Recently, the Ministry of education science and technology announced a revised information and communication technology curriculum, emphasizing aspects of computer science education rather than application of computer softwares. This change would benefit students to stimulate their thinking ability and facilitate creativity learning through in-depth understanding of principles of computer science, compared to the previous curriculum of computer education mainly focused on the skills of utilizing application softwares. Thus, the paper presents the design of a computer education curriculum based on the principles of computer science education, which would lead to trigger constructive ideas for improvements on the subject so that students may experience better education in the area.

As Internet is spreaded widely, the virtual communities among people with the same interest and hobby are dynamically created. The exchange of fruitful opinion and information makes them to be closed, not only with the help of the messaging system but also wireless terminals. The messaging system is a core technology supporting the global community services like chatting, messenger, short message services, and file sharing services. The paper focus on the design of software architecture for messaging system and the engineering model for QoS support.

인터넷과 웹의 발전은 쇼핑몰 형태의 B2C(Business to Customer) 전자상거래를 비롯하여 기업간의 거래에도 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었다. B2B(Business to Business) 전자상거래는 기업간의 거래를 위하여 이기종간의 데이터 교환은 물론, 다양한 응용 어플리케이션과의 연동이 필수적이다. 기업간 거래에 있어서 가장 기본이 되는 EDI는 그 동안 EDIFACT, X.12와 같은 표준을 이용하여 이루어져 왔지만, 확장성과 유연성이 떨어지고 개발 및 유지, 보수에 많은 비용을 요구하기 때문에 일반 중 소기업들까지 사용하기에는 어려움이 많았다. 반면에, 인터넷과 웹이라는 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 수단과 XML 기술이 등장하면서 이를 EDI에 적용하여 확장성과 유연성을 높이고, 저렴한 비용으로 EDI 시스템을 효과적으로 구축할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 한국전력에서 사용하는 전기신규접수 XML/EDI 시스템 개발 경험을 바탕으로 XML을 이용한 EDI 문서 설계와 XSL을 이용한 문서 처리 기술, 레거시(legacy) 시스템과의 연동, 보안 및 인증 기술의 적용 등을 바탕으로 XML/EDI 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

오늘날 인터넷 상의 디지털 콘텐츠는 기하급수적으로 증가하여, 콘텐츠를 관리하기 위한 다양한 시스템과 관리 체계가 연구 개발되고 있다. 특히 2000 년대부터 식별체계에 대한 표준화 연구가 진행되면서 논문등의 문헌 정보와 음악, 영상 등의 콘텐츠에 식별 체계를 적용하고 관리하려는 연구가 활발히 진행중이다. 특히 국내에서는 정보통신부와 한국소프트웨어진흥원이 디지털콘텐츠 유통기반을 구축하기 위해 CONPIA.COM 사이트를 개발하였고, 2000 년 정보화지원사업으로 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서 디지털콘텐츠 식별체계 사업을 진행하었다. 이후 2001 년 정보통신부가 한국전산원를 디지털콘텐츠 운영기관으로 지정하면서 확장개발 및 운영 시험 등 향후 서비스 운영에 대한 기술개발에 집중하고 있다. 이러한 시스템에 적용된 식별 체계는 체계적인 구문 구조를 가지고 있으며 구문구조에 맞는 식별 코드를 해석하여 디지털콘텐츠를 찾는 구조를 가진다. 그렇지만 기존의 시스템은 식별체계의 확장과 변화에 따라 시스템 인터페이스를 재설계하고 내부 처리 알고리즘을 수정해야 하는 등 많은 수정이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DDDS 알고리즘을 적용하여 식별 코드를 해석하기 위한 시스템을 구성하고 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다.

The study aimed at exploring a direction of development of the conceptual model for organizing public digital records. First, it started with reviewing the possibility of item-oriented records and archival organization, then analyzed RIC-CM developed by ICA EGAD. Second, it investigated the hierarchies of the classes and descriptive information applied to public digital records, as well as showed the necessities of transition from paper-based model to digital-based one. Based on these, it studied to seek possibilities for organizing public digital records not by record groups but by items. Finally, this study proposed the direction of development of the next generation conceptual model for organizing public digital records.

