The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of successful aging and to investigate influencing factors of it in elderly to types of gender. Subjects were 73 male elderly and 77 female elderly, total 150 elderly living at K city in C province, from May to June, 2012. The data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 18.0 program for $X^2$ test, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The correlated factors of successful aging among male elders included life satisfaction(r=.525, p<.001), family support(r=.355, p=.004), depression(r=-.555, p<.001) and loneliness(r=-.437, p<.001). Those of successful aging among female elders included life satisfaction(r=.607, p<.001), leisure satisfaction(r=.679, p<.001), family support(r=.784, p<.001), depression(r=-.516, p<.001), loneliness(r=-.644, p<.001) and self-transcendence(r=.576, p<.001). Life satisfaction and depression were statistically significant influencing factors of successful aging in male elders. Especially in the cases of female elders, life satisfaction, depression, family support and self-transcendence affected to successful aging. Life satisfaction, depression, family support, and self-transcendence were explained 52.9% in perception of successful aging among elders. This study suggests that life satisfaction, depression, family support, and self-transcendence will be considered in enhancing the successful aging promoting care and welfare designed for types of gender.

This article looks at the thought of Oh Jae-soon's seonggong sasangin Jeongjo period while focusing on his Seonggongdo and Seonggong doseol. his thought will be explained as seen below. First, he gave more emphasis on seonggong, not seonghak, which is a concept abbreviated from Seonginjihak.He actually gave more importance to practice than to scholarly work. Therefore, the essential concepts provided in his work are most related with drills and practices. Second, he focuses on dotong(characters). Looking at Yosunwoosangjeonsimhakdo, he presents dotong ((Yo-Sun-Woo)-Kongtzu-Chengtsu-Jasa-Mengtsu-Chungtzu), while presenting himself to such a scholarly inheritance. Third, he intended to provide his interpretation based on his consistent thought. He actually classified and analyzed all the characters and classics based on the principles of knowledge, practice, self-esteem, bitter words, diligence. In addition, all things are classified with these five items as shown above. Fourth, he analyzed classics and presented his ideas in simple terms and concepts. Fifth, he deals with the seven Chinese Classics and particularly he emphasizes Shizing and Shujing. He did not mention Chunqiu (the Spring and Autumn Annals) and Liji (The classic of Rites),both of which he did not consider as adequate. Sixth, Sunam's thought was inherited to Ganjae Jeonwoo's soonamhakgyeol.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the net effect and the combined effect of the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success of researchers at public research institutes. Based on the existing literature, the determinants of the researcher's likelihood of start-up success were reviewed, and a conceptual relationship between the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success was established. Data collection was conducted through a survey targeting researchers at public research institutes, and a total of 114 data were collected. The partial least squares (PLS) analysis method was used to analyze the net effect of the likelihood of start-up success determinant, and the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to analyze the combined effect of the likelihood of start-up success determinant. In the PLS analysis results, it was found that technology commercialization probability and creative self-efficacy had a significant positive effect independently on the likelihood of start-up success. In the fsQCA results, we found a combined effect of increasing the likelihood of start-up success when the technology commercialization probability, technology commercialization capability, and creative self-efficacy were high. These research results provide academic implications for understanding the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success of researchers in public research institutes.

효율적인 스케줄링 알고리즘은 적은 문맥교환 횟수를 가지면서 동시에 잘 정의된 임의의 태스크 집합에 대해 높은 스케줄링 성공률을 갖고 있어야 한다. 기존의 단일 프로세서 스케줄링 알고리즘들은 멀티프로세서 스케줄링 알고리즘들에 비해 시간 복잡도가 낮지만 멀티프로세서 환경에서 그대로 적용시킬 경우 스케줄링 성공률이 많이 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 비슷한 시간 복잡도를 가지면서도 멀티프로세서 환경에서 높은 성공률을 얻을 수 있는 EDF-ZLP와 LLF-RP 알고리즘을 제안하고 이 알고리즘들의 추가적인 성능 향상 방안을 제안한다.

본 논문은 M-Commerce에 대해 주요 특징 및 장ㆍ단점을 살펴보았으며, 국 내외 M-Commerce의 현황에 대해서도 고찰하여 두었다. 국외 현황으로는 미국, 유럽, 일본을 중심으로 살펴보았고, 국내 현황으로는 기존의 문헌을 토대로 구찰하여 두었다. 이들을 근간으로 하여 M-Commerce구축 시 주요성공요인을 도출하였다. 주요성공요인으로는 비용적인 측면, 화상 및 음악, 게임위주 개발, 개인화된 컨텐츠, 보안을 고려한 개발, B2B와의 연계, 독자적인 M-Commerce모델개발 등으로 나타났다. 이들 주요성공요인에 대한 사례연구로 국내 K이동통신 회사를 중심으로 고찰하여 두었다.

'재미있는 게임은 성공한다.'는 가정 아래 본 논문에서는 재미있는 게임이 가지고 있는 몰입 요소들을 연구한다. 연구의 목적은 성공한 게임들을 분석하여 어떤 몰입 요소들을 제공하는지를 파악함으로써 개발할 게임의 성공 가능성을 더 높이는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Nicole Lazzaro이 제시한 '4 Keys to Fun'을 활용하여 성공한 게임들을 분석함으로써 재미있는 게임이 제공하는 몰입요소를 찾아보았다.

대학의 원격교육연수원에서 성공 가능한 교과목을 개발하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 학습자의 요구변화를 추적하고, 교수자의 역량를 기반으로 하여 교과목을 개설할 경우 성공 잠재력을 측정하였다. 이를 토대로 교과목의 우선순위를 정하였고, 잠재력 분포도를 통해 성공과목 및 전략과목을 선정하였다.
