This study arranged the function and role of colophon and looked around the history, relevant laws, and description elements of books issued in China. According to the colophon of books issued from China, all colophon have copyrights and description elements in common. Colophon is that we recorded the bibliographic area of the proper book in special place, namely the inside of the cover. Besides, the colophon additionally includes necessary bibliographic areas depending on the development of publishing technology and transition of publishing environment. This colophon is offered as useful sources of information when librarians want to make up the catalog in the library.

This research suggests the standard reference needed for constructing the bibliographic descriptive national science citation index(KSCI). There are several types of analysis: the APA style, the MLA style, the Chicago Manual Style, and the Korean major periodical's style in Library and Information Science. The core elements are author, title, and issue. We propose the Author-Date system, and Note and Bibliography form. For citation of books only available online, the URL must be included as a part of the citation along with its record of most recent access, and retrieval.

본 연구에서는 철도 시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 서지관련 전자기장해 현상을 고찰하고, 철도 시스템용 서지보호장치가 갖추어야 할 기본 성능을 검토하였다. 서지보호장치 관련 철도규격을 국제규격과 비교 검토한 결과 성능평가 항목에 있어서 개선사항을 발견하였다. 이러한 사항들을 토대로 하여 철도규격의 개정방안을 제시하였다.

고도의 정보화 사회로 대부분 반도체 소자로 이루어진 전기전자기기가 널리 보급되었다. 이러한 전자부품은 저전압에서 구동되고 있어 낮은 전압의 서지라도 오동작을 일으키거나 파괴될 수 있다. 이와 같이 정보통신기기는 물론 가전기기를 둘러싼 환경은 뇌 서지에 매우 취약하여 뇌 보호 대책의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 뇌 보호 관련 규정이 KS C IEC 62305로 개정되면서 선택사항에 불과했던 내부 뇌보호 시스템인 서지보호기(SPD)가 필수사항이 되었다. 그런데 사용자들이 실제 현장에 설치하였을 때 많은 문제점이 발생되고 있다. SPD가 제대로 작동하는지의 동작상태와 경년에 따른 SPD의 특성 변화를 알 수 없다. 현재 SPD 기술은 단순한 LAMP에 의한 SPD의 소손 여부와 낙뢰 유입 횟수만 알 수 있을 뿐이다. 따라서 서지보호기에 유입되는 서지의 특성을 파악하여 대책 마련을 가능케 하여 규격에 적합한 서지보호 및 적용을 실현하고자 한다.

WAN을 기반으로 하는 초고속 정보통신망이 구축되면서 컴퓨터를 기초로 하는 정보기술에 대한 의존도가 증가하고 있다. 그에 따라 컴퓨터를 비롯한 초고속 정보통신 설비 사고 가운데 뇌 서지에 기인하는 비중이 늘어나고 있다. 정보화 시스템의 일시적 기능 정지나 고장은 그 파급효과가 대단히 크고 경제적 손실이 막대하여 안정적인 서지 보호대책의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 뇌 보호 관련 규정이 KS C IEC 62305로 개정되면서 선택사항에 불과했던 내부 뇌 보호 시스템인 서지보호기 (Surge Protective Device 이하 SPD)가 필수사항이 되었다. 하지만 약 30%가 SPD 설치 후에도 서지로 인한 피해를 입고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이는 설치 후에도 SPD가 제대로 작동하는지의 동작 상태와 경년에 따른 SPD의 특성 변화를 알 수 없어 문제 발생 시 정확한 원인 분석이 불가능하여 효과적인 대책수립이 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 기존 SPD 기술의 한계점을 극복하여 유입되는 외부 서지의 특성을 파악하고 고장 예측이 가능한 차세대 뇌서지 보호대책을 고려하여야 한다.

Bibliographic metadata can help researchers effectively utilize essential publications that they need and grasp academic trends of their own fields. With the manual creation of the metadata costly and time-consuming. it is nontrivial to effectively automatize the metadata construction using rule-based methods due to the immoderate variety of the article forms and styles according to publishers and academic societies. Therefore, this study proposes a two-step extraction process based on rules and deep neural networks for generating bibliographic metadata of scientific articlles to overcome the difficulties above. The extraction target areas in articles were identified by using a deep neural network-based model, and then the details in the areas were analyzed and sub-divided into relevant metadata elements. IThe proposed model also includes a model for generating reference summary information, which is able to separate the end of the text and the starting point of a reference, and to extract individual references by essential rule set, and to identify all the bibliographic items in each reference by a deep neural network. In addition, in order to confirm the possibility of a model that generates the bibliographic information of academic papers without pre- and post-processing, we conducted an in-depth comparative experiment with various settings and configurations. As a result of the experiment, the method proposed in this paper showed higher performance.

Colophon means an element to describe bibliographic information of the concerned books on the specific space like a back of title page or the last page of a book, and is used as a useful information source when cataloging in a library. Imprint means an element to describe publication information to a title page or verso of a title page of a book. In addition, institutionally required elements to describe on a book are an author, a publisher, a date of publication, a publishing company, ISBN, and a price when printing publications. The bibliographic elements to describe on colophon are a title, an author, a place of publication, a publisher, the date of publication, a place of printing, a printer, the date of printing, edition, impression, the address and contact point of a publisher, a price, ISBN, a copyright, CIP, and the profile of an author, etc. The necessary bibliographic elements according to the development of publishing technology and changes of publishing environments are additionally described in this colophon.

The purpose of this study is to identify how users react with the search options and bibliographic information during search reformulation on the online catalog. Two online catalogs(N0TIS system and Dynix system) were selected and undergraduate students were recruited as the participants for this study. The study shows that the search options and bibliographic information affected the type of the query reformulation and the re-choice of the search options during search.
