Abstract

As around 100 hazardous substance loaded ships go in and come out of Yeo-su Port, Southern Coast, they cause and may probably cause small and large ship accidents in coming alongside the pier every year, so this study would research into a safety management system in case of ships coming alongside the pier.

남해안의 여수 산단에 하루 100여척의 위험물 선박이 입ㆍ출항하면서 육지와 접안시 크고 작은 선박사고가 매년 발생하고 있으며 또한 발생할 우려가 다분히 존재하고 있음으로 항만 접안의 경우, 안전관리시스템에 대하여 전반적으로 연구하고자 한다.
