본 논문에서는 매 단계마다 실시되는 여러 사용성 테스트들 중 프로토타입의 사용성 테스트에 초점을 두었다. 또한 휴리스틱 평가 방법에 기초 하여 사용성 평가 과정에서 이용할 수 있는 체크리스트를 설계하였다. 이 체크리스트를 '천연화장품' 전자상거래 사이트의 사용성 평가 과정에 적용한 결과 사용자의 생각을 정확하게 유도해내고 즉각적으로 피드백하여 제작 기간을 단축시키는데 효과적으로 사용되었다.

An unrecorded species of Oldenlandia brachypoda DC. is newly reported from Seogwipo-si, Jejudo, This species is distinguished from Oldenlandia diffusa, the related taxa by the surface and length of the pedicel, the number of flowerd, the shape of the calyx and capsule. The new Korean name 'je-ju-baeg-un-pul', was given considering the collect locality. The illustration, description and key of characters are provided.

In this study, we examined the effects of molecular weight, concentrations and treat the duration of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in vitro maturation (IVM) medium (Experiment 1), and the effect of PVP in IVM, in vitro fertilization (IVF) and in vitro culture (IVC) medium on the development and cell number of porcine embryos (Experiment 2). The base mediums were NCSU 23 solution for IVM, mTBM solution for IVF and PZM3 solution for IVC. In experiment 1, the development rates to 2 cell and blastocyst stage were not differ from the different molecular weight (MW), concentration and duration of PVP in IVM medium. However, the hatching rate of blastocyst was significantly higher in the group of MW 40,000, 0.5% and $0{\sim}44hr$ than in the other groups (p<0.05). In experiment 2, the results of IVM, IVF and IVC medium with (W) or without (W/O) 0.5% MW 40,000 PVP are follows. The development rate to 2 cell stage was highest in the group of W-W/O-W (p<0.05). The development rate to blastocyst and hatching rate was higher in the group of W-W/O-W and W-W/O-W/O than that of other treatments (p<0.05).

Histological study and gonadosomatic index (GSI) to investigate an exact reproductive cycle of Korean loach Kichulchoia multifasciata, were conducted throughout a year from December 2011 to December 2012. The stage of ovarian and testicular development was divided into four phases: a growing phase (November to March the following year), a spawning phase (April~May), a degeneration phase (May~June), a resting phase (June to November). The peak of the spawning period in male and female appears between April to May, having water temperature $12.7^{\circ}C$ and day length over 13 hours. These results were consistent well with a histological study.

Interfacial and microfailure properties of the modified steel, carbon and glass fibers/cement composites were investigated using electro-pullout test under tensile and compressive tests with acoustic emission (AE). The hand-sanded steel composite exhibited higher interfacial shear strength (IFSS) than the untreated and even neoalkoxy zirconate (Zr) treated steel fiber composites. This might be due to the enhanced mechanical interlocking, compared to possible hydrogen or covalent bonds. During curing process, the contact resistivity decreased rapidly at the initial stage and then showed a level-off. Comparing to the untreated case, the contact resistivity of either Zr-treated or hand-sanded steel fiber composites increased to the infinity at latter stage. The number of AE signals of hand-sanded steel fiber composite was much more than those of the untreated and Zr-treated cases due to many interlayer failure signals. AE waveforms for pullout and frictional signals of the hand-sanded composite are larger than those of the untreated case. For dual matrix composite (DMC), AE energy and waveform under compressive loading were much higher and larger than those under tensile loading, due to brittle but well-enduring ceramic nature against compressive stress. Vertical multicrack exhibits fur glass fiber composite under tensile test, whereas buckling failure appeared under compressive loading. Electro-micromechanical technique with AE can be used as an efficient nondestructive (NDT) method to evaluate the interfacial and microfailure mechanisms for conductive fibers/brittle and nontransparent cement composites.

