A study on Risk-based Bridge Performance Evaluation Method for Asset Management (위험도 개념을 적용한 교량 자산관리의 성능평가방법 연구)

  • Generally, asset management procedure consists of exact information collection, decision of service level, analysis of aspiration level, analysis of financial condition and available budget, preparation of asset management plan, and value of modified asset. In this study, for the risk-based asset management, condition assessment and performance measuring, assessment of failure modes and risks, evaluation/selection of treatment options, and implementation of optimum solution are additionally included. For this, bridge inventory and performance measure considering risks are classified and method of quantitative/qualitative performance measure is suggested. Also, evaluation method of risk analysis for bridge asset management is suggested and basic research is carried out for applicable method of risk-based asset management. Using suggested risk procedure and method of risk-based bridge service level evaluation, it is possible to perform resonable asset management. Moreover, it is concluded that the proposed applicable method of risk-based asset management will provide a solution to contribute the development of systematical asset management for optimal decision making and prototype asset management system.

  • 화재가 지속되기 위해서는 화재 3요소 또는 4요소가 충족되어야 하지만 역으로 한 개 이상의 화재 요소를 제어하거나 통제할 경우 화재를 진압할 수 있다. 원자력발전소에서는 화재방호계획에 의해 방화지역마다 화재 요인인 점화원, 가연성물질, 산소 등 지연성가스를 분석하고 연속적인 연소반응을 억제할 수 있도록 화재위험 요인을 관리하고 있다. 최근에는 정량화된 화재위험 분석도구인 화재모델을 활용한 성능기반 화재방호 기술이 원자력발전소의 화재리스크 관리를 위해 도입되고 있다. 성능기반 화재위험 분석 방법은 일반 산업계에서도 사용되고 있으나 원자력발전소의 경우 화재로 유발될 수 있는 원자로 손상 가능성을 수치화하고 통제하기 위하여 위험도정보 활용기술과 성능기반 기술을 통합하여 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 화재요인 관리 방법을 위험도정보 활용기술과 성능기반 화재방호 기술에 의거하여 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 분석의 목적은 원자력발전소의 화재위험 관리 방법을 산업계의 화재방호 전문가들이 공유하고 산업계의 특화된 방법과 원자력발전소의 전문화된 분석기술을 실용화하여 화재리스크를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 마련하기 위한 것이다.

선박 충돌위험도 식별 시스템의 성능 시험

  • 선박이 운항중 타선과의 충돌상황을 효과적으로 신속하게 파악하는 데 도움을 줌으로써 선박 충돌사고를 방지하기 위한 선박충돌위험도 식별시스템을 개발하였다. 지난 연구에서는, 고안된 시스템의 성능을 검증하기 위해 부산항에서 일어난 제품운반선과 화물선간의 충돌사고의 실제 AIS 데이터를 이용한 재생시뮬레이션을 수행한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 선박충돌위험도 식별 시스템의 테스트베드를 구축하였고, 실제 해상에서 AIS 신호를 이용하여 성능을 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 군산항과 인천항의 연안여객선에 테스트베드를 장착하고, 실제 운항중 AIS 정보를 이용하여, 실시간으로 선박충돌위험도 식별시스템의 온보드 시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 선박충돌위험도 식별 시스템의 테스트베드의 특징과, 실제 해상에서 수행된 온보드 시험 결과에 대해 소개하였다.

  • There have been various forms of systems such as a digital speedometer or a black box etc. to meet the social requirement for reducing traffic accidents and safe driving. However that systems are based on after-accident vehicle data, there is limit to prevent the accident before. So in our previous research, by storing, analyzing the Vehicle-dynamic information coming from driver's behavior, we are developing the decision-device which could provide driver with Alerting-Information in real-time to enhance the driver's safety drive. but the performance valuation is not yet executed. Finally, this study developed positional recognition system by using the DGPS for pre-developed risky driving decision device. The result of test analyzed with the same that the aggregated vehicle dynamics data in DGPS and dangerous risky driving decision device. If the performance of risky driving decision device is verified by precisely positional recognition system, the risky driving management of vehicle would be effected.

