성 등 소프트 파워의 보유 정도에 따라 결정되는 형태로 전환되었다는 점에서 R&D전략에 있어서도 중요한 전환점을 맞고 있다고 보여진다. 또한, 산업사회와 정보사회에 이어 급격한 기술혁신에 따른 기술간 및 산업간 융합의 정도가 산업 전반의 경쟁구도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 대부분의 전문가들이 예견하고 있으나, 산업현장이나 기술분야에서 실제적으로 발생되는 융합의 양상은 그다지 신속하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 기술간 및 산업간 융합촉진을 통한 전산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 R&D 방향 모색이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 스마트폰의 등장에 따른 IT산업의 경쟁구도 변화와 글로벌 기업들의 전략, 대응방향 등을 살펴보는 한편 IT의 전반적인 활용도 증가에 따라 더욱 가속화될 것으로 전망되는 기술간 및 산업간 융합시대에 대응한 IT R&D 방향을 살펴본다. 이는 궁극적으로 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드 이미지의 고착화 전략인 동시에 IT 기반의 융합을 촉진시킴으로써 스마트한 IT Korea라는 국가적 미래비전을 달성해 나가기 위한 방향이 될 것이다.
