Ship's auto pilot is must necessary the azimuth data, which is supported by a gyro, geomagnetism and GPS compass. The gyro compass is operation of stability & correct , therefore it is used by big size shipping because of high cost. The other side, medium and small size shipping are used the geomagnetism and GPS compass of low cost. This paper have studied that the two jobs are going on at the same time both of there's advantage. Which is asked the algorithm for stability azimuth data on reject methode the defect of respect with geomagnetism & GPS compass.

자유수산기는 단분자 제조공정으로 분자, 원자 충에서 가공되어 기타 활성입자와 함께 얻어지며, 20% 이상의 고 밀도 질량비는 양산공정에 중요한 의미를 부여한다. 자유수산기가 선박안정수의 외래침입생물과 적조처리 및 양식수체 정화에도 효과적인 새로운 처리기술로 선박 안정수에 포함되어 타 지역으로부터 옮겨지는 외래침입생물 처리 방안의 하나로, 강 전리방전 기술을 적용하여 고 밀집산소와 물분자로부터 고농도 수산자유기(OH: hydroxyl radical)를 전리, 발생시켜서 활성입자를 신속히 확산시켜 비교적 낮은 수산기농도 하에서 유해성침입생물을 사멸 처리하는 환경 친화적 녹색 청정처리방법을 제안하였다.

As around 100 hazardous substance loaded ships go in and come out of Yeo-su Port, Southern Coast, they cause and may probably cause small and large ship accidents in coming alongside the pier every year, so this study would research into a safety management system in case of ships coming alongside the pier.

현재 한국에서 설치, 운영되고 있는 DGPS 기준국은 RTCM의 DGPS 기준국 관련 표준인 RSIM 버전 1.2를 기반으로 제작되어져 있다. RSIM 버전 1.2는 GPS의 보정정보를 생성하는 기준국을 위해 제정된 표준으로 현재의 다양한 GNSS들에 대한 보정정보를 서비스하는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 RTCM에서는 GPS외에 다양한 GNSS들을 지원할 수 있도록 새로운 기준국 표준 버전인 RSIM 버전 1.3을 제정하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서, 한국의 DGPS 기준국이 DGNSS 기준국으로 발전하여 각 GNSS의 보정정보를 서비스하기 위해 필수적인 신규 버전 기반 소프트웨어 RSIM 시스템을 개발하기 위해 본 논문에서는 RSIM 버전 1.3의 특징을 분석하고 소프트웨어 RSIM에서 구현되어야 하는 필수 기능들을 도출하였다.

In the VTS, the predictions of vessel mobility and situation awareness of maritime environment are basic function. In recent years, pilotage information is an essential aware element of VTS personnel for vessel traffic management. So, we designed the structure of pilotage information service with VTS and tested in real environment. In the future, similar pilotage information can be used as a useful VTS service.
