  • In this paper I proved that the intention of the movie is to put the reader at the crossroads of choice, which is still in progress, in this context confirmed that the storytelling is very enlightening and popular. This was demonstrated by the thing of making a story the charactor's Affects process itself in the story and a change in the point of view from witness to participant in the discourse. Jang Hoon seeks to reconstruct the Gwangju Democratic Movement through Kim Man-seop, a character who now lives here with trauma. Faced with a sympathetic message from a common and familiar figure around us, such as a taxi driver, it should be said that the goal was to get the audience to accept past gruesome incidents as part of us. The film uses Affects as a way to make the 1980s "Them" become "we" and replace the 37-year-old incident with our modern story. Soon, the film's intention is to turn Gwangju's Democratic movement from "There, Their Story" to "Here, Our Story." That's why popular storytelling was needed and concluded that it was the popularity the film acquired.

  • Discussion of facial image of the movie starts is recognized as an art movie that started from silent film period. Critical discussions on the facial image initiated with the emergence of 'close-up' are performed in the context to claim the superiority of close-up format. Therefore, the trend of critical discussion on the facial image differs from two perspectives to perceive close-up in this era. The first perspective is to privilege both face and close-up since close-up is recognized as the unique tool to realize the face considering close-up as the independent body to have new aesthetic feasibility of the movie. The second perspective is to consider close-up as one of the plots in the movie language to complete its narration. In this case, it is perceived as just a short, which has no differentiation from the others, as long as the facial image does not interfere the completeness of the narration, because the characteristics of close-up to highlight the subject more than the other short is not recognized as the unique form to complete the movie, and because it has the meaning only when the subject and the format aim to maintain the completeness of the narration.

  • This paper analyzes Korean aesthetic characteristics of Korean independent animation, which is closely related to artistic and social characteristics, by searching Korean independent animation image for the winner of "Indie AniFest", the only independent animation film festival in Korea. And social communication methods. There are three ways in which Korean Independence Animation shows the way of speaking through award-winning works. The first is a method of expressing feelings, impulses, and desires in a formative way, and a direct and sensuous image as in sign language or sound. In the second method of speaking differently with images, in the third method, It makes the voice of the fringe through the real world of the story sound as a story of reality. Animation is a medium that 'originalizes and communicates meaning' as an image, and has implemented and constructed a new way of speaking, which is different from existing social voices. Nevertheless, it is not easy to find a research that approaches animation from the viewpoint of social and political speech through images. Therefore, this paper is necessary for the balanced development of animation. In addition, this study can contribute to re - examining Korean independent animation from an academic point of view and to discover and evaluate fair value from a wider perspective.

  • In this research, we investigated the effect of a mentoring program implemented in science classrooms taught by beginning teachers in order to support their professional development. As a baseline data, we examined the characteristics of beginning science teachers' teaching. Then we explored any changes in mentee teachers' teaching with the implementation of a mentoring program. The three mentor-mentee pairs participated in this study. We explored six teachers' classroom teaching episodes with their videotaped classroom teaching. Using open-ended interviews and group discussions taking place on a regular basis to analyze and compare classes of six teachers, we extracted the beginning teachers' teaching characteristics in light of teaching strategies. The common features of the participated mentee teachers' teaching are analyzed in terms of (1) classroom culture and management, (2) classroom discourse, and (3) science experiments. Through mentoring, mentee teachers recognized that increased and enriched classroom dialogues had an effect on students' content understanding. Mentee teachers also acknowledged not only the necessity of laboratory activities but also the roles and ways of managing the science activities. Ways to help beginning teachers develop instructional professionalism are discussed.

It innovatively utilizes podcast, a kind of internet radio format while dealing actively with thorny political issues and scandals in much direct and challenging fashion. Also this program adopts politically-charged parody, sharp critique of current socio-political issues, as well as lively dialogues through which the program provides both acute political awareness and entertainment. As a new kind of talk show and an alternative media form, this program has gained much popularity and attention since its appearance. • This study analysed the narrative of and , two history documentary broadcasted on KBS, in terms of story-telling and discourse. And it also examined whether TV as mass media could provide an alternative interpretation against the dominant historical awareness. As a result, both programmes showed limitations on representing subversive point of view to the dominant ideology. At the story-telling level, firstly, they represented in a way of male-hero narrative though they were describing the history of woman, and while representing woman as a public figure they eliminated her feminity and individuality. Secondly, before evaluating woman as a historic figure they previously appreciated her appearance in a male-point of view. Thirdly, although they were telling the story of woman in a political view, they focused on love triangle, therefore failed to make her as a public figure. The discourses of both programmes were anchoring the existing historical interpretation instead of offering an alternative historical imagination. The narrator who were telling history at the studio in a omniscient viewpoint took a role as a meaning definer, placed at the highest rank in the hierarchy of discourse structure. Especially in , the dramatized images to cover lack of visual data helped anchor the patriarchal narrative and reduced the possibility of subversive interpretation on historic figure.

  • In a broad range of socio-economic and political systems, we could be able to say that the common and highest goal of all nations is the well-being of the people. From this point of view, it can be seen that two significant historic developments were achieved in the 20th century. One was the maximization of productivity through the socially efficient distribution of resources and the other was the concept of national welfare, which assumes social responsibility for the basic livelihood of human beings. In this point, it is need not only to strengthen economic wealth, but also to redistribute resources equitably. Efficiency and equity, economic and growth, and national welfare emphasize the above-mentioned principle, but they are deeply interdependent in that the well-being of the people cannot be guaranteed in the presence of only one of those. This study aims to find out the equilibrium point those problems in the productive welfare policy in Korea. Finally, it is necessary to develop productive welfare systems in order to solve the issues well.
