한국 품질경영의 추진현황을 파악하고 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위해서 최근에 산학관에 있는 품질관련 전문가그룹을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 발표는 설문조사 과정을 소개하고 설문조사의 결과를 품질경영 정의, 추진현황, 그리고 향후 발전방향으로 분류하여 제시한다. 본 연구의 의미는 그간 경험적으로 판단되어 왔던 핵심 품질활동에 대한 전문가 그룹의 견해를 설문조사를 통해서 확인하였다는 점과 이를 근거로 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다는 것이다.

Ministry of Land, Transportation and Marine Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informatization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. Construction CALS project has been implemented since 1998, however, there has been no attempt to measure how high the informatization level of Construction CALS is. This study measured the informatization level of Construction CALS by using the evaluation index proposed in the former studies. For measuring the level, this study made questions and selected samples, did survey, and analyzed the survey results. According to the results, Construction CALS is excellent for the fast rehabilitation of system errors, the web-base environment of system, the application of standard classification system, and the development of information strategic plan. This study will contribute to find out the informatization level of Construction CALS precisely.

본 연구는 충북지역에서 근무하는 현직 영양사들을 대상으로, 그들의 직무 수행도와, 대학에서 배웠던 전공교과목에 대한 중요도 및 추가로 필요로 하는 교과목에 대하여, 설문지를 통하여 조사한 내용이다. 회수된 설문지는 총 213부였고, 최종 통계처리에 사용된 설문지는 178부였다. 조사기간은 2002년 12월-2003년 1월까지의 2개월 간이었고, 사용된 통계처리 방법은 t-test와 ANOVA 분석 (사후분석으로 Duncan test)이었다.(중략)

The proportion of micro-enterprises and self-employed in Korea is excessively high compared to that of major developed countries, and frequent start-ups and business closures are repeated, causing enormous damage to the national economy. In order to solve this problem, various studies are underway for micro-enterprises, and the government provides commercial district information analysis services using big data for micro-enterprises. Among the commercial district information analysis services, the commercial district information analysis of our village store operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government is continuously improving its service to provide the big data analysis service related to micro-enterprises. Since the service was built by integrating big data provided by various organizations, however, there are limitations in data reliability, data analysis, and service composition. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a location-based survey system that can be analyzed in conjunction with big data-based commercial district services. The proposed questionnaire survey system established the basis for expending the big data commercial district analysis service by linking the survey information and commercial district information.

This study surveyed residents and public officials for the projects to make smart-city plans of Geumsan-gun. First, domestic and foreign cases related to smart city projects were reviewed. The local status of Geumsan-gun was investigated regarding various aspects of the natural, social, urban environment, and smart-city facilities. The survey results were as follows. Overall, more than half of the survey respondents said they were satisfied with their housing quality. Several problems in their areas, such as inefficient welfare system, shortage of parking space, and industrial infrastructure, were reported. On the other hand, tourism and leisure facilities, health care support systems, industries to boost the economy, and the job market were also important issues. The problem was that the regional problems mentioned above were not in line with their preferences for smart-city services. The implications of the survey results could be summed up as follows. The groupware surveys of Geumsan-gun should be used as survey tools, whereas IT survey tools (Google, Survey Monkey, etc.) should be used for locals. In particular, a survey targeting residents should ask plain and compact questions taking advantage of local gatherings. It is also important to have a pilot-survey with relevant public officials and select related projects and regional issues. The survey of local residents and public officials is a prerequisite for promoting smart city projects. The smart city project shall reflect the needs of residents while solving community problems by considering the survey results and local conditions.

사료값 폭등, 육우 가격 및 젖소 송아지 가격 폭락 등의 현 위기 상황을 반영하듯, 올해 낙농육우산업 발전을 위해서는 송아지 값 안정, 사료안정화기금 마련, 단체우유급식 제도화 등이 가장 시급하게 해결되어야 할 낙농현안으로 꼽혔다. 협회가 지난해 말 전국순회낙농인대토론회 기간 중 낙농가들을 대상으로 실시한 '2009 낙농육우산업 발전을 위한 설문조사' 결과에 따르면, '낙농산업발전에 있어 가장 해결이 시급한 과제는 무엇이라 생각하는가'라는 질문에 대해 ${\bullet}$사료기금안정화 기금 설립 ${\bullet}$송아지 값 안정 ${\bullet}$학교우유급식 등 단체우유급식의 제도화로 우유소비 확대 등의 답변이 각각 20%의 응답률을 보이며 나란히 최우선 해결과제로 지목도T다. 또한 ${\bullet}$낙농제도개선을 통한 전국단위 우유수급의 안정 문제도 19%의 응답을 얻어, 최근 진흥회의 70%유대 물량을 폐지하는 잉여원유차등가격제 개정문제 역시 농가들을 불안케 하고 있는 것으로 분석됐다. 이번 설문조사는 협회가 중장기 낙농산업발전을 위한 세부적인 활동방향 모색을 위해 농가현장의 여론을 수렴코자 지난해까지 실시한 전국순회 낙농육우인 대토론회 기간('08.11..27${\sim}$12.8)동안 강습회 참석자들을 대상으로 이뤄졌으며 설문조사에 참여한 응답자는 총 376명이다. 설문조사 내용은 낙농산업 발전방안, 낙농환경 문제개선. 목장경영 현안(경영지속 여부, 부채문제, 조사료확충의 애로점, 분뇨처리문제 등), 낙농자조금사업, 월간 "낙농육우" 및 협회 홈페이지 등에 대한 농가들의 의견 등이다. 협회는 이번 설문조사 결과를 향후 협회활동에 참고할 예정이다.

