A relative important analysis was conducted to determine what factors are required for port selection in Mokpo New Port and what needs to be addressed first in order to expand automobile and steel cargo handling. The port selection factors of Mokpo New Port were classified into 4 major and 13 intermediate categories, and AHP analysis was used. As a result, items such as 'port facilities', 'accessibility to international ports', 'port facility usage fees', and 'connectivity with neighboring cities/ports' were evaluated as important. The respondent groups were divided into shipowner and shipper, port operator and stevedore, and public official, and an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to verify if there was a difference in perception between the groups. As a result, shipowner and shipper, port operator and stevedore were similar, but there was a difference from public official group. Shipowner and shipper, port operator and stevedore with similar response characteristics were classified into the 'port practitioner' group, and public official were classified into the 'port policy maker' group, and the difference in perception between the group was tested. Therefore, there were differences in some major category items, and even in the intermediate category items such as 'possession of adjacent hinterland industrial complex', 'cargo equipment', '24-hour port operation', 'inland transportation cost', 'accessibility to international ports', 'marketing and incentives' with statistical. In other words, the 'port practitioner' group evaluated items that can increase cargo creation and handling productivity as important whereas the 'port policy maker' group considers port development and policies such as port infrastructure, connectivity with other ports, and incentive support items are more important.

This article reviewed ‘Gojangsijoseonju(고장시조선주)' which was written by Gojeong-ok(.고정옥), a scholar of Korean literature. and showed the features and importance in the history of Korean literature. Gojeong-ok was not properly studied in the history of Korean literature for the time being because he went to North Korea during the Korean war. Even for the researcher on Korean literature.' the literary works of Gojeong-ok were not introduced properly. However, the systematic studies on Gojeong-ok and his literary works should be done, and should be well appreciate his work in the history of the research for Korean literature by his achievements. This article considered his literary achievement through his book, 'Gojangsijoseonju'. 'Jangsijo(장시조), that was named by Gojeong-ok for 'Saseolsijo(사설시조), stood in highly important position to explain the history of literarature in late period of Chosun(조선) Dynasty. He tried the analysis on the fifty (50) selected 'Saseolsijo' and made commentaries on them in his book. And he suggested the original and creative theory on 'Saseolsijo' at the time of the book published. This article considered his understandings on the poems of classical literature, revealed in his literary works, and especially, the features on the theory for the 'Jangsijo'. Through this process, it could be clearly understand his views on literary works in itself. By considering the analysis of literature that was introduced with the commentaries, it could be seen the aspects of the specific analysis on each literature. Through these works, it could be looked forward to getting more detailed investigating clue on the view of Gojeong-ok for the poems of classical literature.

In Paracomon Inc. v. Telus Communication, Realice's anchor became entangled with a working fiber-optic submarine cable during its voyage and are presentative of the shipowner(the captain) cut the cable. The owner of the cable brought a claim for the repair cost against the shipowner. The shipowner then advanced a third party claim against a liability insurance underwriter. The Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) held that the shipowner was entitled to limit its liability under the 1976 Convention on the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims. The SCC also ruled that even though the misdeed of the shipowner was insufficient to break its right to limitation of liability, its wrongdoing constituted willful misconduct under the 1993 Canada Marine Insurance Act, allowing the underwriter to deny coverage for the incident. Thecasewasthefirsttoaddresstheinterrelationship between the shipowner's right to limit liability under the international convention regime and the availability of liability insurance with respect to such limited liability. This study analyzes the reasoning behind the SCC's judgment and evaluates the appropriateness of this court's decision based on the current maritime industry as well as prevailing maritime law. It concludes that the SCC's decision to declare that the shipowner retained the right to limit its liability is appropriate under the Limitation Convention (1976). However, its declaration that the liability insurer was discharged from liability is not correct in due consideration of the common recognition in the maritime industry, the intended purpose of a third party's right against the liability insurer, and the adoption process of the conduct barring limitation. Based on the SCC's decision, this study finally reviews the issue of the shipowner's right to limit and the coverage of the liability insurer in the Sewol case (2014).

"선용품"이라는 용어는 선박에서 사용되는 모든 관련 기계적 부속품(SPARE)와 소모성 자재(STORE)를 통칭하여 부르는 용어이다. 자동차나 다른 기계류와 달리,선박은 원양을 운항하기에 긴급하거나 급박한 상황의 발생으로 기부속에 대한 수요가 발생할 경우 긴밀하게 대응하기가 어려운 환경에 놓여져 있다. 본 연구에서 연구자는 공급지 결정을 가능하게 하기 위해, 실제 보급사례들을 바탕으로 데이터를 분석하고, 각 선주사 및 선박관리업체 측을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 그 결과를 분석해 선박의 선용품 보급지 결정방안을 일반화 하고자 한다 .

