Previous studies have reported that a plausible reference point has a greater anchoring effect than an extreme reference point. It is also known that the anchoring effect decreases when the individual's level of knowledge related to a given item is high. However, there has been no study examining the interaction of the plausibility of the reference point and the difficulty of the given question. Therefore, in this study, the effect of the reference plausibility and the difficulty of the questions on the anchoring effect were examined. The relationship between the response confidence and the anchoring effect was also examined. To do so, easy and difficult questions, plausible and extreme reference points were selected through preliminary research. The experiment was conducted following the 'standard anchoring task procedure'. As results, the extremity of the reference point and the difficulty of the question affected the size of the anchoring effect respectively. The difficulty of the question also affected the confidence of the response. Specifically, when a plausible reference point was presented and when a difficult question was presented, the anchoring effects were increased. In addition, the lower the confidence in one's performances, the greater the influence of the reference point when an extreme reference point was presented. These results show that the plausibility of the given reference point and the difficulty of the item have different effects on the magnitude of the anchoring effect and the degree of confidence. The results of this study support the attitude change perspective regarding the anchoring effect, which suggests that the anchoring effect varies depending on the characteristics of the reference point and the individual's knowledge.

In this study, the structural behavior of reinforced concrete members under simultaneous axial and blast loads was analyzed. Nonlinear dynamic analysis verification was performed using the experimental data of panels under fundamental blast load as well as those of reinforced concrete columns subjected to axial and blast loads. Because Autodyn is a program designed only for dynamic analysis, an analysis process is devised to simulate the initial stress state of members under static loads, such as axial loads. A total of 80 nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis procedures were conducted by selecting parameters corresponding to axial load ratios and scaled distances ranging 0%~70% and 1.1~2.0 (depending on the equivalent of TNT), respectively. The structural behavior was compared and analyzed with the corresponding degree of damage and maximum lateral displacement through the changes in axial load ratio and scaled distance. The results show that the maximum lateral displacement decreases due to the increase in column stiffness under axial loads. In view of the foregoing, the formulated analysis process is anticipated to be used in developing blast-resistant design models where structural behavior can be classified into three areas considering axial load ratios of 10%~30%, 30%~50%, and more than 50%.

Ventilation plays an important role in controlling indoor air quality. Due to the recent spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and with people spending more time indoors, there's been increased attention on the importance of ventilation performance. In many countries, ventilation is regulated by airflow rates and the number of air changes per hour (ACH). However, airflow rates and ACH alone do not provide an accurate account of actual indoor pollutant removal and ventilation uniformity in a space. This study looked into the ventilation performance of an actual residential unit using several sampling points instead of basing it off of airflow and air change rates. Literature review was used to derive relevant influencing factors and the tracer gas dilution method was used for the field test. The study measured air velocity, age of air, and ventilation efficiency at several locations and compared them to the average value at the center of the test space to determine the differences in ventilation performance at the selected measurement points. The study showed that different sampling locations resulted in different ventilation values. Findings of this study will be used to develop an experimental procedure for evaluating indoor ventilation performance of actual residential spaces.

The construction of new renewable energy facilities is steadily increasing every year. In particular, the offshore wind farm market, which has abundant development scalability and a high production coefficient, is growing rapidly. The southwest sea has the highest possible offshore wind power potential, and related projects are to be promoted. This study presents a basic design procedure by the EUROCODE and considers structural safety in the development of an effective of shore wind foundation in the clay layer. In a previous study, the wind power generator of 5MW class was the main target, but the 8MW of wind turbine generator, which meets the technical trend of the wind turbine market in the Southwest sea, was selected as the standard model. Furthermore, a foundation that fulfills the geological conditions of the Southwest sea was developed. The structural safety of this foundation was verified using finite element method. Moreover, structural safety was secured by proper reinforcement from the initial design. Based on the results of this study, structural safety check for various types of foundations is possible in the future. Additionally, specialized structural design and evaluation guidance were also established.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of golf exercise through rehabilitation training for middle-aged women and to suggest the right golf activities. To achieve the purpose of this study, the subjects were 40-50 year old middle-aged women in Jinju, Gyeongnam Province in February 2020. The subjects of this study were 8 women who were controlled by the subjects who needed to be corrected in golf swing orbit. For the accurate measurement test, the program was conducted for 10 days after explaining the purpose and utilization plan of the study. The data collected by testing level of physical strength and distance before and after the experiment were finally analyzed and used. The statistical processing of the collected data was conducted using SPSS win18.0 program, and the statistical techniques were calculated by means of frequency analysis, average(M) and standard deviation(sd), and t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study through these methods and procedures are as follows. First, rehabilitation training of general characteristics showed a high difference in golf exercise. Second, there was a high difference in the level of rehabilitation training and physical fitness in swing orbit and distance. Third, rehabilitation training and physical fitness level had a high effect on swing orbit and distance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences and the relationship between basic psychological needs and exercise addiction and to identify effects of To do this, the data were collected using the self-evaluating questionnaires on the exercise addiction, the of basic psychological needs, and the subjective were distributed to 305 participants in general exercise enthusiast for all, and the collected data. This study used the SPSS Statistics 18.0 program to process data. Exploratory factor analysis was performed for validity and Cronbach's α was performed for reliability. In addition, Frequency Analysis was carried out to analyze the demographic characteristics and Pearson's Correlation Analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis Analysis were performed to verify the correlations and differences among variables. The significance level in this research was set at=.05 and the followings α are derived outcomes. The following is the comprehensive finding of the effect of general exercise enthusiast exercise addiction through basic psychological needs. First, there was no significant difference in basic psychological need and Exercise Addiction of general characteristics, but participation in 6 days was the highest in exercise amount per week. Second, Basic Psychological Need(autonomy, competition, relatedness) showed a high difference in Exercise Addiction(withdrawal symptoms, exercise need, emotional attachment). Third, correlation analysis between all variables showed statistically significant difference. Fourth, Basic Psychological Need(autonomy, competition) was found to have a high effect on Exercise Addiction(withdrawal symptoms, exercise need, emotional attachment).