Stomach contents of Hexagrammos otakii collected from mid-western coast of Korea were analysed to determine dietary composition, and ontogenetic and temporal dietary variations. Fish total length (TL) ranged between 5.6 and 32.4 cm. H. otakii primarily consumed amphipods, carid shrimps and teleosts, but also ate various benthic crustaceans and other invertebrates with small amounts. Carid shrimps and teleosts dominated the diet of both immature and mature fishes. Amphipods and polychaetes were secondary, and the former more frequently consumed by smaller specimens, while the latter was more abundant in the diets of larger fishes. DISTLM (distance-based linear modelling) showed diet composition of H. otakii varying significantly with TL, season and water temperature, but did not with maturity.

A Study was conducted by using a histological method to examine gonadal development in diploid and triploid mud loach, Misgurnus mizolepis. Shape of ovaries from both groups looked like a single mass however, size of triploid ovary was significantly smaller than that of diploid ovary. Testis of triploid was also similar that of diploid in shape, but it was smaller than that of diploid. Ovarian development and oogenesis in diploid were significantly more rapid than those process in triploid, and first matured eggs were observed 100-days after hatching (SL, 5.68cm). Triploid ovary from hatching to 9-month-old had external appearance of undeveloped gonad and a few of oocytes of perinucleolus stage. However, normal matured eggs like those of female diploid were observed in one 5year-old triploid fish ovary examined. Although testicular development and sperrnatogenesis of diploid were prosperous sexually, testicular development of triploid were rather retarded compare to their male diploid counterpart in spermatogenesis.

In order to obtain the basic information for seedling production of surf clam, Spisula sachalinensis, annual reproductive cycle was investigated from March 1994 to May 1995. S. sachalinensis was dioecious. The gonads are located between the digestive diverticula and muscle tissue of the foot. The condition factor was reached its maximum (0.19) in June, and then decreased to 0.16 in July. In November, the value was the lowest and then increased slowly. The age and minimum size for sexual maturation were 2 years old and about 50 mm in shell length, respectively. However, less than $10\%$ of sexually undifferentiated individuals were larger than 80 mm in shell length. On the other hand, the size of mature oocytes was ranged to $50\~60{\mu}m$ in diameter and testis-ova was observed in testis of the mature stage. Annual reproductive cycle could be classified into five successive stages : multiplicative (October to January), growing (February to April), mature (April to June), spawning (June and July) and degenerative and resting (August and September) stages.

The mature spores of present Myxobolus sp. was ovoid in front view with no distinct redges of folds, lemon-shaped in side view with a straight sutural ridge. Spore valves showed symmetrical and smooth. Spores were 9 to $12{\mu}m$ (Mean=$10.4{\pm}0.7$, n=50)in length, 6 to $9{\mu}m$ (Mean=$7.7{\pm}0.6$, n=50) in width and 5.0 to $7.5{\mu}m$ (Mean=6.2, n=7) in thickness. Two polar capsules of spore were pyriform in shape, equal or mearly equal in size, 3 to $6{\mu}m$(Mean=$4.6{\pm}0.6$, n=50) in length, 2 to $3{\mu}m$(Mean=$2.2{\pm}0.3$, n=50) in width, Polar filaments of spore were composed with six to seven coils within capsules. Extended polar filaments were 55 to $135{\mu}m$ (Mean=78.7, n=50)in length. The shape and measurements of the present Mysobolus sp. spores were very similar with the spore of M. cyprinicola Reuss, 1906.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social support on career maturity and self-reliance of inmates in a juvenile reformatory. This survey was administered to the adolescents in S juvenile reformatory, which represents juvenile reformatory across the nation. Statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 for 115 complete responses. Results are as follows: First, the effects of social support on career maturity was found to be statistically significant, $R^2=.411$, p<.001. That is, support by friends and religious program personnel remained a significant influence on career maturity, after controlling for sociodemographic variables. Second, the effects of social support on self-reliance was also found to be statistically significant, $R^2=.520$, p<.001. It was shown that the support of friends and family as dependent variables, had statistically significant effects on self-reliance. The results of this study suggest the need to expand programs that reinforce support by friends, a meaningful variable, along with the need to seek and link available resources within the local community in order to build social support systems. It is also necessary to establish education and related organizations to provide effective socail support.
