In this paper, a new cm (Caller ID) transceiver is introduced for SMS(Short Message Service) and e-mail services by the wire and digital cordless phones in 900MHz like as mobile phones. For this wireless digital cm phone, improved radio transceiver modules is proposed and implementedusing the analysis of data processing errors. As a result, many wireless cm services can be popular without the kind of switching systems.

The Housing Performance Rating System, enacted on 9 January 2006, an active measure containing provisions on improved quality and advanced performance of the Fire-Protection System for equalized ability to secure safety of life to some extent, is a desirable policy in fire-safety regard. The study of theoretical background of each performance rating section for the purpose of active and wide application of The Fire-Protection System category of the Housing Performance Rating System currently in effect internally. In accordance with the result of the study, the reform measures for the currently detailed evaluation criteria have been suggested to improve the performance of the Fire-Protection area of The Housing Performance Rating System currently being in force based on the assumption of prior settlement of the following; upward settlement of the point distribution standards on the performance ratings of each head backed up by an institutional Government policy with overriding priority; and urgently enacted Fire-Protection related laws and regulations.

P-3C/K aircraft for maritime patrols that Republic of Korea Navy is using, is equipped with a variety of sensors and communication devices. Collected data from the aircraft is managed as tactical information by flight operators and stored. When the flight mission is completed, this information is transferred to tactical support center on the ground and played back or used for follow-up work through a analysis tool. During a flight mission, there are tens of thousands of detection objects within an hour in KADIZ (Korea air defense identification zone). In contrast, in TSD (tactical situation display), which displays a map when using the analysis tool, all detected objects are expressed as symbols. The increase in display symbols has a significant impact on the TSD image updating and consequently interferes with the smooth operation of operators. In this paper, we propose applying multiple threads and multiple layers to improve the performance of existing TSD. And the performance improvement is proven through the execution results.

1976년에 실시예정이었던 미국의 타이어 품질등급제(UTQGS)가 79년 3월부터 실시될 것 같다. UTQGS란 ①Tread 마모성능, ②Traction 성능, ③고속성능 등에 대해서 각각의 품질등급을 타이어에 표시할 것을 의무화시켜, 사용자가 타이어를 구입하는 경우 선택하기 쉽도록 편의를 도모하기 위한 목적이다. 이것은 당초 76년 1월부터 실시될 예정이었으나, 주로 Tread 마모성능의 테스트 방법과 표시방법을 둘러싸고 미국 High Way 안전청(NHTSA)과 미국의 타이어 메이커 간에 소송까지 벌어져서 그 실시가 지연되었다. 제1심에서는 타이어 메이커 측이 패소하여 타이어 메이커는 즉시 상소하였으나, 기간 재판의 진행 상태로 보아 UTQGS가 실시될 정망이 농후해졌다. 그러나 NHTSA는 내년부터 실시되는 동법령중에서 Radial을 제외하고 있어서, 세계의 주류로 되어 있는 Radial 타이어를 제외 하는 것은 「UTQGS의 효과를 반감하는 것」이라는 비판이 나오고 있다.

This study is about the description method & scope of maintenability in window components which have been applied to the remodelling work in Apartment Housing. Already we did established the maintenability performance index through the preceding research in recent. It is defined as changeability, prefabrication, coordination. and capacity of performance preservation. As the results of analysys on the performance information that is reported by catalog & internet media, the ratio of adaptation as a maintenabilty performance was revealed to percentage of 11(11%). And as the respects of represented content, majority of the performance information only have dealt with advertising-effect, rather than physical performance make easy to change and separat.
