Simulation and Testing of the Effect of Current Collection Performance According to Pre-sag in 400km/h Overhead Contact Lines (400km/h 전차선로에서 사전이도가 집전성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 시뮬레이션 및 시험)

  • A 400km/h simple catenary system was constructed as a test line in Korea. In the design stage of this system, the pre-sag was one of the engineering issues most focused on. It is known that the pre-sag improves the current collection performance in a certain band of high speed. However, the effect of pre-sag at 400km/h has not yet been established. To grasp a better pre-sag in the 400km/h catenary, we transacted the dynamic performance prediction simulation between catenary and pantograph under conditions of 0 and 1/3000 pre-sag. The level of 0 pre-sag was adapted for the 400km/h catenary design after reviewing predictions. We constituted the 1/3000 pre-sag sample section (about 1km) while constructing the 400km/h catenary test-bed (28km) of 0 pre-sag. With a HEMU-430X train, the contact forces were measured in the test-bed including the pre-sag sample section. In this paper, the predicted and measured dynamic performance values (contact forces) for 0 and 1/3000 pre-sag are described and compared. It is conclusively confirmed by analytical and experimental examination that the non pre-sag showed better dynamic (current collection) performance than that of the 1/3000 pre-sag for the 400km/h catenary system.

  • 나노결정 합금재료를 전력선 통신 커플러용 자심재료로 응용하기 위해서는 고주파 대역에서의 손실 특성이 제어되어야 한다. 즉 고속 전력선 통신을 위한 자심재료의 투자율 및 완화 주파수 등의 전자기적 특성은 30MHz까지 우수하고 안정적으로 유지되어야 하며, 높은 투자율 및 자속밀도, 공진주파수뿐만 아니라 낮은 전력손실 값을 가져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 나노결점 합금 리본 표면에 딥 코팅, 졸-겔법, 진공함침 등의 방법을 이용하여 PZT, $TiO_2$$SiO_2$ 등의 산화물 고저항층을 형성시켜 자기적 성질을 유지하면서 고주파 대역의 와전류 손실을 감소시켜 통신용 자심재료로의 응용성을 향상시키고자 하였다. PZT 슬러리의 제타전위 조절을 통해 최적의 분산조건을 얻을 수 있었고, 평균 150nm인 PZT 입자의 초미립자와 가소제, 분산제, 결합제의 첨가조건을 확립할 수 있었다. 딥-코팅은 슬러리 내 유지시간 10초, 인상속도 5mm/min로 30회 반복되었을 때 가정 우수한 특성을 나타내었으며, 고주파 대역에서의 손실 감소효과를 나타내었다. 그리고 졸-겔법에 의해 제조된 슬러리를 이용한 $TiO_2$$SiO_2$ 산화물 저항층 코팅을 통해 금속 알콕사이드의 혼합조건 및 저항층 형성용 슬러리의 제조조건을 확립하였고, 합금 리본표면에 균일하고 우수한 점착력을 가지는 저항층을 형성시킬 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 코어손실의 감소효과를 나타낼 수 있었다. 또한 진공 함침법을 통한 저항층 형성에서, $TiO_2$ 나노분말을 표면 저항층으로 코팅했을 때, 가장 높은 코어손실 감소효과를 나타내었다. 한편, 표면 저항층이 형성된 나노결정 합금으로 제조한 자심재료를 이용하여 전력선 통신용 비접촉식 커플러에의 적용과 시험을 통해 고주파 손실 감소효과에 의한 신호전송 특성과 전류특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

  • A multiscale particle simulation technique that can be applied to a multiphase fluid system has been developed. In the boundary region where the macroscopic- and microscopic-scale models overlap each other, three distinctive features are introduced in the simulation. First, a wall is set up between the gas and liquid phases to separate them and match the phases respectively to the macroscopic conditions stably. Secondly, the interfacial profile is obtained near the matching region and the wall translates and rotates to accommodate the change in the liquid-vapor interfacial position in the molecular model. The contact angle thus obtained can be sent to the macroscopic model. Finally, a state of mass and temperature in the region is maintained by inserting and deleting the particles. Good matching results are observed in the cases of the complete and partial wetting fluid systems.

  • 본 연구에서는 적외선 카메라 기반의 비접촉식 측정 방법을 이용하여 동공 반응 데이터를 수집하여 공감의 사회감성을 객관적이고 정량적으로 추정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험에는 10명(남 6명, 여 4명, M ± SD = 24.17 ± 2.16세)의 피험자가 참여하였다. 30초의 참조 데이터 측정 후, 공감 유무에 따라 과제는 얼굴 표정 모방 과제와 얼굴 표정 자발적 표현 과제로 구분되어 두 사람은 표정으로 상호작용하였고, 2번씩 반복 진행하며 적외선 카메라를 통해 동공을 촬영하였다. 이진화 및 원형 윤곽선 검출법의 영상처리를 활용하여 동공 데이터를 수집하였고, 이동 평균 기법을 활용해 눈깜빡임 노이즈를 제거하고 동공 크기 개인차로 데이터 표준화를 진행하였다. 공감 유무에 따른 동공 크기 데이터는 정규성 검증 및 독립표본 t검정을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 공감하는 경우(M ± SD = 0.508 ± 1.278)와 공감하지 않은 경우(M ± SD = 1.681 ± 0.968) 동공 크기가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(t(18) = -2.313, p = 0.033). 판별분석을 통해 동공 크기에 따른 공감의 유무를 추정하는 규칙을 정의하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 동공 크기 데이터를 이용한 공감의 사회감성 추정 기술은 비접촉식 카메라 기반의 기술로 스마트 글래스와 접목되어 다양한 분야에 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Evaluation of Dynamic Characteristics of the Pantograph for the Korean High-Speed Train through 350km/h Trial Running Test (350km/h 본선 주행시험을 통한 한국형 고속열차 판토그라프의 접촉력 특성 평가 연구)

