국제핵융합실험로(ITER) 시험을 위한 한국형 시험증식블랑켓 개념설계 및 성능해석

  • 국제핵융합실험로(ITER)의 3대 목표 중 하나는 핵융합로 개발을 위한 삼중수소증식블랑켓 개념을 시험하고 검증하는 것이며, 이를 위해 시험증식블랑켓(TBM, Test Blanket Module) 프로그램을 마련, 각국이 참여할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 한국도 2012년 국가핵융합위원회 결정에 따라, EU, 일본, 중국, 인도와 함께 TBM 프로그램에 참여하고 있으며, 2021년 설치를 목표로 헬륨냉각 고체증식재 개념의 HCCR (Helilum Cooled Ceramic Reflector) TBM을 설계, 개발하고 있다. 한국형 TBM은 총 4개의 서브모듈과 하나의 후벽(Back Manifold, BM) 으로 구성되며, 각 서브모듈은 플라즈마와 대면하는 일차벽(First Wall, FW), 증식재와 증배재, 반사재를 담고 있는 증식영역(Breeding Zong, BZ), 냉각재 매니폴드 및 구조물 역할을 하는 측벽(Side Wall, SW) 등의 기능부품으로 구성되어 있다. 냉각재는 8 MPa, $300-500^{\circ}C$의 고온고압헬륨을 사용하고, Li2SiO4 혹은 Li2TiO4 형태의 Li 세라믹 증식재를 사용하며, 중성자 증배를 위해 Be 증배재 및 흑연 반사재를 사용한다 [1-3]. 2015년 2월 개념설계검토(CDR, Conceptual Design Review)를 위해, TBM-shield를 포함한 TBM-set 설계가 완료되었으며, 열수력, 구조, 지진, 전자기, 복합하중에 대한 평가가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 이 중 H/He-phase에 시험될 EM-TBM과 D-T phase에 시험될 INT-TBM에 대한 열수력 성능 결과를 소개하였다[5]. 각각의 열부하 조건은 0.17과 $0.3MW/m^2$이며, 중성자 조사는 D-T phase 에서만 고려되었다. 구조재 및 사용된 기능소재별 온도 요건을 정의하고, 성능해석 결과와 비교하였으며, 이를 통해 모든 온도 요건을 만족함을 최종 확인하였다. 이러한 온도 분포는 열응력 평가를 위해 구조해석 입력자료로 활용되었다.

Analysis between Computer Simulation and Real-car Crash Test of Energy Absorption Facilities for Various Road Environments (다양한 환경에 적용 가능한 충격흡수시설의 시뮬레이션 분석 및 실물충돌시험 결과 분석)

  • Energy absorption facilities installed on roads should follow the performance standards of the real-car crash test of 'Installation and Maintenance Guidelines for Roadside Safety Facilities'. However, due to different installation conditions, such as differing structure widths on roads, some energy absorption facilities do not provide adequate performance. In order to apply varied environments on roads, an energy absorption structure was designed in this study with 150 mm height and four layers of W-shape guardrail at 200 mm intervals, and the performance was verified using LS-DYNA computer simulation. Through a real-car crash test, the performance of the facility designed by LS-DYNA was tested and was found to meet the performance of the CC2 category for crash cushions. The conclusion of the comparison demonstrates that the simulation and the real-car crash tests are both significant.

Study on the Test Method of Impact Sound Pressure Level Using the Miniature Mortar (축소모형 시험판을 이용한 바닥충격음 측정방법에 관한 연구)

