Factors of Influencing on UHDTV Acceptance (UHDTV서비스 수용 요인 연구)

  • The goal of this study is to explore the factors that influence on intention to use UHDTV Service. Research problems has been designed to Structural equation model by Technology Acceptance Model. The Perceived quality, Price sensitivity, Innovativeness are adopted as independent variables. And Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use are adopted as intervening variables. A result of analysis, Perceived quality and Price sensitivity influenced the Intention to use via Perceived usefulness and Perceived ease of use. But in case of Innovativeness, it did not influence the Perceived usefulness while it influenced the Perceived ease of use. Meanwhile, the influence of Perceived quality to Perceived usefulness had more impact than the other path between the other factors.

  • The touch screen phone launched domestically in Korea, unlike the existing plane UI, it applied a cubic shape of 3D UI which provides three dimensional solid graphic. This study proposes to examine the correlation between the users' experience of 3D GUI, which were made by two different companies, and the brand. From this point of view, this study sets up a hypothesis about intimate correlation between individual differentiated brand and the user experience. Base on that, a model was designed. This study measured the satisfaction of user experience through the disclosure and non-disclosure of brand, focusing on 3D GUI cases which were launched so far, and it demonstrated that there was a clear difference in the degree of satisfaction. Through this examine, a brand was confirmed as one of the important element of user experience in using the 3D GUI that was launched competitively by companies. Therefore, the result of this study suggest that the designers need to establish strategies that make the brand as the core subject of design during the process of manufacturing product and service.

Effect of Strength Coaching Program for First Clinical Experience of Nursing Students (강점코칭 프로그램이 간호대학생의 첫 임상실습에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of a strength coaching program on nursing students' clinical competence, self esteem, and practice satisfaction. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-post test design, and data were collected between January 7 and February 1, 2019. The participants consisted of 41, 3-year nursing students in G City who were assigned to an experimental group (n=21) or a control group (n=20). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, a t-test, χ2 test, and paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. After receiving the strength coaching program, a difference was observed in self esteem(t=5.53, p<0.038), and practice satisfaction (t=7.66, p<0.019) of the experimental group. The results of this study indicate that the strength coaching program was effective at increasing self esteem and practice satisfaction in nursing students.

  • This study focused on finding out how transformational leadership, emotional leadership, and servant leadership in military organizations affected organizational effectiveness (commission satisfaction, immersion, and organizational citizen behavior) by special forces, standing forces, GTO, independent units on the coast, and educational institutions and training units. Therefore, in order to achieve this research objective, we intend to utilize two studies, the literature and the empirical studies, in this paper. Through the literature study, we also set up a critical consideration of the major leadership theory so far, understand the soldiers of the new generation, set up the background and characteristics of the new leadership theory, transformative leadership and emotional leadership, and set up and study the hypothesis for the organizational effectiveness in the main contents (concepts, components, measurement data) and variables. Empirical research is aimed at empirically analyzing the impact of transformative leadership, emotional leadership, and servant leadership on sub-type and organizational effectiveness, and whether sub-type controls leadership type and organizational effectiveness. organizational effectiveness.

Influence of Relationship Quality by Servicescape of Korean Restaurants on Loyalty - Focusing on Busan city area - (한식당 서비스스케이프에 의한 관계품질이 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 부산지역 중심으로 -)

  • This research was intended to investigate the influence of relationship quality by servicescape of Korean restaurants on loyalty targeting Busan city area. For this, a research model was designed and hypotheses were drawn through literature investigation. 300 copies of the questionnaire for a survey were distributed from 6th to 24th of May, 2013, and then 288 copies were adopted for the empirical analysis. As for data processing, the data were analyzed by using SPSS win version 18.0 statistics package program and were verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The result of this empirical study was summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying the influence of servicescape factors on relationship quality, cleanliness, comfortableness, and accessibility among the servicescape factors had significant effects on commitment among the quality factors. Second, the result from verifying how the servicescape factors affected trust showed that attractiveness, comfortableness, and accessibility had significant effects on trust. Third, commitment and trust among the relationship quality factors were found to have significant effects on loyalty.

Online Product Information and Visual Imagery: Effects on Mood and Perceived Product Quality (온라인 제품정보와 시각적 심상 : 감정과 제품품질지각에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to e${\times}$amine the effect of visual imagery stimulated by product information on consumer responses in online shopping conte${\times}$ts. Dual coding theory provided the theoretical framework of the study. The proposed model of the study was e${\times}$amined by conducting an e${\times}$periment using mock apparel websites with a between-subject factorial design: [2 (pictorial information: detailed views vs. no detailed views) ${\times}$ 2 (verbal information: detailed descriptions vs. abstract descriptions)]. A total of 439 female college students participated in the e${\times}$periment, and 433 responses were ultimately used to test the hypotheses. The findings from the results revealed: (1) the main effects of the pictorial and verbal information on visual imagery, and (2) positive relationships between (a) visual imagery and mood, (b) visual imagery and perceived product quality, (c) mood and perceived product quality, and (d) perceived quality and purchase intentions.

