Today, TQM is used as a important tool of management innovation for enterprise's competitive power. Purposes of this paper are to find out the implementation strategy of TQM activities for SMEs through the analysis which examine the relationship between key activity factors and business performance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 116 SMEs implementing TQM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TQM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TQM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TQM activity.

본 연구는 농업경영체 종사자를 대상으로 SNS 활용을 조절변수로 하여 내부마케팅요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 내부마케팅요인을 교육훈련, 커뮤니케이션으로 및 보상시스템으로 구분하고 기업성과를 재무적성과와 비재무적성과의 하위변수로 설정하였다. 농업경영체 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 349부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용한 분석결과는 첫째, 커뮤니케이션과 보상시스템은 재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 교육훈련은 재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션은 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치며 교육훈련은 비재무적성과에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치고 보상시스템은 비재무적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, SNS 활용은 내부 마케팅요인과 재무적성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, SNS 활용은 내부마케팅요인과 비재무적성과 간의 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 농업경영체의 성과에 영향을 미치는 내부마케팅요인을 발굴했다는 의의를 가진다. 후속 연구로는 매개변수의 발굴로 형성된 매개모형에 대한 연구와 추가로 매개변수가 도입된 조건부과정 모형을 통한 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

So far, several researchers have studied the relationship between research and development investment and firm performance; however, most have focused on linear relationships. Thus, previous studies remain fragmented and show mixed results. This study examined the moderating effect of political ties in the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance. We tested the hypotheses based on extensive 20-year data on enterprises, from 1998 through 2017, as the research period. The study is expected to contribute to explaining the mixed results of the research between research and development investment and firm performance.

This study analyzed the achievement characteristics of 21st Century Frontier R&D Program depending on the subject of study, type, period in order to provide necessary data required during planning and execution of the large scale R&D projects. 21st Century Frontier R&D Program is a representative national R&D project that has been supported for a decade. The research achievements were analyzed for researchers who participated in each four projects completed in 2010 and 2011 among 16 R&D projects of 21st Century Frontier R&D Program promoted by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The research is summarized as follows. First, the achievements varied depending on the main agent such as universities, R&D institutions, and industries. The achievement of universities includes significantly larger publications than those of R&D institutions and industries. Second, the rate of overseas patent application and registration were higher in industries significantly than those in other research agents. Third, the achievements differed depending on research type such as basic, applied, and development researches, and the development researches exhibited significantly higher achievements in domestic patent application and registration, overseas patent application, and technology transfer. Fourth, in terms of the research period, long-term projects show significantly larger number of domestic patent applications than those from short-term projects. Fifth, when achievements like the publication and overseas patent application were classified in such fields as bio, nano, and energy environment R&D, bio and nano fields showed higher achievement than the energy environment field. This research could empirically confirm that the achievement characteristics of large scale and long-term government support R&D projects vary for each research properties.

We try to analyze the relationship between environmental and financial performance in the Korean manufacturing sector. The lack of reliable information on company-level environmental performance in Korea has inhibited research on this subject. This paper utilizes an objective data set called 'Monthly Environmental Violations Report,' published by the Korean Ministry of Environment, among others, in measuring the environmental performance of the listed companies. The result shows that low polluters tend to perform better financially than high polluters. In addition, the correlation between positive environmental performance and financial performance turns out to be statistically more significant than negative environmental and financial performance.

TPM activity has been playing a important role to strengthen the competitive power of the enterprises through the optimization of equipment management and maintenance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 124 SMEs propelling TPM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TPM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TPM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TPM activity.

본 연구의 목적은 프로그램 언어(Perl/CGI, PHP)가 웹 어플리케이션의 개발성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정보시스템의 복잡성과 프로그램 언어에 따른 프로그램의 생산성 효과 이론 등과 같은 선행연구(Wrigley & Dexter, 1991; McFarlan, 1981; Ha & McLean, 1985)와 연구 대상인 Perl/CGI와 PHP에 관한 이론을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 프로그램 인어(Perl/CGI, PHP)가 과업의 위험성(개발사 경험, 요구사항의 난이도)에 따라 개발성과 발생산성, 개발사 만족도)에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위한 모델을 개발하고 실험을 통해 이를 검증하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 사용 언어에 따른 집단별(초보자집단/전문가집단) 성과의 차이는 요구사항이 간단할 경우에는 초보자집단과 전문가집단 사이에 개발성과의 차이점을 발견할 수 없었다. 그러나 요구사항이 복잡할 경우에는 두 개의 프로그램 언어 모두에 대해 전문가 집단이 초보자 집단보다 개발성과가 높게 나타났다. 또한 사용 언어별 성과에서는 PHP를 사용하는 경우가 Perl/CGI를 사용하는 경우보다 개발자 경험이나 요구사항의 난이도와 관계없이 높은 개발성과를 보여 주었다.

최근 중소기업연구원 연구자료에 의하면 우리나라 중소벤처기업의 혁신 수준은 OECD 최하위 수준이며, 네트워크 기반의 협력체계가 필요하다고 발표하였다. 또한, 최근의 혁신 행동 관련 연구를 살펴보면 내적 혁신 행동에 대한 연구는 많으나, 외부 네트워크 혁신 행동과 연동한 연구는 미진하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CEO 변혁적 리더십이 조직 공정성을 기반으로 내적 외적 혁신 행동을 실행함에 있어서 유연적 조직 문화의 조절 효과가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 중소벤처기업 성과모형, CEO 변혁적 리더십, 내적 혁신 행동, 외적 혁신 행동, 조직 공정성, 유연적 조직문화, 사업성과에 대해서 알아보았다. Chrisman 등(1998)의 중소벤처기업 성과모형은 ①기업가(entrepreneur), ②산업구조(industry structure), ③사업전략(business strategy), ④자원(resources), ⑤조직구조(organization structure, processes and systems) 등 5가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 Chrisman 등(1998)의 벤처기업 성과모형 NVP = f(E, IS, BS, R, OS)을 적용하여 연구 모형을 설계하고 실증 검증하였다. 향후 중소벤처기업 성과모형으로서 직원들의 미래전망과 자부심 향상에 본 연구가 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 중소벤처기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업 혁신 행동 컨설팅 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.
