A Study on Development of Integrated Sports Talents' Competency Model By Career Type (체육인재의 경력유형별 융합적 역량모델 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model by career type by designing the specified career paths through the analysis of career experience of the athletes in the professional sports field. For this purpose, career types were identified as sports administrators, judges, leaders, sports information analysts, and global sports talents based on literature analysis, career development type and path guide design, experts interviews. Competency candidates were derived from interviews and workshops on experts. In order to finalize the competency model, it was confirmed by completing the feasibility test of experts. As a result, it is divided into common competency, professional competency, and global professional competency. There are 6 common competencies such as global competence, OA utilization, 29 special competencies by 5 career types, and 2 global competencies like sports foreign affairs, job preparation for international sports organization and the sports league federation. Competency definitions and behavioral indicator were developed for all competencies and could be used to diagnose the competency level of sports talents and to establish career development academy programs based on the competency model.

A Case Study on Competence-based Curriculum in Finnish Secondary Home Economics Curriculum (핀란드 가정과 교육과정의 역량 기반 교육과정 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the main characteristics regarding of implicating competence-based curriculum in Finland's home economics curriculum by analyzing curriculum documents and related literature. The research findings are categorized into four main characteristics. First, home economics in Finland belongs to the 7-9 grades. The key content areas are composed of 'food knowledge & skills and food culture', 'housing & living together' and 'consumer & financial skills' at an integrated approach. Secondly, the subject competences of home economics are not presented; however, the general objectives of transversal competences are defined in Finland's curriculum document. Transversal competences describe the aspects of the objectives that are emphasized in grades 7-9 and strengthens the connectivity with each subject. Thirdly, the objectives of home economics included in the instructions in Finland consist of a content system that links learning skills, content areas, and transversal competences. Both learning skills as a role of subject competences and content areas as objectives support teachers who restructure an curriculum. Fourth, in terms of achieving subject objectives, the assessment criteria in Finland home economics is to evaluate the achievement of good knowledge and skills through actual performance. Based on the research findings, the main features of the revised curriculum in Finland include encouragement of flexibility in education systems and learner's uniqueness in schools. If the implementation of subject competences in home economics is to be strengthened, it is necessary to intergrate the knowledge and competence, require a curriculum system for implements' subject competence, carryout assessment as learning to learn, and facilitate school community and teacher community for deeper co-operation.

  • The purpose of this study is to design career learning program content and to suggest a development plan in order to assist in freshmen's successful adaptation. To accomplish this goal, first, we reviewed the precedent studies on the situations and problems of freshmen and education programs for freshmen. H. university freshmen's needs for support programs were analyzed. Second, a career learning program conceptual model was developed based on the results of precedent studies and program needs analysis. Third, the program contents for enhancing career learning competency were designed, and we suggested a development plan focusing on customized content, emotional support, and on-off line convergence program. It developed career learning tracks, big data analysis, and action planning as main content. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development and implementation of competency-based customized career learning programs for freshmen, which will help improve the quality of career learning programs and freshmen's adaptability.

  • 1990년대 비즈니스 리엔지니어링이 기업 내부의 핵심역량을 기반으로 고객과 연결되는 가치체인(value chain)을 설계하는 것이었다면, 21세기 E-비즈니스 시스템은 고객의 요구를 우선 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위해 인프라 및 프로세스 혁신에 기반한 내부 핵심역량을 최종 정의하는 가치체인을 설계하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 기업간 전자상거래를 진일보 발전시키는 최적 대안으로 받아들여지고 있는 XML/ EDI의 구조와 특징을 이해하고, XML 기반 B-to-B 전자상거래 관련 표준과 구축모델을 살펴본 후, 컴포넌트식 시스템 구성에 입각하여 B-to-B 전자상거래 지원을 위한 XML/ EDI 시스템 모형을 설계한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 학생들에게 자신의 진로결정에 도움이 될 수 있는 비교과 및 교과 정보 제공 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 교수들의 학생 수강지도에 활용되어 정확한 진로 지도에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 시스템을 구현하기 위하여, 온톨로지 기반 지식베이스를 구축한다. 온톨로지 지식베이스는 강의, 역량, 능력단위, 직무, 기업 정보로 구성이 되어있으며 유지보수가 쉬운 구조로 설계하였다. 또한 온톨로지 지식베이스가 가진 정보로 새로운 지식들을 추론한다. 이 추론 결과를 웹 인터페이스를 활용해, 사용자가 개념들 간의 관계를 파악하고 자신에게 맞는 과목 및 직무를 추천받을 수 있도록 한다.