  • The Korean High-Speed Train(HSR 350x) had been developed by through 'G7-R&D project' in 1996-2002, and has been testing and evaluating it's reliability on the high-speed line until now. A number of core equipments designed and developed by using domestic technologies were boarded on the HSR 350x. In order to verify the performance of HSR 350x and core equipments such as traction system, brake system and pantograph, sophisticated testing and evaluating procedures should be considered and applied. In this paper, the tested and analysed results about the dynamic characteristics of HSR 350x pantograph are introduced in a view point of the mean contact force and it's variation trend, criterion of current collection, and up-lifting of contact wire when the MSR 350x running up to 350 km/h. Through the test and evaluation, we verified that HSR 350x pantograph had an excellent current collection performance and good dynamic characteristics as it had been designed.

  • A safe grounding design is used for providing means to carry electric currents into the earth under fault conditions without exceeding any operating limits and for assuring that a person in the vicinity of grounded facilities is not exposed to danger of critical electrical shock. Transformer neutral point grounding is for the purpose of controlling the voltage to earth within tolerable limits under a line-to-ground fault. Transformer frame grounding is for the purpose of minimizing the hazardous potential within safety criteria appearing at the faulted equipment. ills paper deeply investigates the grounding resistance effects of distribution power transformers by analysing the neutral to eatth voltages and touch voltages when the fault occurs.

  • Fossil fuel was a major energy resource but the consumption of fossil fuel will decrease gradually because of limited deposits and non-environmental features. In contrast, because the renewable energy resources are infinite and sustainable, their consumption has increased annually. To promote the supply of these infinite natural energy we have to develop more efficient and inexpensive heat recovery system. In this study a simple device was designed as a heat exchanger, that is a direct contact heat exchanger. This heat exchanger was manufactured in cylindrical shape with height of 1,500 mm and diameter of 1,000 mm. To test the efficiency of this heat exchanger, it was connected to the evaporator of heat pump system. During the experimental tests, the humid air of $10{\sim}30^{\circ}C$ was supplied to this air-to-water heat exchanger and then the water flow rate was set to 2500~3500 L/h. Heat recovery rate of this heat exchanger increased in proportion to entering air temperature and water flow rate.

  • CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) 기술이 1970년대 처음 선 보인 이래, 정보통신 기술의 눈부신 발전과 함께 그 인기가 날로 높아져 가고 있다. 정보기술(Information Technology)의 발전으로 향상된 컴퓨터의 기능을 활용한 다양한 서비스가 출현하면서 고객과 기업간의 상호 접촉이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 CTI기술은 Inbound 위주의 Voice and Call Communication 만을 위한 소극적인 개념이었으나, 현재의 대 다수의 기업들은 좀더 발전된 CTI 기술을 활용하고 있다. 최근 들어 기업간의 경쟁이 치열해지고 고객에 대한 우위를 높이기 위해 새로운 돌파구가 필요했다. 이에 대한 경영 솔루션으로, 인터넷 환경을 통합한 CITI(Computer and Internet Telephony Integration)와 eCRM 개념을 활용한 시스템의 사용으로 질 높은 서비스와 매출증대, 경비절감 등과 같은 경쟁력을 개선시킬 수 있었다. 본 논문은 CTI 기술과 CRM 개념을 활용한 시스템을 설계 구현하였다 이는, 전화의 호 전송, 호수신, 호 전달 등의 기능과 CTI 와 사설교환기(PBX)의 링크를 통합한 시스템이다. 제안된 시스템은 콜센터(Call Center)나 기타 고객의 접촉이 집중된 기업에 응용 되도록 설계되었다.

Dynamic Analysis of Rotor Systems Considering Ball Bearing Contact Mechanism (볼 베어링의 접촉 메커니즘을 고려한 회전체 시스템의 동적 해석)

  • We propose a finite element modeling method considering the ball bearing contact mechanism, and the developed method was verified through experimental and analytical results of inner and outer race-type rotor systems. A comparison of the proposed method with conventional method reveals that there is little difference in the results of the inner race-type rotor system, but there are considerable differences in the results of the outer race-type rotor system such that predictions of greater accuracy can be made. Therefore, the proposed method can be used for accurately predicting the dynamic characteristics of an outer race-type rotary machine.

A Study on the Development and Characteristics Evaluation of Non-Contact HFCT Sensor for Partial Discharge Measurement (부분방전 측정용 비접촉식 HFCT 센서개발 및 특성평가에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, the sensor such as current transformer type was developed for measuring non-contact partial discharge in power electrical facilities, and the results of the characteristic evaluation were discussed. The frequency response characteristics of the HFCT sensor were shown to be measurable from 20 [kHz] to 20 [MHz]. The average sensitivity for the positive direction was 0.308 [mV/pC], and the negative direction was 0.459 [mV/pC]. Which showed that the sensitivity for the negative direction was better than that for the positive direction. The developed HFCT sensor is possible to measure very small partial discharge pulse signals and can be measured various types of partial discharge that may occur at power electrical facilities.
