As part of the sharing economy service, the present study is not only about the positive aspects of O2O services, but also about the consumer ethical perceptions of recent conflicts with existing business and labor markets, trust of platform, and service utility on consumer satisfaction and intention to recommend O2O services. To test hypotheses, data were collected and analyzed for 149 samples, focusing on the car sharing service, an example of the sharing economy service, which is becoming an issue. As a result, the ethical self-identity of the consumer, the trust of the platform, and the service utility, all affected the service satisfaction, whereas only the hedonic utility and trust of the platform had a positive effect on the intention to recommendation. This study is meaningful in that it examines the influence of service utility focusing on ethical consciousness and social perspective of consumers, rather than on the point of consumption such as ethical consumption position and trust of platform based on sharing economy service.

Sharing economy services are expanding, as the efficiency of the resources is enhanced by sharing the resources of the individual consumers and also the direction of consumption is changed to fulfill needs of individual. Therefore, this paper develops the empirical analysis model by considering the features of sharing economy services, and conducts study by utilizing the extended TAM by adding price sensitivity, reliability and perceived enjoyment to TAM in order to analyze the factors that affect the use intention of sharing economy services and to reflect the distinctiveness of sharing economy services. The results of the analysis showed that price sensitivity, self-efficacy, technology innovation, reliability, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment and use intention are affected in different ways. This study is able to provide clear understanding for use intention of sharing economy services, also implications for expanded use intention to the consumers.

As knowledge management is recognized as an important competency of organizations, organizations are continuously investing in knowledge management policies and technologies. Knowledge management preemptively requires employees to share knowledge, but sharing activities for continuous knowledge management have not been performed. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the organization's mutual exchange efforts through collaborative communication on the knowledge sharing intention of its employees. The study surveyed workers of organizations that operate knowledge management policies and verified the research hypothesis by applying 326 samples to structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, factors of collaborative communication(rationality, reciprocal feedback, formality) had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge, and task interdependence and territoriality had a moderating effect on the relationship between collaborative communication and intention to share knowledge. The study has implications in terms of suggesting an activity strategy that an organization should pursue to improve knowledge sharing among its employees.

본 논문에서는 교사-부모간의 원활한 정보 공유를 통해 ADHD학생의 학교 적응과 학업 수행을 도울 수 있는 교사-부모간의 ADHD학생 행동 관찰 공유시스템의 프로토타입을 제안해보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 ADHD학생이 통합교육을 효율적으로 받기 위해 전제되어야 할 것이 교사와 부모의 협력인 점과 현재 교육현장에서 교사 부모 협력의 실질적 방안의 요구됨을 확인했다. 선행 연구 자료를 통해 도출한 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 설계전략을 기반으로 스토리보드를 작성하고 교사측면과 부모측면, 그리고 공유측면 시스템 기능으로 분류하여 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 실제 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 개발과 개발된 시스템이 교육 현장에서 어느 정도의 효용성과 이용성을 갖게 될지 검증하는 실증적 후속 연구가 필요하다고 제언한다.

The study is to investigate the impact of the knowledge sharing and utilization among the participants in international joint ventures on the characteristics and the joint venment performance of the participants. The specific areas of the investigation for significant impacts of knowledge sharing & utilization by international joint ventures are contract compliance, motivation & willingness for business participation, management autonomy, organizational culture and the joint performances, and the characteristics that are unique to the participants in international joint ventures are empirically investigated as well. The findings of the empirical analysis are as follows: knowledge sharing & utilization has positive impacts on the areas of contract compliance, management autonomy, motivation & willingness for business participation and organizational culture, and, in return, the areas of contract compliance, managerial autonomy, and motivation & willingness for business participation appeared to have positive effects on their joint venture performances.

A deadlock is a condition in which the excessive demand for the resources being used by others causes activities to stop and it is one of the important problems in process control system to detect and prevent deadlocks. While the reachability analyze methods or divide subnets for analyzing methods are well used, it requires a lot of times and effects to analyze the detection of the deadlock status. Furthermore, it could not be effective if the model is complex or huge. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new and more efficient deadlock detection algorithm. In this paper, a deadlock detection conditions after analyzed the Petri Net using the transitive matrix has been proposed to solve these problems. For presenting the results, the suggested deadlock detection algorithm was also adapted to an illustrated FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) model.

This paper empirically explores how resources and family saliency of women entrepreneurs in IT business influence their business performance. Building up on prior research and Shelton[2006], we develop hypothesis on how the strategies of resolving wok family conflict relate to determinants of performance and business performance. The central hypothesis states that role sharing would be the strategy raising up the business performance. We also posit that the role sharing strategy would be adopted by women who show high saliency in both family and work. and women who have high levels of resources. Results suggest that financial resources have significant impact on role sharing strategy and the sales. The hypothesis of positive role sharing effect on the performance is not supported, indicating that combining family role might be an obstacle to business performance of women.

본 논문은 신재생에너지 보급 확대를 위해 2002년도부터 국내에서 시행되고 있는 발전차액지원제도의 시행성과의 평가기준으로서의 성과지표를 개발하였다. 제안한 성과지표는 평가자의 주관이 개입될 수 있는 지의 여부에 따라 정량(계량)지표와 정성(비계량)지표로 구분하고, 사업시행절차에 따른 투입, 과정, 산출, 그리고 결과지표로 구분하여 성과지표를 구성하였으며, 유관기관별 성과지표의 정보공유체계를 제안하였다.

The success of building construction projects is dependent on the cooperative ability of site organization members, which related with an organizational communication level. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study the influence of site organization's communication on the performance of building construction projects. The results of this research are revealed that the communication quality has positive influence on the performance of building construction projects, and the information sharing has negative influence based on the results of the multiple regression analysis. So it needed to improve the performance in building construction projects that the information is shared with a normal level. the communication quality should be also raised in the project site organization. This study is expected to help to structure the site organizational management system in the building construction projects.