  • OECD 회원국 사람들의 생활시간 보고서에 따르면 필수적인 자기경영시간이 10시간 52분으로 나타났다. 자기 경영은 그만큼 현재의 나의 모습, 미래의 모습을 변경할 수 있는 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 보다 높은 수준의 자기경영을 하기 위해 경영학 이론인 PDCA 모델과 SMART 조건을 사용한 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 시스템의 SWOT 분석을 통해 자신의 역량 위치를 파악하고 기회와 위기를 알 수 있게 해주며 극복 방안도 설계하게 된다. 또한 이 시스템은 목표를 이루기 위한 계획을 진행해 나가면서 자신의 역량을 확인할 수 있고, 계획한 부분에 대해서 타인과 공유를 할 수 있으며, 문서 인쇄 기능을 통해 자료를 보존 및 휴대할 수 있다.

Quantification of a Global Construction Core Competencies for Korean Construction/Engineering Firms (국내 건설업체의 해외 진출역량 계량화 연구)

  • The Construction industry has been dealing with much trouble due to global economic recession and domestic political trends emphasizing on welfare than development. Consequently, domestic construction market has been dramatically shrunk during the last a few years, and international market has become the only potential solution for the industry. However, there has been lack of efforts in developing a quantified measure of global competencies for Korean engineering and construction organizations. This study attempted to develop quantified indices for Korean engineering and construction contractors with which the level of global construction competencies can be objectively monitored. In doing so, a survey questionnaire was developed to identify relative importances of core competency elements which were derived from extensive literature reviews and experts interviews. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was employed as a main analysis method in developing quantification measures. The analysis results reveal little differences in competency requirements between engineering and construction firms and it implies that the global market becomes more integrated and requires a total solution for a construction project. The developed core competency measures can be used to quantify the level of preparedness of Korean engineering and construction firms at the time of evaluation and also be used as a basis for performance benchmarking indicators if they are compared with business showings.

A Relationship between Innovation Capability and Performance: Differences in Firm Development Stages (중소기업의 기술혁신역량과 혁신성과의 관계: 성장단계별 차이)

  • Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) endeavor to overcome the adverse resource conditions and secure competitive advantage through technological innovation capability. Prior studies have focused on the overall or specific dimensions of technological innovation capability, and examined their performance impact. However, there has been less scholarly attention on the dynamic characteristics such as the relative importance of technological innovation capability or its performance impact at the different growth stages of a firm. In this vein, this study investigates the relationship between SME innovation capability and innovation performance at each growth stages of a firm. Based on the empirical analysis of manufacturing SMEs in Korea, we found that all dimensions of technological innovation capability had positive effects on innovation performance. However, each dimension of technological innovation capability had different effect on innovation performance by the growth stages. The planning capability can improve innovation performance at the growth and maturity stages. Manufacturing capability can have positive effect on innovation performance at the maturity stage. Both of new product development capability and commercialization capability contribute to innovation performance at all of the growth stages. This study suggests the guidelines for enhancing technological innovation capability at the different growth stages of SMEs. It also provides policy implications for the design and operation of growth-stage specific programs. Finally, the limitations of the research and future research directions are presented.

Development of AHP-based Aviation Logistics MPE Company's Production Management Job Training (AHP 기반 항공물류 소부장 전문기업의 생산관리 직무교육 개발 방안)

  • In this study, AHP-based production management job training was developed for MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry. The AHP model was designed with upper and lower classes. Purchase management competency, material management competency, process management competency, and SCM competency were selected as factors of the upper class of production management job training. Lower class evaluation factors were selected for each upper class. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative importance of the upper class evaluation factors was found in the order of SCM competency (0.322), process management competency (0.314), material management competency (0.201), and purchase management competency (0.163). Among the upper classes, it was analyzed that the importance of SCM competency and process management competency was high. The final priority of evaluation factors for the development of the production management curriculum of MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry was analyzed as follows. First, supply chain performance management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, was analyzed as the top priority factor, and the priorities of evaluation factors were derived such as facility preservation management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain production operation, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, process quality management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain transportation management, and supply chain supply plan, which are the lower layers of SCM competency

Establishing the Concept of ICT-Based Creative Talented Persons (ICT기반 창의인재상 정립에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed the concept model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons as the type of persons that gifted education in the ICT area should cultivate for the 21st century. The model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons is made of three dimensions by 3 core competencies, 9 traits, and 27 characteristics. The field experts, that is, teachers on elementary and secondary school levels evaluate the validity of the model. Teachers expressed positive opinions about the validity of the multi-dimension model of ICT-based Creative Talented Persons. We expect that this model can provide a useful guide to designing and operating ICT education and ICT gifted education for cultivating talented persons to contribute for the future society.