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in job satisfaction and turnover intention according to the level of Emotional labor and the mediating effect in dental hygienists. The survey was performed from April, 2016 to November, 2016 against 300 dental sanitarian working in Daejeon and Daegu district and a total of 292 people's data was made an object for final analysis. As a result of it, the emotional labor and exhaustion showed positive relationship and thus as the emotional labor is high, exhaustion was high(P<0.1), and the job satisfaction was negative and thus as the emotional labor is low, the job satisfaction was high(P<0.1) Also, the emotional labor in the turnover intention was positively related and thus as the emotional labor is high, the turnover intention was high(P<0.5). Thus, a scheme to lower the job stress and the exhaustion experience degree and increase the compensation and welfare benefits in order to solve the emotional labor of the dental sanitarian.

This study analyzes the relationship between parameters of the discontinuity in Discrete Fracture Network model such as fracture intensity, fracture orientation, fracture size, fracture shape etc. In this paper, FracMan code was used to model and analyze 3D DFN. A sensitivity analysis was performed in order to analyze the relationship between linear fracture intensity measure ($P_{10}$) and parameters of the discontinuity in $100m{\times}100m{\times}100m$ model area. As a result the sensitivity analysis showed that key parameters affecting fracture intensity are fracture orientation (Trend / Plunge). Conversion factor($C_{13}$) for $P_{10}$, to calculate volumetric fracture intensity measure ($P_{32}$), is derived in case of vertical well and horizontal well when trend is $10^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, $120^{\circ}$, $150^{\circ}$, $180^{\circ}$ (7cases) and plunge is $5^{\circ}$, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$, $75^{\circ}$, $85^{\circ}$ (7cases). It is expected that this paper can be used effectively for modeling and understanding DFN model.

This study aims to measure between organizational commitment, empowerment and working environment of dental hygienists. The subjects of the study were surveyed by 245 dental hygienists in Daegu and some areas of Gyeongbuk from May 2019 to October 2019. Technical statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of organizational commitment, empowerment and relevance to the working environment showed a positive correlation, indicating that the higher the organizational commitment among dental hygienists, the higher the individual's empowerment and the better the working environment. The medical institution has proposed measures to improve the empowerment and organizational commitment of dental hygienists, and suggests the need to develop programs to improve the work environment of dental clinic.

Canada British Columbia 주의 Prince Rupert 와 Port Hardy(503km) 를 1주일에 2회 왕복하던 Queen of the North 호가 2006년 3월 22일 Gill Island 북쪽 해상에서 좌초되었다. 사고 후, 선박에 탑재된 Electronic Chart System(ECS)을 수거하여 선박의 항해자료를 회수키로하고, 2006년 6월 15일 해양탐사로봇을 이용하여 해저 약 453m 지점에 착저된 선박으로부터 ECS 컴퓨터를 수거하였고 Maker인 Transas사는 수거된 ECS의 Data를 복원하여 선주사에 재공하였다. 이에 따라 캐나다 교통안전국 (Transportation Safety Board of Canada)는 재현 결과물을 통하여 사고원인을 규명한 사건이다.

국제선급연합회(International Association of Classification Societies: IACS)에서는 2022년 선박 및 기자재시스템 사이버 복원력 달성을 위한 공통규칙 UR E26, E27을 발행하였으며, 이 규정은 2024년 1월 이후 건조 계약되는 선박에 의무적으로 적용될 예정이다. 현존선의 경우, OT 시스템 네트워크 변경 및 사이버보안 기능을 신규 구현하기가 어렵기 때문에 사이버 위험관리에 한계가 있으나, 본 규정을 통해 신조선 건조 단계에서 설계 보안 (secure by design)을 고려한 선박 사이버 복원력 네트워크 및 기능 구현이 가능하다. 사이버복원력 생태계가 잘 형성되기 위해서는 선주, 조선소, 제조사, 선급 등 주요 이해관계자의 역할이 중요하며 향후 다양한 프로젝트를 통한 사이버복원력 체계 내재화, 재직자 사이버보안 역량 강화, 선박 사이버안전 기술 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

Die steel for plastic molding were used as mold material of automobile parts and electronic component industry. The material of this paper has superior to mechanical properties, such as repair weldability, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, required mold parts for semitransparent. Laser-induced surface hardening technology is widely adopted to improver fatigue life and wear resistance via localized hardening at the surface of mold parts. The objective of this research work is to investigate on the characteristics of surface hardening of the laser process parameters, such as beam travel speed, laser power and defocsued spot position, for the case of die steel for plastic molding. Lens for surface hardening of large area is plano-convex type with elliptical profile to maintain uniform laser irradiation. According to the experimental results, large size of hardened layer at the surface of die steel for plastic molding was achieved, and microstructure of this layer was lath martensite. Optimal surface status and mechanical property of hardened layer could be obtained at 1095Watt, $0.25{\sim}0.3m/min$, 0mm (focal length: 232mm) for laser power, beam travel speed, and focal position. Where, heat input was $0.793{\times}10^{3}J/cm^2$, and width of hardened layer was 27.58mm.
