The purpose of this study is to find out the changing trajectory of online game use as the development of early adolescences. It is also to explore whether the self-control has a current and a lag effect on the game use while development of students. We found these results: (a) There is a statically significant individual variability in initial levels and rates of change in online game use over time. The change of trajectory is declined. (b) Boys also have higher rate of the change in using game than girls over time. (c) Both initial state and changing rate of online game use affects negatively the academic achievement. (d) Current effect always supports, but lag effect does not support except the period from last elementary school grade to middle school grade as explanations for the developmental relation between self-control and online game use in young adolescents.

The Material·Part·Equipment industry is mostly an industry centered on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and is an important industry for revitalizing the local economy, which is the source of manufacturing competitiveness. In this study, we tried to derive the implications necessary for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries by analyzing the competitiveness of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. To this end, we analyzed the industrial development stage and competitiveness of each region (Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, and Chungbuk) based on business scale factor, industrial growth rate, industrial specialization, and regional competitiveness for the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region. Using data such as the number of employees, the number of businesses, and the amount of production in 2014 and 2019, significant industrial groups by region were identified considering the level of industrial specialization and regional competitiveness. In addition, by identifying the positions of these significant industrial groups in the stage of industrial development, suggestions for the development of the Material·Part·Equipment industries in the Chungcheong region were presented.

정부는 4월23일 오전 비상경제대책회의(대통령 주재, 청와대)에서 "해운산업 경쟁력 강화방안"을 확정한 뒤 공식발표했다. 동 방안은 "해운업 구조조정 추진방향"의 후속조치로서 우리나라 해운산업의 위기를 조기에 극복하고, 지속가능한 성장기반을 확충하여 세계 5대 해운강국으로 도약하기 위한 추진전략 등을 포함하고 있다. 다음은 정부가 발표한 '해운산업 경쟁력 강화방안'을 정리한 것이다.

기계공업은 일반기계, 정밀기계, 수송기계, 전기기계, 조립금속제품으로 구성되는 광범위한 산업 이다. 그 중에서도 일반기계공업은 공작기계, 냉동공조기계, 건설\ulcorner광산기계, 섬유기계,식품가공 기계,제지기계 등의 생산설비를 말하며 대표적인 자본재산업이라고 할 수 있다. 일반기계는 생 산기반 설비로서 제조업의 성장발전과 구조 고도하에 기여하며 국가 경쟁력 기반을 구축하는 요소로서 단기간 내에 경쟁력 확보가 어려운 산업이다. 그러나 일정한 경쟁력만 갖추면 수출산 업화가 용이하고 후발계도국이 따라 오기 힘든 산업으로서 반드시 육성해야만 하는 산업이다. 우 리나라의 경우 기계공업 중에서도 일반기계를 제외한 다른 부문은 어느 정도 국제경제력을 확 보하고 있으므로 여기서는 향후 집중적 육성이 필요한 일반기계에 한정하여 현황과 발전방향을 서술하고자 한다.