본 연구는 지역사회간호학회가 실시하는 전국의 보건진료원의 인력조사 연구의 일환으로 경상남도 지역의 전체 보건진료원 259명의 일반적 상황 및 업무수행정도를 파악하기 위하여 1986년 8월 25일부터 11월 25일 사이에 설문조사한 결과 자료수집이 가능한 195명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 대상자 195명의 진료원이 회신한 자료의 분석은 총점, 평균치, 표준편차, 백분율 및 범위로 분석하였으며 업무수행소요시간과의 관련은 Pearson상관계수로 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.

국민경제가 성장하고 여가시간이 늘어남에 따라 도심지내 수변공간은 도시의 시민들이 일상적으로 이용하는 공간으로 개발이 증가되고 있다. 또한 봉하 내성천의 은어축제등과 같이 지역의 축제 등이 진행되는 공간으로 이용되고 있다. 이러한 친수적 목적의 수변공간의 이용은 갈수록 증가되고 있으며 이용하는 시민들의 요구도 다양화되고 있다, 현재의 수변공간은 대부분 운동, 산책 등을 할 수 있는 공간으로 활용되고 있으나, 다양한 요구에 맞추어 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 활용되고 있는 수변공간을 이용하는 이용자들을 대상으로 이용자들의 현황, 만족도, 요구사항 등을 설문조사하였다. 유형별로는 도심지내 하천공간인 대구의 신천과 서울의 청계천 그리고 주변의 상권과 연계되어 활용되는 대구의 수성못, 축제공간으로 활용되는 봉화의 내성천에 대해 설문조사한 것을 분석하였다. 설문조사내용으로는 이동거리, 이용시간, 연령대, 선호시설, 요구사항 등에 대해 조사하였다. 이러한 수변공간 이용자들을 대상으로 조사한 내용은 향후 시민들의 이용을 증대시킬수 있는 방향으로의 수변공간 조성에 지표로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 글로벌 표준화 시스템으로의 확장성을 고려하고 자동화 처리 개념을 적용한 한국형 리서치 시스템을 개발한다. 리서치 시스템의 기반이 되어지는 설문조사의 종류에는 전화조사, 온라인조사, 면접조사 등의 조사방법이 있으며 현재 대부분의 프로세스가 수동적 작업화 상태에서 데이터를 수집 검증하여 비효율적인 상태로 운영되어지고 있다. 현재 일부 기업들이 자체 프로그램의 개발을 시도하고 있지만 전문 프로그래머들의 리서치 업무에 대한 업무분석 및 이해 부족과 외부 개발 용역에 대한 고비용성으로 대부분 시스템 구축에 완성도가 낮아 개발시스템 운영에 실패를 하고 있는 실정이다. 부가적으로 개별 기업들이 초기 개발비용을 감수하지 않기 위해 외국산 리서치 솔루션을 구입하면서 높은 제품 비용과 로열티 비용 부담으로 인하여 기업 리서치 시스템 구축을 통한 효율화를 이루지 못하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 산학협력 연구개발로 1회의 설문입력 과정으로 개별적인 전화조사, 온라인조사, 면접조사를 동시에 가능하도록 통합하는 자동화 시스템과 일반 사용자까지 쉽고, 빠르게 설문지를 입력하고 진행하여 컴퓨터에 의한 정확한 데이터를 신속하게 고객에게 전달 할 수 있는 서비스 체제를 구축하고 설문조사의 최종 단계인 데이터 분석 및 가공에 필요한 기본적인 분석, 통계 기능 제공과 오피스 프로그램 및 통계 프로그램인 SPSS프로그램과 호환성을 주어 리서치 운영 프로세스의 개선을 목적으로 한국형 자동화 리서치 솔루션을 개발한다.

본 협회는 지난 3월 29일 잠실 올림픽공원내 펜싱경기장에서 개최된 전국건축대회에 즈음하여 참석회원을 대상으로 편찬ㆍ홍보위원회가 주관하여 ‘건축사지 발전방향에 관한 설문조사’를 실시하여 ‘90년대를 향한 한국건축의 정론지로서의 위상정립을 위한 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이날 대회에 참석한 3천여 회원을 대상으로한 설문조사 결과 응답자 1,015명의 회신을 편찬ㆍ홍보위원회 (책임정리:목원대 김정동 교수)에서 분석한 결과를 정리 하였다. 정리된 내용이 협회지 발전에 개진되기를 바라며 본 설문조사를 위해 적극 협력해 주신 회원 여러분께 감사를 드린다.
