Analysis of the impact on quitting one's first job using the stepwise sequence - based on graduates occupatinal mobility survey (단계별 순서를 응용한 첫 일자리에서의 조기퇴직에 대한 영향력 분석 -2009년 대졸자 이동경로조사로부터)

  • In this paper, we analyze the impact on quitting one's first job based on "Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey" data given by Korea Employment Information Service. According to the survey, there are a large number of questionnaires on quitting one's first job and so it is not easy to choose among them. We will investigate model selection criteria and apply the procedure proposed by Shtatland et al. (2003) to identify the final model.

  • 1. 서론 : 현대는 인구증가로 인한 생활하수 산업발달에 따른 폐수의 증가 및 오염물질의 다양화로 인하여 상수원이 점점 오염되어 가소 있는 반면, 국민소득 증가와 생활수준의 향상에 따라 맑고 깨끗한 물을 선호하는 계층의 욕구가 증대하고 몇 차례의 수질오염 사고로 인하여 수돗물에 대한 불신이 고조되고 있다. 이런 시점에서 환경부가 먹는 물의 수질을 검사한 결과, 몇몇 항목에서 기준을 초과하였다. 본 실험에서는 전국 먹는 물 수질을 분석하여 환경기준을 초과하는 주 항목을 선택한 뒤, 시판되는 몇몇 Module을 이용하여 과연 환경기준에 적합한 수질을 만들어 낼 수 있는가를 검토함으로써 각 지역별로 막 선택을 차별화하였다.

  • The importance of the environment in the store is embossed, this is demanded to manage the store environment from the dimension of image improve and customer contacted satisfaction measurement followed with the influence on the store choice criteria. Retail store's managers improve the retailing results by forming the appropriate store environment and giving the customers a pleasant and satisfied purchasing environment to improve the store atmosphere. The expected customer who looks for their store can plant a thesis existing reason of their own store definitely and strongly in theheart of manger and employee. And also, among the store differentiation, the weight of physical environment placed is becoming large day by day, and now can make full use of the competition superiority measure different with the store. This paper will actually analysis that what kind of influence the store environment factors exert on the store choice criteria, and also if the store choice criteria exerts influence on the store value and patronage intention.

A Study on the Consumer Choice Criteria based on Facility Purpsoe for Multi-Mixed Complex Medical Care Facility Development (의료복합시설 개발을 위한 시설용도별 이용자 선택기준에 관한 연구)

  • The multi-mixed complex medical care facility consisting of mainly hospital and other associated facilities such as retail, office, accommodation, healthcare services, and so on, is currently recognized as a new segment in the real estate market. This study intends to identify the customer choice criteria for the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility. Based on literature review and expert consultation, the 3 criteria with 12 sub-criteria for customer choice have been defined. And the AHP methodology has been implemented for the development of relative weight of those criteria depending on the type of facility including 'medical facility', 'supporting facility', 'healthcare service facility' and 'other ancillary facility'. Research findings indicated the implication for the optimal combination of facility development based on the customer choice criteria controlled by facility. Accordingly, this research intends to provide the guidance toward the development of multi-mixed complex medical care facility.

Confusion Model Selection Criterion for On-Line Handwritten Numeral Recognition (온라인 필기 숫자 인식을 위한 혼동 모델 선택 기준)

  • HMM tends to output high probability for not only the proper class data but confusable class data, since the modeling power increases as the number of parameters increases. Thus it may not be helpful for discrimination to simply increase the number of parameters of HMM. We proposed two methods in this paper. One is a CMC(Confusion Likelihood Model Selection Criterion) using confusion class data probability, the other is a new recognition method, RCM(Recognition Using Confusion Models). In the proposed recognition method, confusion models are constructed using confusable class data, then confusion models are used to depress misrecognition by confusion likelihood is subtracted from the corresponding standard model probability. We found that CMC showed better results using fewer number of parameters compared with ML, ALC2, and BIC. RCM recorded 93.08% recognition rate, which is 1.5% higher result by reducing 17.4% of errors than using standard model only.

Multi-level Vector Error Diffusion Based on Primary Color Selection Considering Lightness (휘도를 고려한 기준색 선택 기반의 다단계 벡터 오차 확산법)

  • This paper proposes a multi-level vector error diffusion method using 64 primary colors to improve color impulse artifact in bright region. Vector error diffusion method causes color impulse artifact in bright region because we only use the Euclidean distance measure in quantization process. In order to reduce this artifact, the proposed method divides input color into chromatic color and achromatic color according to chroma value. In the case of chromatic color, input color is classified into bright region, middle bright region, and dark region according to lightness value. N candidate primary color is organized using lightness difference between input vector and 60 chromatic primary color vector in the case of bright region. Then, primary color with minimum vector norm between input vector and N candidate primary color in addition to 4 achromatic primary colors is selected as output color. As a result of experiments, the proposed method showed visually pleasing halftone output.

