Based on accurate image processing technology, a system for measuring displacement in ${\mu}m$ for drive error (position error, straightness error, flatness error) at a distance using parallel light and image sensor is developed, and a system for applying this technology development to a large 3D rapid prototyping machine and compensating in real time is developed to dramatically reduce the range of measurement error and enable intelligent 3D production of high quality products.

이 논문은 선진민주주의 국가의 선거경쟁에서 제시되는 정당 매니페스토 자료와 사회정책 자료를 사용하여 국가별 정당 간 입장의 차이, 정부당파성과 복지국가의 관계, 그리고 복지국가 이슈에 관한 정당양극화의 문제에 대해 경험적 분석을 제시한다. 이 논문의 분석이 제시하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선진민주주의 국가의 주요 좌우파 정당 간 사회정책 입장의 차이는 국가별로 편차를 보인다. 복지국가 이슈와 관련한 정당양극화의 정도는 기존 복지국가 체계의 특성, 선거제도, 또는 선거경쟁에서 나타나는 복지국가 이슈의 유형에 따라 다른 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 집권정당의 당파성이 복지국가에 미치는 영향을 확인할 수 있다. 셋째, 정당이 복지국가에 미치는 영향이 제한적이거나 혹은 제도적 맥락에 조건지어진다는 점을 고려할 필요가 있다. 어쩌면 정당 및 정부당파성이 복지국가에 미치는 영향은 협의제 민주주의(consensus democracies) 유형의 국가들보다는 다수제 민주주의(majoritarian democracies) 유형의 국가들에서 더 뚜렷하게 나타나는 것인지도 모른다. 넷째, 정당의 정책입장의 변화는 경쟁하는 주요정당의 정책변화에 영향을 받기도 한다. 또한 이슈유형에 따라 위치이슈와 합의이슈로 구분할 수 있는데, 각 국가별 선거경쟁과 복지국가 논의는 다양한 형태를 가지면서 진행된다.

연구목적:기존의 예·경보 발령 체계와는 별도로 지역 특성 및 상황에 따라 기상 관련 긴급정보를 적시에 발령하여 사용자가 신속히 대응할 수 있는 정보를 신속하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 연구방법: 업무의 신속한 적용과 효율성을 위하여 기상청 기운용 중인 선진예보시스템과 종합통보시스템, 그리고 방재기상 포탈 시스템과 연동하여 발생하는 다양한 기상정보와 이로부터 발생된 기상특보문(10종), CBS발송문 등을 연동하고, 위험 기상현상에 관한 기상 긴급 판단 기준을 결정한다. 연구결과:긴급기상정보의 발령 주무부처인 기상청이 운용하는 선진예보시스템과 연동하여 기상긴급정보 전달시스템이 개발되었고 기상긴급정보 자동 생성을 위한 판단 모듈과 메시지 자동생성 기능이 구현됨. 결론:현재 기운용중인 시스템과 효율적으로 연동하여 기상긴급정보의 판단 기준을 제공하고 이를 효율적으로 자동 생성하여 기존의 중계망을 통하여 신속한 제공이 가능하게 되어 긴급한 기상 상황에 의한 재난 피해를 대폭 줄 일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic effectiveness of advanced enterprise welfare system utilizing DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) and contribute to the adoption and implementation of the system conducted by Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service(COMWEL). We classified 48 sample data into 3 categories : A category(basic consulting & intensive consulting, adoption) is 36, B category(basic consulting & intensive consulting, non-adoption) is 5, and C category(only basic consulting, adoption) is 7. A consulting fee is used as input variable, earning per employee and average employee tenure are used as output variables. As a result from DEA, we find out the fact that the economic effectiveness of A category is better than the economic effectiveness of B and C category and it comes to the conclusion that the consulting service provided by COMWEL has a positive effect on the adoption and implementation of advanced enterprise welfare system. Therefore, COMWEL is required to perform consulting service to small & medium business more actively and is needed to look at the reason why some businesses hesitate to accept the relevant system.

This study is to estimate and compare hedging effectiveness in emerging currency and advanced currency futures markets. Emerging currency futures includes Korea won, Mexico peso, and Brazil real and advanced currency futures is Europe euro, British pound, and Japan yen. Hedging effectiveness is measured by comparing hedging performance of the naive hedge model, OLS model, error correction model and constant condintional correlation bivariate GARCH(1, 1) hedge model based on rolling windows. Analysis data is used daily spot and futures rates from January, 2, 2001 to March. 10, 2006. The empirical results are summarized as follows : First, irrespective of hedging period and model, hedging using Korea won/dollar futures reduces spot rate's volatility risk by 97%. Second, Korea won/dollar futures market produces the best hedging performance in emerging and advanced currency futures markets, i.e. Mexico peso, Brazil real, Europe euro, British pound, and Japan yen. Third, there are no difference of hedging effectiveness among hedging models.

최근 우주 항공 및 자동차 산업 등에서 기존의 금속재료를 대체하기 위하여 고강도 경량 구조 재료인 선진 복합재료 (advanced composite materials)의 개발에 관심이 모아지고 있다[1]. 선진 복합재료의 매트릭스 수지로서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 에폭시는 수지 및 경화제의 종류에 따라 여러 가지 물성을 나타낼 수 있다. 에폭시 수지는 기계적 물성 및 내화학성이 우수하고 경화시 수축변형이 적은 장점이 있으나 높은 가교밀도 때문에 순간적인 충격에 취약하다는 단점을 지니고 있다. (중략)

우리의 자동차공업수준은 아직도 내수시장기반이 극히 취약하고 제조기술, 부품조달, 제조설비부문에서 선진자동차공업국에 대한 의존도가 높고 자동차공업과 관련된 주변여건 변화에 깊은 관련성, 선진자동차공업국의 우리나라 자동차공업에 대한 경계심, 자동차 수출시장의 정책변화, 세계각국의 보호무역주의와 관련한 우리나라 시장 개방압력 등이 한국 자동차공업의 성패에 밀접한 관련성을 내포하고 있어 우리나라 자동차공업이 지속적인 수출산업으로 성장하기 위해서는 새로운 발전방안이 강구되어야 할 시점에 있다고 볼 수 있다.

사육단계에 HACCP 인증이 실시된 이후, 용인시 농업기술센터의 주도로 용인에 소재한 육계농장들은 HACCP 인증을 받기 위해 발 빠른 행보를 보였다. 그 결과 육계농가 중 첫 번째로 인증을 받은 농장도 용인이고, 인증 받은 농장이 가장 많은 곳도 마찬가지로 용인이다. 이렇게 HACCP 인증 교육을 위해 모인 농가들은 정보공유와 친목도모를 위해 '용인시육계 HACCP 동호회'를 만들었다. 이번 달에는 이 모임을 이끌고 있는 김진선 회장이 운영하는 선진농장을 찾아가 보았다.
