Risk-based Safety Impact Assessment for Construction Projects (위험도 접근방법에 의한 건설사업 안전영향평가방안에 관한 연구)

  • Safety assessment of construction projects may be affected by various factors such as types and scale of projects, construction methods, procedure, climactic, and site conditions etc. Presently, in planning and design phases, designers are still often uncertain of their responsibilities, l3i]I information and training of safety. Therefore, designers are still failing to exploit the potential that have to eliminate and reduce risks on site. In this study, the concepts of safety impact assessment is introduced in order to derive the performing design for safety in design phase. For this purpose, a framework for safety impact assessment model using risk-based approach for construction projects is suggested. The suggested model includes of information survey and scenarios, classification of safety impact factors occurred by design and construction, and quantitative estimation of magnitude and frequency. Moreover, the checklist which is enable to identify relationship between safety impact factors and design factors is developed and the methodology of safety impact assessment model using risk-based approach is also proposed.

  • 본 고에서는 IS-95A 방식의 CDMA PCS 시스템과 호환되는 업무용 혹은 가정용 CT 구현을 위한 방안에 관하여 논의한다. 이를 위해 CT시스템의 CDMA 물리동기 및 프레임 동기를 획득하는 방안과 PCS/CT 이중모드의 효과적인 운용 방안을 구체적으로 제시한다. 설계의 접근방식으로는 동기방식을 위주로 하였으나 비동기방식에 대해서도 논의하였다. 제안되는 CT 시스템은 주파수 재활용도를 높이는 측면에서 Upbanded IS-95A PCS 시스템의 스펙트럼 상에서 동작하고 PCS 단말내의 H/W 통신 모듈을 변형없이 그대로 사용하므로 개발기간을 단축시키고 PCS 망과의 간섭을 최소화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Our government suggested an integrated construction information classification system (CICS) for improving construction information exchange between project participants. However, because a database for integrating construction documents and drawings is insufficiently built, there are many restrictions in using CICS. Therefore, this study suggests a methodology to integrate and manage the construction documents and drawings by CICS. The methodology suggested in the study is verified to a web-based construction documents and drawings management system with integrated DB.

Preliminary Design Plan for Determining Combustor Configuration of Regenerative-cooled Liquid Rocket Engine (재생냉각식 액체로켓엔진의 연소기 형상 결정을 위한 예비 설계 방안)

  • A design plan was proposed for determining combustor configuration of regenerative- cooled liquid rocket engine in the process of preliminary design. Rocket performance and regenerative cooling results were calculated using the properties of combustion gas estimated in CEA. For required thrust, chamber pressure, atmosphere pressure and propellant mixture ratio the mass flow rate of propellants and combustor performance were predicted by one-dimensional and experimental correlations. Finally, determinable plan for the contour of combustor were presented through Rao nozzle design method.

Development of the Unmanned Automatic Test System for a Portable Detector using TRIZ TESE

  • This paper propose an development of the unmanned automatic test system for a portable detector using TRIZ Methodology. A new development scheme among of the unmanned automatic test system configurations was obtained after application of the TESE(Trends of Engineering System Evolution) one of the TRIZ methods. Using Pugh matrix drives some improving ideas. The key idea of this unmanned automatic test system scheme is to minimize whole test procedure time of each portable detector and to maximize the amount of portable detectors at once. Between the before and the after configurations of the 3D mechanical model find out improvements. This paper shows that the proposed development scheme improves the test performance efficiency compared to previous scheme.

  • The traditional teaching-learning in mathematics, which pursue only one correct answer, should be reexamined to cope with an age of uncertainty. In this research, Perry's epistemological development scheme was noticed as a theoretical approach to diagnose problems of dualistic mathematics lessons and to search solutions of the problems. And Design-Based Research method was adopted, We developed the epistemological development scheme through considering Perry's theory and related studies, scaffoldings and teaching-learning to enhance students' epistemological positions in mathematics. Based on these discussions we designed teaching experiment about operations with negative numbers, and analyzed its didactic implications.