  • 본 논문에서는 Head-up Digitizing / Vectorizing 기술에 주로 사용되는 이진 영상으로부터 사용자의 초기 입력 좌표를 기준점으로 채택한 후 기준점을 중심으로 선형 및 벡터 형상을 추출하는 반자동 선형 추출 기술 개발에 관해 기술한다. 본 기술의 동작 과정을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 사용자는 이진 영상에서 추출하고자 하는 선형 및 벡터 형상내의 한 좌표를 선택한다. 선택된 좌표는 기준점으로 채택되며, 이 기준점을 중심으로 네 방향으로 영암 값이 0인 픽셀들의 길이 및 orientation이 계산된다. 계산된 orientation을 바탕으로 폭 넓이가 계산되고 초기 좌표가 보정된 후 폭 넓이가 임계값을 만족시키면 동일한 선형물로 간주하여 추출 연산을 반복 수행하고, 폭넓이가 임계값을 벗어나면 새로운 선형물로 간주하고 추출을 중단한다 즉, 채택된 기준값을 중심으로 동일한 명암값의 검색을 진행하여 기준값과 유사한 방향성 및 폭 넓이 정보를 갖는 성분들의 중심 좌표를 선형물 추출 결과값으로 산출하는 기술이다. 본 기술을 통해 수작업으로 진행되던 지도 제작 및 Head-up Digitizing / Vectorizing 기술이 컴퓨터를 이용한 반자동기술로 대체될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 많은 인원과 시간을 소모하여야 했던 좌표 지도제작을 위성 영상을 이용하여 보다 쉽고 저렴한 가격으로 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있다.

SCUBA Diving Buddy Selection Process by Instructors' Perception (지도자가 지각하는 스쿠버다이빙의 버디선택 결정과정)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore how SCUBA diving instructors' perception on their divers affects the buddy selection process in SCUBA diving clubs. For the purpose of this study, 6 people who have more than 5 year experiences and have been working as instructor in scuba diving clubs were selected as research participants. The results are as follows. First, they perceived necessity of buddy selection through awareness of importance of buddy through education and through partner perception to overcome perceived danger. Second, when selecting a buddy, they established standards according to level whether they have a rescue diver license and secured standards through new sense of value. Third, buddy selection determinants were interaction between buddies, mutual trust and realization of buddy's role. As such, a SCUBA diver should select other buddy to perform pair diving and buddy is selected based on relationship such as mutual communication, mutual trust and belief. When they perform buddy's role comprehensively based on mutual relationship with buddy, continuous relationship as buddies can be built.

An Analysis on the Purchase Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Recommendation according Toothpaste Choice Standard (치약선택기준에 따른 구매만족, 재구매 의도 및 권유 의사 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the buying behavior characteristics of the customers. Also, it was intended to provide information to provide companies marketing strategy. The criteria of purchasing toothpaste was to try to understand the impact on satisfaction, recommendation and repurchase Intention. The study was surveyed 248 customers who re-buy the toothpaste in oral care products showroom at university dental hospital. Statistical analysis was performed using PASW Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 at the 5% significance level. The results were as follows: 'Flavor', 'Price', 'Brand', 'Function', 'Design' of toothpaste and satisfaction showed a positive correlation. Satisfaction and repurchase intention, Recommendation showed a positive correlation. Selection criteria that affect the satisfaction when customers buy toothpaste, 'Function' was the greatest and others became the order of the 'Brand', 'Flavor', 'Price'. Satisfaction affect the recommendation and repurchase Intention. If customers are satisfied with the toothpaste products, showed the Repurchase Intention, have shown opinion that is willing to recommend this product to others. Therefore, dentistry and manufacturers of toothpaste must share a lot of information about toothpaste with customers. Also, information, function, flavor of toothpaste as well as other oral care product, It will be a needed the continuing research and development.

The Model of Decision Making and the Method of Evaluating Criteria and Alternatives by Value Judgement, In Case of the University Student's Housing Choice (가치 판단에 기초한 의사결정 모형과 기준.대안의 평가 방법: 대학생의 주택 선택을 사례로)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of supporting decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement and to apply the model and method suggested to the case of the University Student's housing choice. The criteria and alternatives are evaluated in terms of intuitive judgement and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The university students of the Daegu Metropolitan area consider the socioeconomic and environmental factors more important than the characteristics of housing to evaluate their future housing types. In terms of the student's intuitive judgement, socio-educational environment, accessibility, economy, natural environment, and the characteristics of housing are considered in order as an important criteria of evaluating housing. The orders of the important criteria done by an intuitive judgement and the AHP are different. In terms of the AHP, apartment, detached dwelling, and row house are preferred in order as the student's future housing types. The orders of preferred housing types are, however, dynamically changed based on specific criteria. In sum, the model of decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement will be applied to the real problems defined by uncertainty and high risk.