  • 최근 비약적인 경제발전에 힘입어 장대교량, 항만, 댐, 도로, 원자력 발전소 등과 같은 대규모 기간구조물의 건설이 증가하고 있으며, 구조물은 대형화 혹은 고강도화되는 추세에 있다. 특히, 전술한 구조물을 매스콘크리트로 가설하게 되면 초기재령시에 수화열로 인한 균열이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높기 때문에 효율적인 매스콘크리트의 개발과 매스콘크리트 구조물의 설계기술 및 시공방법이 중요한 연구대상으로 등장하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 가로 52.6m, 세로 14.4m, 높이 8.5m의 기계기초 매스콘크리트의 시공에 적합한 온도관리기법을 다음과 같은 단계로 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 온도상승요인을 최소화하는 콘크리트의 배합비를 산정한다. 산정된 콘크리트의 열특성을 측정하기 위해 단열온도실험을 수행하여 각종 열특성상수와 단열온도 상승곡선식을 도출한다. 이와 같은 열특성치를 콘크리트 구조체에 적용하여 열응력해석을 수행한다. 이와 같은 열응력해석을 통하여 구조물의 분할타설높이에 따라 온도균열이 발생하지 않는 콘크리트 내외부의 온도차를 결정한다. 이때 열응력해석에 범용 유한요소 프로그램인 Diana을 사용한다. 콘크리트의 타설은 현장조건과 타설시점을 최대로 고려하고 양생방법으로 콘크리트 내외부의 온도차를 최소화하기 위해 이중단열효과가 있는 거푸집과 가열장비을 사용한다. 또한 콘크리트의 온도관리를 위하여 구조물 내외부에 온도게이지를 매립하고 30분마다 계측을 수행하면서 콘크리트 내외부 온도차가 허용 해석범위를 유지하도록 한다. 양생기간은 7-10일 정도를 유지한다. 전술한 온도관리기법을 통하여 완공후 수평정밀도가 기초의 허용침하량으로 환산하여 $1{\mu}m$ 인 고정밀도의 기계기초는 완벽하게 시공되었다. 따라서 매스콘크리트의 온도균열을 제어할 수 있는 시공방법으로 제안한다. 또한 매스콘크리트의 내외부 온도차를 단열온도실험과 온도해석으로부터 정한 값이내로 제어하고 충분한 양생관리를 병행하면 수화열에 의한 콘크리트의 온도균열을 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Study on Brand Extension Evaluation of Consumer Preference and Brand Concept : Focused on Similarity (소비자 성향과 브랜드 컨셉에 따른 브랜드확장평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to verify the effect of similarity of expanded-product, brand concepts of parent-brands and implicit theory of customers on the brand-extension evaluation, in order to reduce the risk of brand extension. First, this research documents how the similarity between the parent-brands and expanded-products affect brand-extension evaluations as a main effect variable. Second, this study examines the moderating effect of the brand concepts of parent-brands on the brand-extension evaluation. Third, this research documents how implicit theories regarding personality affect consumer evaluations about the brand-extension. The study assumes and tests that consumers in the group of incremental theorists are more accepting of brand-extensions than consumers in the group of entity theorists. The result figures out the implicit theory customers has some moderating effect on the evaluations, yet the direction of the effects is contrary to expectations.

Computational Modelling to Predict the Welding Deformation in Steel Structures (용접변형예측을 위한 용접부 수치 모델링)

  • Welding deformation causes critical problems under construction and in use of steel structures by varying the magnitude of the steel structures and deteriorating mechanic strength. Existing method to construct steel structures in civil engineering needs preassembly process for a part of or the whole structures on a broad space to examine the size of structures inevitably varied in the process of welding (assembly process). It leads to waste of time, space and human efforts, worry of safety accidents with the characteristic of the work to be performed on a high place, and non-efficiency and non-economy by using such supplementary equipments as crane. This paper, to remove the needless preassembly process by pre-estimating welding deformation produced under construction of large steel structures, devises a method modeling welded part for applying the equivalence load method and examines the effects of welding sequence and self weight on welding deformation by the method.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국형 녹색성장 협력 모델을 기반으로 한국의 대(對) 메콩지역 진출 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 메콩 유역은 중국의 운남성 지방, 미얀마, 라오스, 태국, 캄보디아, 베트남 등 6개국이 위치하고 있는데 이 지역은 세계 경제 침체에도 불구하고 높은 경제 성장률을 달성하고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각국이 개발사업 선점을 위한 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있으며 일본, 미국, 중국이 발 빠르게 영향력을 확장하고 있다. 한국은 지난해 메콩 5개국의 외교장관을 서울로 초청하여 회담을 개최하여 메콩 지역 진출의 교두보를 마련하였으나 최근 세계 각국이 메콩 지역의 개발사업 진출을 위해 적극적으로 노력하고 있는 상황에서 선진국과 차별적인 경쟁우위를 살릴 수 있는 방안의 모색이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 2008년 이명박 정부가 제시한 신성장 패러다임인 녹색성장 모델과, 물관리 정책과 사업을 접목시킨 물과 녹색성장 공적개발원조 및 무나싱해(Munasinghe)의 지속가능한 경제(Sustainomics)가설을 이론적으로 고찰하여 대(對) 메콩유역 협력 방안 모델을 설계하였다. 이 지역이 급속한 경제 성장으로 전력수요가 증가하고 있고, 환경오염에 대한 우려를 잠식시키고 국가의 에너지 안보를 위해 높은 수입 석유 의존율을 낮춰야한다는 점 등을 고려해보았을 때 메콩 유역의 수력발전이 이 지역의 녹색성장을 위한 큰 동력이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 뿐만 아니라 홍수방재 효과, 전력 수출로 인한 소득 창출은 이 지역의 사회발전으로 이어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로 본 연구는 자금조달 방식, 외교적 접근, 기술적 접근, 제도적 접근 방식을 제시하여 단계적으로 대(對) 메콩유역 한국형 물과 녹생성장 ODA의 나아가야 할 방향을 모색해 보았다. 제시된 협력 모델을 기반으로 점차 한국이 메콩 유역의 수력발전산업으로 진출하고 더 나아가 이지역의 영향력을 확대하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