홈쇼핑 소비자의 쇼핑형태에 따른 태도 분석

  • 국내의 경우 업체별 홈쇼핑의 연평균 판매액 성장률은 1990년대에 들어 매년 50%이상의 성장을 보이고 있고 '98${\sim}$2003년까지는 20%정도 될 것으로 예측한다. 이러한 급성장을 보이는 홈쇼핑에 대해 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 홈쇼핑 속성들이 홈쇼핑 소비자들의 태도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 측정하기 위하여 문헌고찰 및 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 홈쇼핑으로 분류되는 통신판매(카탈로그, DM, 전화, CATV, Internet, TV 등)를 통한 소비자의 태도를 조사히기 위하여 설문지를 구성하고 연구를 진행하였다. 홈쇼핑의 쇼핑행태 속성별 가설을 검정한 결과, 위험지각(성능, 사회적 위험)이 낮을수록, 편리성 지향이 높을수록, 제품구색지향 소비자일수록 홈쇼핑 태도에 정의 영향을 미치고, 쇼핑의 즐거움을 지향하는 소비자일수록 홈쇼핑보다 점포쇼핑을 선호하여 홈쇼핑에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 재무적 위험, 심리적 위험, 가격의식 지향은 홈쇼핑 태도에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 성능의 위험, 편리성 지향, 사회적 위험, 제품구색 지향 순으로 홈쇼핑 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Flame Retardant Performance and Toxicity of the Painting Wood Painted with Flame Retardant Solution (방염처리된 단청목재의 방염성능 및 유독성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, I evaluated toxicity that analyze performance of flame-retardant about flame-retardant painting wood and combustion gas that is based on the toxicity index. Processing condition of flame retardant solution and treatment method of samples didn't affect greatly to performance of flame retardant. Occurrence of combustion gas showed a almost similar result from the sample which spraying flame retardant solution and toxicity corresponds to high level, Hazard Class III, and the flame retardant solution saturation sample which makes put out Hazard Class II which is a low toxicity relatively.

  • 본 연구는 웨어러블 기기를 이용하여 위험 상황을 감지하고 사고 예방에 기여할 방법을 탐색한다. 데이터의 시간 영역과 주파수 영역의 분석을 통해 위험한 상황과 일반적인 상황을 구분하는 성능을 비교한다. 비딥러닝 모델과 딥러닝 모델을 비교 평가하였다. 결과적으로 시간 영역보다 주파수 영역에서 컨볼루션 신경망 모델이 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

  • The final goal of this research is to establish the relative dangerousness D/B for factors on seakeeping performance. This D/B is, essential to develope the seakeeping performance evaluation system built-on-ship. The system is composed of the apparatus for measuring a vertical acceleration to be generated by the ship's motions, computer for calculating the synthetic seakeeping performance index and monitor for displaying the evaluating diagram of navigational safety of ship. In this paper, a methodology on the establishment of the relative dangerousness D/B for factors on seakeeping performance is presented by a numerical simulations, playing an important role on the algorithm of the program for calculating the synthetic seakeeping performance index. Finally, It is investigated whether the relative dangerousness D/B can be realized an accurate values according to the loading conditions, weather conditions, wave directions and present ship's speed of a model ship.

A Study on the Performance-Based Bridge Asset Valuation Methods Considering Hazard (교량의 위험성을 고려한 성능기반 자산가치 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • The valuation of infrastructure assets is typically conducted using the straight-line method, which employs the depreciated replacement cost as a basis. However, this approach has the limitation of failing to accurately reflect the actual value of the facility. In light of these considerations, the performance-based depreciation (PBD) method has been proposed as a means of evaluating the asset value of bridges on the basis of their performance, although it is not designed to take account of the environmental characteristics of individual bridges. This study proposes a hazard-performance based depreciation (HPBD) method that considers the risk level of individual bridges in the PBD method proposed in previous studies. The applicability of the proposed method was evaluated on more than 8,000 bridges. The risk factors for deterioration of bridges were selected, the hazard level of individual bridges was evaluated, and weights based on the hazard level were applied to the PBD method. The evaluation resulted in a present value comparable to that of the PBD method and a relatively high future value. It is postulated that the HPBD method, which considers the risk characteristics of individual bridges, can be used for a more reasonable evaluation and decision-making process.

The Effects of Perceived Risk Affecting Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention in Electronic Commerce Environment (전자상거래 환경에서 지각된 위험이 지각된 가치 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study is to find out how perceived risk elements influence to customer's perceived value and repurchase intention in the electronic commerce environment. To achieve the goal, we set 6 sub-dimension - privacy risk, social risk, time lose risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk - based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established a research model included 2 factors such as perceived value and repurchase intention to measure performance in internet shopping malls. From 174 customers of the electronic commerce shopping malls survey data have been collected and analyzed based on the covariance structural model method. Firstly, four perceived risk characteristics of privacy risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk are significant effect on perceived value. Secondly, perceived value is very significantly related to repurchase intention in electronic commerce shopping malls. Consequently, we discussed the strategies to create perceived value and repurchase intention in electronic commerce environment. Also, we suggested the implications and further research directions.