과학영재의 인지적 영역을 발달시키기 위한 연구는 활발하게 진행되었지만, 과학영재가 겪고 있는 사회-정서적 어려움과 어려움을 해결하기 위한 지원 체계에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 과학영재는 낮은 자아존중감으로 인하여 정서적 민감성, 과흥분성, 완벽주의, 실존적 우울감 등 다양한 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있다. 선행연구에서는 과학영재의 정서적 어려움을 지원하기 위해서는 지속적이고 개별화된 상담이 필요하다고 말하였다. 하지만, 시공간적 한계로 인하여 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 진행하는 데 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학영재에게 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 제공하기 위하여 온라인 상담 시스템을 설계하였다. 온라인 상담 시스템은 과학영재가 내인적 요인에 따른 상담을 신청하면, 상담 전문가가 Peterson과 Moon(2008)의 상담 모형을 기반으로 상담을 지원하도록 설계하였다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 상담 시스템을 구축 및 실행하여 시스템에 대한 과학영재의 만족도와 자아효능감의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

This paper propose electronic speckle pattern interferometry(ESPI) for reliability evaluation of electronic device. Especially, vibration problem in a fan of air conditioner, motor of washing machine and etc. is important factor to design the devices. But, it is difficult to apply previous method, accelerometer to the devices with complex geometry. ESPI, non-contact measurement technique applies a commercial fan of air conditioner to vibration analysis. Vibration mode shapes, natural frequency and the range of the frequency are decided and compared with that of FEM analysis. In mechanical deign of new product, ESPI adds weak point of previous method to supply effective design information.

상황인식 처리기술은 사용자의 컨텍스트에 근거하여 사용자와 장치간의 상호 운용성을 지원해 줌으로써, 사용자로 하여금 정보 획득 및 실행을 보다 용이하게 하도록 해주는 기술이다. 여러 상황변화가 발생할 경우 이에 따라 서비스 전달 방식을 동적으로 적응시키기 위하여 상황에 대한 명시적인 요구사항을 정의하고 이 정의 된 상황을 각 노드에 전파하고 노드에 포함된 미들웨어는 전파된 상황에 적합한 센싱된 정보를 분석하여 특정한 상황의 발생과 이에 따른 액션을 수행하며 또한 센서에서 취득한 컨텍스트로 부터 통합된, 추론된 컨텍스트를 생성한다. 본 논문에서는 센서로부터 다양한 타입의 컨텍스트를 처리 할 수 있는 미들웨어를 제안한다. 이 미들웨어는 변화하는 주변 환경에서 센서로부터 센싱된 컨텍스트 뿐 아니라 통합된, 추론된 컨텍스트를 생성할 수 있도록 설계 되었다. 제안한 상황인식 미들웨어를 기반으로 사용자 질의 요청과 이벤트 상황 질의를 설계하였으며, 이벤트 상황 질의의 추론 DB를 명시하기 위하여 Clips 언어를 사용하였다.

This paper presents computer simulations of the stacking and transferring system for the fast freeform fabrication system. The stacking and transferring system is essential for the fast freeform fabrication system and its stable motion is very important for consistent stacking of the cut slices. The stacking and transferring system can be modeled as a pneumatic system. The system consists of air compressor, the control valve, and the cylinder. The governing parameters have been changed and the simulation results are shown to predict the time response of the system. The results show some parameters should be correctly tuned to obtain stable system response.

In recent years, the progress of Network and Web technology is made more demanding and pervasive of Web-based information systems. At the same time, the complexity of web applications has grown significantly. As a result, developers, users, and other stake-holders have become increasingly concerned about the manner in which complex Web-based systems are created as well as the level of system performance quality, and integrity. In this paper, we propose an efficient developing process and modeling environment of the web applications. Also, after modeling web application using the diagrams, web pages are extracted automatically. It is aimed at facilitating the desist implementation and maintenance of large, complex web applications and the reuse of previously gathered design experience.
