최근 감정노동으로 인해 고충을 겪고 있는 사람들이 늘어가고 있다. 이로 인해 감정노동이 사회적 이슈가 되고 있으며 감정 노동을 해결하기 위해 조직들은 다양한 해결 방법들을 모색하고 시행하고 있다. 감정노동이란 육체가 힘들기 보다는 정신적 스트레스와 상처가 문제이기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위해서 기업들은 심리상담, 심리치료 등의 서비스 제도를 시행하고 있지만 한계가 있다. 업무 특성상 감정 노동에 장시간 노출 되어 고통 받고 있는 조직원들의 상황을 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 빈도와 관계를 분석하고 커뮤니케이션의 핵심역할을 하고 있는 인재들을 소시오그램 형태로 시각적으로 보여주어 조직 발전에 도움을 주는 시스템 시각화 절차와 소시오그램 요소를 설계하였다.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 효율적인 조직구조의 형성방안을 위하여 대학 도서관 조직구조의 상황변수, 기본변수, 구조형태 및 조직유효성 간에 상호영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한 것으로서 이론적인 배경을 토대로 연구모형을 설계한 후에 실증적인 검증을 시도하였다. 이 검증을 위하여 상황변수는 환경, 기술, 규모, 전략유형, 권력유형을 채택하고, 기본변수는 복잡화, 공식화, 집권화를 채택하였으며, 구조형태는 단순조직, 기능별조직, 분관조직, 주제별조직(I)(II)로 구분하였고, 조직유효성 변수는 능률성, 유연성, 정보자료관리 및 만족성을 채택하였으며, 만족성은 조직몰입과 직무만족으로 세분하였다. 연구결과 조직구조의 상황변수, 기본변수 및 구조형태는 상호간에 영향을 주며, 궁극적으로 조직유효성에 영향을 주지만 그 내용은 극히 미약한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 모든 측면에서 조직유효성이 높은 조직은 없고, 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 구조형태는 극히 미약한 것으로 분석되었다.

이 기술강좌를 통해서 규모가 적지않은 디지탈시스템에 적합한 체계적 설계방법을 설명하며 또 microprocessor 구조와 이것을 응용하는 디지탈 시스템설계를 공부한다. 이 첫 강좌에서는 체계적 설계방법의 네부분인 구조정의, 기계조직, 제어부분, 데이타부분을 소개한다. 이방법을 응용해서 calculator 설계를 시작한다.

첫 기술강좌에서 소개된 체계적 설계방법을 써서 calculator설계를 하는데 구조정의 기계조직, 제어순서를 결정했다. 이 강좌에서 데이타 부분과 제어부분을 설계를 끝낸다. 제어부분은 Hardwired제어와 microprogrammed 제어방법으로 설계한다.

Prior research has shown empirically that organizational and career commitment may also be highly compatible with each other. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social welfare's organizational structure variable on the dual commitment to the organization and career. Dual commitment is analyzed by using multiple regression analysis of parallel model. For the research, organizational structure was consisted of complexity, formalization and decentralization. The results showed that social worker have high correlation to organizational commitment and career commitment. Especially, decentralization and complexity have a positive effects on the dual commitment to organizational and career commitment. This study finally discusses theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for structure design strategies on the results.

본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계와 위험분석방법을 적용한 안전성 평가 도구를 설계하였다. 또한, 위험평가시 동일한 가중치를 적용한 평가와 조직의 특성에 따라 보안요소의 가중치를 가변적으로 적용한 평가를 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 각 조직이 자체적으로 보안 점검을 할 수 있도록 설계함으로서 관리적 측면에서 취약점을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하며, 수행해야 할 권고를 제시한다.

제5차 ISSAT설계 신뢰성품질 학술회의가 지난 8월 11일부터 3일동안 미국 라스베가스에서 열렸다. 한국 대표로 참석한 부산대 산업공학과 윤영필교수는 작년에 열린 제4차 회의에도 논문을 발표했는데 그 당시 조직위원장의 요청에 따라 이번엔 그의 연구분야인 '제품의 수명시험 설계와 분석'을 독립 session으로 조직해 5편의 연구논문을 심사하고 좌장으로 참석하게 된 것이다.

Domestic Design-Build, which has applied for client's convenience, has many problems Because It is being applied in the building law, which devides between architects and contractors. Among problem the relation between architects and contractors is a typical problem. It makes a quality decline and a design skill decline. In result, it causes insufficience of competitive power in overseas projects from now on. So we present the plans to improve mutual relations between architects and contractors. And we induce development of design skill and good quality of building by presenting a coordinative committee model between them in Design-Build projects.

The purpose of this research is to examine that internal virtue (i.e. virtue between organizational members) and external virtue (i.e. virtue between organizational members and external members) positively associate with job performance when considering organizational identification, positive work-related identity, affective commitment, emotional exhaustion, and collective self-esteem as mediators. Virtue in organization has received attention as critical attribute of positive organizational scholarship. Cameron(2003) defined the study of virtue as a study of the capacity, attributes, and reserve in organization that facilitates the expression of positive deviance among organization member. In addition, this study contributes to the qualitative investigation on how internal giving virtue (i.e. the employees' virtue for their organization), internal receiving virtue (i.e. virtue employees receive from their organization), external giving virtue (i.e. the organization's virtue for society), and external receiving virtue (i.e. virtue the organization receives from society), used as independent variables, influence job performance after creating research model for the four virtuous behaviors through qualitative research. Therefore, this research contributes to the creation of research model for virtuous behaviors within organizations and virtuous behaviors with external members through qualitative study and sheds light on how these variables influence job performance by virtue of qualitative research.

현재 종합병원에서는 21세기 최첨단 의료 IT시대에 맞지 않는 단순한 검체관리의 부주의 및 비효율적인 관리로 인해서 병리조직의 인식을 수기로 기록하여 정보의 불일치와 업무적인 미스매칭으로 인하여 의료사고가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 병리조직 검사 시스템 정보화를 위한 카세트, 슬라이드 출력기 및 정보관리 소프트웨어를 설계하였고, 카세트 프린터에 RFID를 장착하여 정보를 슬라이드 프린터와 연동하여 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하여 의료사고를 방지 및 u-Hospital 분야에서 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다.