Administrative information datasets are a kind of record produced based on an organization's work performance. A dataset is evidence of the act of recording and contains a lot of information that can be used for work. Datasets have been neglected in Korea's records management system. However, as the law was revised in 2020, the management of administrative information datasets was legislated. Organizations that require management of administrative information datasets have already gradually begun record management. The core of managing administrative information datasets is the preparation of the Management Reference Table for the dataset. Regardless, there is confusion with the Records Management Reference Table for Dataset in institutions that work on records management, and it is difficult to work because the Management Reference Table for Dataset has a new concept. This study looked into the problems in the records management of datasets that appeared at the beginning of work. It isuggests a method to effectively settle records management for datasets. In that way, the Management Reference Table was selected as the research subject, and the problems discussed so far were summarized. In addition, the items of the current Management Reference Table were analyzed. As a result of the study, we have proposed the simplification of items in the Management Reference Table, the reorganization of areas in the Management Reference Table, the introduction of the concept of retention periods, and the preparation process of the Management Reference Table.
The demand for information related to 3D spatial objects model in metaverse, smart cities, digital twins, autonomous vehicles, urban air mobility will be increased. 3D model construction for spatial objects is possible with various equipments such as satellite-, aerial-, ground platforms and technologies such as modeling, artificial intelligence, image matching. However, it is not easy to quickly detect and convert spatial objects that need updating. In this study, based on spatial information (features) and attributes, using matching elements such as address code, number of floors, building name, and area, the converged building DB and the detected building DB are constructed. Both to support above and to verify the suitability of object selection that needs to be updated, one system prototype was developed. When constructing the converged building DB, the convergence of spatial information and attributes was impossible or failed in some buildings, and the matching rate was low at about 80%. It is believed that this is due to omitting of attributes about many building objects, especially in the pilot test area. This system prototype will support the establishment of an efficient drone shooting plan for the rapid update of 3D spatial objects, thereby preventing duplication and unnecessary construction of spatial objects, thereby greatly contributing to object improvement and cost reduction.
Nosong-dong is used to be center of the administration, education and transportation in Jeonju. It has ironically been the location of the city's prostitution quarter 'called Seonmichon'. This place is recently selected as an area of urban regeneration by Jeonju. The project has involved numerous programs which gradually transfer this place for the women's rights and arts. This paper focuses on exploring the socio-cultural meanings of a community museum, an archive for gender equality, and an exhibition site for local artists. The Seonmichon quarter has long been stigmatized as an area of ill repute and regarded with contempt by the surrounding neighborhood. It is space where polarized interests are entangled. City authority has tried to reflect this by presenting a variety of perspectives on the Seonmichon district. An initiative of the community museum has been its hosting of several exhibitions around the themes of women's rights and community arts. The most remarkable aspect of the exhibitions that have taken place in the heart of the Seonmichon district has been the active participation of local community residents as a catalyst for progressive social change. The paper's overall purpose is to provide an introduction and analyze the process of development of the exhibition initiative, and further examine the social role and meaning of the community museum in Nosong-dong, as well as its future tasks and directions.

Condition assessment of analog records is enforced to establish a preservation strategy and identify the damaged records by the Public Records Management Act and the public standard in Korea. However, the number of record management organizations where the condition assessment according to the act and the standard are actually conducted is limited in Korea. To find out what to change in the system and the practice of the condition assessment, the system and situation on the condition assessment of the paper-based records in Korea and other countries were investigated through literature research and a survey. Whereas Korean archives try to assess entire individual records, archives and libraries overseas apply condition assessment selectively depending on not only historical and cultural values of the records but also the vulnerability of compositional materials and severity of the damage of the records. It seems that archives and libraries overseas have a specific reason to conduct the assessment. Most of them take advantage of a sampling method not assessing every single item. Moreover, the periodical assessment is carried out in only about 50% of the responses. Therefore, we have to consider changing our condition assessment system to a more efficient and flexible way, adopting a sampling method and applying the assessment for selective collections with more specific purposes.
