  • With the rapid advance of computer and communication technology, the amount of data transferred is also increasing more than ever. The recent trend of education systems is connecting related information semantically in different systems in order to improve the utilization of computerized information Therefore, Web-based teaching-learning is developing in the ubiquitous learning direction that learners select and organize the contents, time and order of learning by themselves. That is, it is evolving to provide teaching-learning environment adaptive to individual learners' characteristics (their level of knowledge, pattern of study, areas of interest). This paper proposes the efficient evaluation method of learning contents in a mediator for the integration of heterogeneous information resources. This means that the autonomy of a remote server can be preserved to the highest degree. In addition, this paper proposes the adaptive optimization of learning contents such that available storage in a mediator can be highly utilized at any time. In order to differentiate the recent usage of a learning content from the past, the accumulated usage frequency of a learning content decays as time goes by.

  • Auto Pilot is the system which move automatically the vessel through locating operation mode to automatic after entering operating course using a electronic chart or plotter. And water jet is the a propulsion system that make a power to push the vessel through spouting the accelerated water which is absorbed by the hole in the bottom of vessel. The water jet receive the effect of the depth of water lowly, it's acceleration efficiency is higher under high speed and have an advantage on vibrating and floating sound, so it's demand is increasing as new propulsion system. However, the signal systems of auto pilot and water jet are different, we need the system to interface between each system. We designed the interface that efficiently digital feed back control embedded module between auto pilot and water jet system in this paper.

  • The purpose of the study was to perform a comparative analysis of the success and failure cases to increase the completeness of vault "Shirai-Kim Hee Hoon" technique. The subject of the study was "K" a male gymnast from Korean Artistic Gymnastic National team. The results obtained through the three-dimensional analysis during international as well as practice session are as follows: Firstly, excluding BC, the lead time in each PrF, HC and PoF phases were shorter during successful trials than in failure trials. Secondly, during successful trials, the horizontal and vertical velocity appeared to be higher during taking off, which contributed positively to the leaping motion in the horizontal direction. Thirdly, when compared with successful and failure trials, the body's angular rotation was highly maintained during the takeoff from the spring board followed by larger thigh angular displacement at the vault before actually attempting the backward rotation.

  • In the study the subjects who 10 university golfers act, and the kinetic factors were analyzed by the ground reaction system. the conclusion are as follows. 1) In the golf putting swing, the ground reaction factors of sagital plane in aspect are showen that the left and right foot sufficient difference, in the level of p <.05. 2) In the golf putting swing, the ground reaction factors of frontal plane in aspect is showen that the left foot has no significant difference in AD BS in the level of p < .05. In success, IP, FS. It can show significant difference. In addition, the right foot is shown the success, There is significant difference. 3) In the golf putting swing, the ground reaction factors of the vertical plane in aspect are shown that the left foot has no significant difference in BS, FS in the level p < .05. In success, AD, IP. It can show significant difference. In addition, the right foot is shown the success, There is significant difference. 4) In the golf putting swing, the ground reaction factors of torque in aspect are shown that the left foot had no significant difference in BS in the level p < .05. In success, AD, IP, FS. It can show significant difference. In addition, the right foot has no significant difference in IP in the level p < .05. AD, BS, FS. There is significant difference. The summarized conclusions are as follows. The first that the power of sagital plane needs the motion which can get the good power change in the stabilized pose. The second is that the small motion can make good putting in stabilized pose. The third is that the body weight move to the direction of the ball. The fourth is that the putting which looks perfect oscillation is good motion.

The purpose of this study was to develop a judo-doll uke(partner : doll-uke) for training and measurement applicable to pulling, pushing and reaping in judo. In Judo the most common techniques consist of the pulling, pushing and sweep which all need to be practiced with a partner. So the research needs to develop a measurement system that can be used to evaluate the forces involved with these techniques. Also the Doll-Uke must be developed so that judokas can train alone. After the manufacture of Doll-Uke the usefulness of it must be evaluated. The height of a Doll-Uke is l70cm and its weight is 50kg. Doll-Uke was developed with a trunk angle of 55 and the lower extremities of an angle of 45. The Doll-Uke can also measure the forces developed during the pulling, pushing and sweep. Due to the ability of the system to measure the forces while preforming Judo techniques feedback can be provided to the Judokas to improve their performance.