  • 인정바닥구조는 신청에서부터 인정서 발급까지 기본적으로 2개월 이상이 소요되며, 신청 제품이 많을수록 그 기간은 길어지게 된다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 완충재의 성능을 확인하기 위해 소요되는 기간과 비용을 획기적으로 단축할 수 있는 간편한 방법을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 완충재 설치 이후 습식으로 시공되는 경량기포콘크리트와 모르터를 사전에 일정 크기로 제작(축소모형 시험판)한 후 골조가 완성된 현장에서 바닥충격음을 측정하는 방법이다. 완충재 2개 제품에 대하여 축소모형 시험판을 이용하여 측정한 결과와 전체 세대를 시공한 후 측정한 결과를 비교한 결과 경량충격음은 축소모형 시험판이 훨씬 낮은 결과를 나타냈지만 중량충격음은 비슷한 결과를 나타냈다. 이로써 축소모형 시험판을 이용하여 바닥충격음을 측정하는 것은 경량충격음을 저감하기 위한 재료 선정 및 제품 시스템 구성 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 현장에서 중량충격음 차단성능을 신속하게 검증할 수 있는 방법으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Flame detectors has been used more than heat & smoke detector, because this is more effective to catch fire and ceiling height in spite of high price. For upgrade to flame detector, Compare to national or abroad standard about performance test, sensitivity test, sectioning indoor or outdoor, after service and management. As a result, Europe and America have only sensitivity test, no have not operation test and sectioning indoor & outdoor. In performance test, action is put to focus to credit and durability, Not operation test is to be able to tune the sensitivity to match the environment of the site. Also, we need code about aftercare, quality assurance responsibility and implement special detector institution by Certificate Authority implement.

  • This study is focused on developing a technology to prevent high-strength wire net from expanding damage due to insufficient performance of the existing PVC coating net. For the test method, reference was made to ISO 17746, an international standard. In addition, as a result of referring to the test criteria, a wire net was fabricated with a width of 1,000 mm or more a size of 1 m2 sample. load-displacement curve of the test results was compared to analyze how much performance was improved compared to the existing PVC coating net.

  • In order to investigate the effect of fuel injection hole configuration within the scramjet combustor, experiment and quasi-one-dimensional analysis was performed. And the results were compared with experiment and analysis result which were performed in 2008 with same facility and test condition. Fuel injection hole size was decreased and quantity was increased. However the depth of fuel penetration and flow quantity of fuel were maintained. As a test result, combustion performance was increased significantly with no-cavity injector and slightly with plain-cavity. However, combustion performance with zigzag-cavity was decreased.

  • Major structural elements such as columns and beams are designed to withstand the vertical and horizontal loads. Futhermore, when the structural elements were engulfed with fire the structural stability should be stand without failure. The beams have been developed in aspects of structural stability but an evaluation of fire performance was not done. So the data of fire resistance performance of beams filled with concrete at web on H-section is not known. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the correlation between temperature analysis and fire test with the beams and to show the fire resistance performance with two methods.

  • This study estimates steel house shear wall's seismic performance depending on trend of seismic design. As a result at cyclic-test, the capability of energy dissipation about X1SPCH during this test is good enough. The capability of energy dissipation of X3SPCH and X4SPCH was better than that of X1SPCH. The X2SPCH which is similar to real X-braced shear wall has better seismic performance than shear wall braced with structural sheathing materials on pseudo-dynamic test.

  • To predict the maneuverabiliy of a ship, it is most reliable to carry out the model tests for the ship. But, at the initial design stage of ships, scene other methods of predicting the overall maneuverabiliy of ships with confined data, like principal dimensions and propeller and rudder characteristics, are required. In this paper, the authors suggested new formulas for the linear derivatives of the sway force and yaw moment, based on the captive model test carried out by the Japanese researchers. These formulas can account the effects of stern frame line shape and stern profile, when assessing the maneuverability of ships. The usefulness of the formulas are discussed by comparing the simulations with the model tests.

  • In this paper, we studied to improve Inoue's[1] and Kijima's[2] model used to predict ship's manoeuvrability at initial design state. To perform this work, we carried out PMM(Planar motion Mechanism) test and rudder open water test for 12 models of low-speed blunt-ship which have horn type rudders and bulbs in afterbody. As we adopted MMG(Mathematical Modelling Group) model, we could analyze hydrodynamic and MMG experimental coefficients. The regression analyses by principle parameters were carried out for hydrodynamic and MMG experimental coefficients. The regression analyses by principle parameters were carried out for hydrodynamic and MMG experimental coefficients and the equations by regression analysis wee used to search sensitivities and to estimate ship's manoeuvrability. We had simulated ship's manoeuvrability to check revised MMG.
