  • The contractors which execute the design-build project have difficulties in design management and contract administration in the pre-construction phase because they have managed construction projects focused on only construction phase so far. Moreover, they have to manage the design development stage without any contingency following-up various design revisions from the design reviews of outside experts. Therefore, the design management in the design development stage is a critical success facto. of the design-build project. The objective of this study is to structure the problems in the management skill for design development phase in the domestic design-build projects and to suggest a design development management method to settle the problems. To achieve these objectives, this study 1) analyzes the prior studies about the design-build procurement methods, 2) designs and performs a case study to embody the problems of the domestic design-build projects, and 3) proposes a method of design development management by analyzing the results of case study and interviewing experts.

맥동관형 크라이오펌프 개발품의 목표성능에 대한 고찰

  • 국산 크라이오 펌프를 개발하는 사업이 1단계 3년을 지나 올해 2단계에 접어들었다. 그동안 기계연을 중심으로 맥동관형 냉동기 개발에 주력하면서 저온성능 향상에서 큰 진전을 보였고 2단계에서는 우성진공의 주도하에 펌프의 상용화를 목표로 하고 있다. 펌프는 냉동기 뿐만 아니라 활성탄 어레이와 열차폐 및 배플이 잘 설계되어야 최적의 배기성능을 나타낼 수 있다. 우선은 펌프의 목표성능을 좀 더 구체화할 필요가 있고, 각 부품들의 상세한 형상결정에 앞서 개략적인 배치설계에 대해 성능을 예측하여 목표성능과 비교하고 설계를 수정하는 것을 반복하여 전반적으로 구조설계의 최적화를 완성하는 것이 급선무이다. 본 발표에서는 이런 구조설계 최적화 작업의 처음 결과와 개발중인 크라이오 펌프의 최종 성능 목표치에 대해 소개한다.

  • 방송통신고등학교는 국가수준 교육과정의 개정 시기를 맞아 방송고 학습자 특성을 반영한 온라인 콘텐츠 설계를 위해서 콘텐츠 질 분석, 수업 구조 분석, 화면 로그인 경로 분석 등을 통해서 시행하고 방송고 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형을 도출하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 도출한 온라인 콘텐츠 교수설계 모형은 먼저 크게 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 수업 평가로 구성되어 있다. 수업 설계는 학습자 분석, 교수환경분석, 교수 분석, 교수 전략개발의 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 실행은 수업에 대한 동기 유발, 선수학습 회상, 수업 목표 제시, 수업 내용 제시 및 학습 안내 제공, 수행 행동 유도 및 피드백 제공, 목표 수행 평가, 파지 및 전이 단계를 가지고 있다. 수업 평가는 최종 수업 평가 및 최종 피드백 제공 단계를 가지고 있다.

  • 최근의 멀티미디어 시스템 설계 (예: 휴대폰, PDA) 경향에서 전력 소모를 줄이는 연구가 매우 긴요한 상황에, 본 연구는 누설 전류(leakage power)를 줄이는 연산 회로 아키텍쳐 합성 기법을 제안한다. 누설 전류를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 본 연구는 Dual threshold Voltage (Dual-V$_{T}$) 기법을 적용한다. 기존의 연구에서는 회로 설계 단계 중 논리나 트랜지스터 수준에서DUal-V$_{T}$를 적용한 방법과는 달리, 보다 상위 단계인 회로의 아키텍쳐 합성 단계에서의 지연시간 제약 조건을 만족하는 범위에서 최소의 누설전류 소모를 위한 합성 기법을 제안한다 따라서, 지연 시간과 누설전류 간의 Trade-Off를 이용하여 설계 조건에 맞는 융통성 있는 설계 결과를 얻을 수 있는 장점을 제공한다. 본 연구는 케리-세이브 가산기 (Carry-Save Adder) 모듈의 생성 과정에 국한된 합성 알고리즘의 적용을 보이고 있지만, 일반적인 연산 모듈을 사용한 아키텍쳐 설계 과정에서도 본 알고리즘을 쉽게 변형, 적용할 수 있다.

  • While efforts to reduce safety accidents in the construction industry have been made in a variety of ways, so far they have had minimal effectiveness. For this reason, since 2016 Design for Safety (DfS) has been implemented as an attempt to eliminate the root cause of safety accidents by introducing the consideration of safety at the design stage. The purpose of this study was to derive the adequacy and problems of Design for Safety and to contribute to reducing safety accidents by establishing this system correctly. A questionnaire survey of related engineers and analysis of the Design for Safety report showed that the awareness of Design for Safety among engineers was low, while some of the risk factors derived from the design for safety were less relevant to the design. As such, efforts should be made to reduce the risk factors in the actual design stage so that it can contribute more to the reduction of safety accidents.

  • A hydraulic cylinder is a primary component of an excavator and is used for activating attachments such as boom, arm, and bucket. Generally, the cylinder is prone to structural problems such as buckling and fatigue failure caused by cyclic high pressure. Therefore, the safety margin for fatigue, yield, and buckling during the design lifetime should be evaluated at the durability-design stage. The durability design includes basic and detailed stages. In the basic design, the principal dimensions of the rod and tube are determined by considering the working force, speed, and range with respect to yield and buckling. In the detailed design, the dimensions of the rod notch, welds, tube end, gland, orifice, and cushion ring are determined by considering the fatigue safety. We present and discuss the overall procedure for durability design and the related analysis techniques.

  • In this paper behavior of U-Channel Bridge (UCB) and the slab design considering construction sequence was studied. The segments of UCB are produced in the factory and transported to the site by trailers, and the segments are fabricated in the construction field. In this sequence the supporting conditions are changed. Four steps that were the segment precasting step, the segment carrying step, the segment placed on the erection beam step, and the completion step were chosen by supporting condition. In each step model using the frame and plate elements was proposed and structural analysis was performed. Four construction steps were to be considered in the process of slab analysis. The design method of slab was proposed considering construction sequence.

  • The Cost of Engineering is composed of the $3{\~}5{\%}$ of total cost of construction. It is important the role of engineering in the first stage of the business. But, it was not more the technical level of domestic design stage than advanced state. Expecially, it was because of the cognition lack and unreliable results about technical development. The result of that, it was lacking to the draw results of foreign countries. And it was to waste national budget through overlapped adopting of similar technologies from abroad that few projects are performed as their original plan. Therefore, the research is proposed to the intensification plan of technical competitive strength in domestic construction engineering company to cope with the change of economic environment.