Multi-sensor Fusion Based Guidance and Navigation System Design of Autonomous Mine Disposal System Using Finite State Machine (유한 상태 기계를 이용한 자율무인기뢰처리기의 다중센서융합기반 수중유도항법시스템 설계)

  • This research propose a practical guidance system considering ocean currents in real sea operation. Optimality of generated path is not an issue in this paper. Way-points from start point to possible goal positions are selected by experienced human supervisors considering major ocean current axis. This paper also describes the implementation of a precise underwater navigation solution using multi-sensor fusion technique based on USBL, GPS, DVL and AHRS measurements in detail. To implement the precise, accurate and frequent underwater navigation solution, three strategies are chosen. The first one is the heading alignment angle identification to enhance the performance of standalone dead-reckoning algorithm. The second one is that absolute position is fused timely to prevent accumulation of integration error, where the absolute position can be selected between USBL and GPS considering sensor status. The third one is introduction of effective outlier rejection algorithm. The performance of the developed algorithm is verified with experimental data of mine disposal vehicle and deep-sea ROV.

A Comparative Study of Graduate Level Archival Curriculum in Korea and the United States of America (한국과 미국의 대학원 기록관리학 교과과정에 관한 비교 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to compare and analyze archival curriculums in Korea and the United States in aspects of specializations, changes, relationships between archival science and library and information science, numbers of the courses and their proportions, and to suggest a future direction of the revised archival curriculum. Archival Science in Korea needs to prepare a more systematic and firm foundation by opening commonly required or prerequisite courses according to each component of the archival body of knowledge. Based upon the reinforcement of the methods of using information technology in integrated environment and development of critical thinking skills, the effectiveness of archival management should be approached in curriculum. And strengthening of research skill through providing of systematic practicum and internship, seminar, workshops and writing thesis will prepare problem solving skills in complicated archival work.

The effects of three basketball wheelchairs on propulsion movement (포지션별 농구용 휠체어가 추진동작에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate propulsive time and kinematic variables on the three different kinds of the basketball wheelchairs in each play position for eight abled basketball wheelchair players. Kinematic data were collected by a video camera for two-dimensional analysis. The wheelchairs for the guard position showed the fastest in total propulsive time. The wheelchairs for the center position revealed the slowest in the phase of the change of the direction. The wheelchair for the guard position which shows fast movement velocity demonstrated closer hand contact with TDC(Top Dead Center). The wheelchair for the center position revealed the largest extension of the elbow and flexion of the trunk at handrim contact. The wheelchair for the guard position which has the lowest seat height presented larger elbow angle and trunk angle. The wheelchair for the guard position produced more fast trunk angular velocity than the wheelchair for other positions.

The Effects of Target Position on the Bowling Motion (목표위치가 볼링투구동작에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of target position on the bowling motion. Four female high school athletes with more than four years of bowling experiences were recruited to this study. The major results of this study are as follows; When a subject treats the 1st pin, The spin angle of a coxa for the target position is largely kept from the downswing to the backswing peak point. When a subject treats the 7th pin, As the 7th pin exists at the left side for the right shoulder axis of the thrower, the movement of the ball center of the thrower from side to side is the lowest. In addition, the time required and horizontal speed appear the highest in the release section. The slant angle of a shoulder is largely increased as she moves from the backswing peak point to the release section. The twist angle of a shoulder also appears small as a throw motion is made toward the left side. When a subject treats the 10th pin, The spin angle of a shoulder and the twist angle of a body in motion appear the largest in the release section. So, there are the effects of target position on the bowling motion.
