Currently, audio streaming services such as on-demand service and live service support only a limited number of clients. They also suffer from a lack of stability and degradation of service quality due to their inefficient use of network resources. Futhermore, since the streaming services usually do not consider dynamic services, they are very inconvenience to use. In order to resolve these drawbacks, we propose a novel audio streaming system based on MPEG-2 AAC file format which are facilitated with the network bandwidths efficiently. The proposed system supports QoS for audio streaming as well as guarantees a stability while streaming service is undergoing. Moreover, the system provides a dynamic interface which enables us to use the streaming service more easily and to manage streaming servers with convenient manner. On the contrary, most of the current available static interface streaming services are mainly depending only on a single fixed web page between client and server, which in consequence lead us to use unflexible static service environment. Our implementation results show the proposed system improves the performance compared to those of the currently existing systems that use MP3 file format. It also provides some benefits such as a stability of service and a easy to management of streaming servers.

The current URLs are assigned per website so that a user must access the website to utilize specific contents resources. Considering that users are more interested in the resources than the website itself, the current URL is limited in terms of user convenience. This paper proposes a new model for contents location that is easily recognizable as web resources such as digital contents and can be accessed directly. It is expected to contribute to establishing standard infrastructure in contents distribution and better user convenience.

Smart phones mixed with mobile devices and computers are biggest change of information technology and user-installed applications of them provide various information and services which were only possible on PC and Internet in the past. They are expected to be used by thirty million people in 2012 and people with disabilities can get easily information and location of disabled facilities using them. In this paper, we design a mobile information service system for person with disabilities, which provides various information and location of disabled facilities. We build information of disabled facilities using acquisition information through existing web sites and provide location based service with user's location. We also implement and service the proposed system and we show efficiency of our system.

The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

검색기능은 사용자가 원하는 정보를 효과적으로 탐색하고 이용가능하게 하는 중요한 서비스 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 과학기술분야 전문분석자료, 수집자료, 동향정보를 제공하는 KOSEN(한민족과학기술자네트워크)의 통합검색 서비스 구축에 대해 논한다. 어휘지능망, 연구주제망 등 시맨틱 자원을 활용하여 사용자의 검색 편의성 및 효율성을 최대화 하였으며, 빠른 검색속도와 다양한 검색 부가기능을 제공함으로써 정보의 획득 및 이용의 만족도를 증가시키고자 FAST 검색엔진을 적용한 특징이 있다.

현존하는 국내외 인터넷 경매시스템은 경매하고자하는 상품을 게시하고 그 상품에 대해 경매 입찰자들이 입찰(bid)을 제시함으로 해서 최종적으로 경매 시간 내에 가장 높은 입찰가를 제시하는 경매 입찰자에게 거래가 낙찰되는 형식이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 인터페이스 부분에 있어서 사용자의 편의성을 고려하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 경매 참여자에게 지속적인 입찰제시와 확인 등의 여러 가지의 사용자 행위를 요구하므로 전자상거래의 고객 편의를 위한 One-step processing을 만족시키지 못하고 있으며 사용자의 행위를 대신하여주는 에이전트를 이용한 자동 처리 부분은 거의 고려하지 않은 시스템이므로 사용자의 편의성 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자동적으로 사용자를 위해 입찰 행위를 대신하여 주는 사용자 입찰 가격 전략 알고리즘을 제안하여 기존에 사용되었던 일반적인 경매 시스템의 단점을 보완하여 효율적인 입찰 가격 정책을 이용하며 또한, 모든 일련의 경매에 대한 사용자 행위를 MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions) 프로토콜을 이용한 메일 양식에 응답만으로 모든 경매 서비스를 받을 수 있는 인터넷 경매 시\ulcorner템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

자동차가 안전성 및 편의성을 제공하는 다양한 서비스를 제공하게 되면서 차량 부품의 급속한 전자화가 진행 중에 있다. 자동차의 부품에 소프트웨어가 탑재됨에 따라 공통 모듈의 재사용성, 부품 호환성 등의 문제점이 생겨나게 되었고 이를 해결하고자 하는 움직임이 표준화를 통해서 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 자동차 서비스 개발을 위한 대표적인 전장 SW 플랫폼인 AUTOSAR의 표준화 동향 및 적용 사례에 대해 기술한다.

서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공의 수단으로 활 용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 웹캠에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, 웹캠에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 웹캠 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 웹캠 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 이동성 및 휴대성, 편의성, 가시성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도가 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 서비스 품질 구성요인들을 고객이 인식함에 있어서 고객성향 중에서 디지털 기기 숙련도가 서비스 품질 인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 그 외 인구통계학적 변인과 서비스 품질 구성요인들은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었는바, 이러한 결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다.

The purpose of this study was to study the quality of service, student satisfaction, and university image of the university sports center as part of the university education service in order to find necessary marketing measures to secure university competitiveness. To this end, we used the convenience sampling method for sports centers of three universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. and analyzed the final 326 copies, excluding 24 questionnaires out of a total of 350 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results showed that the geographical, human and convenience factors of the university's sports center affect student satisfaction. Second, it was found that the facility and convenience factors of the university sports center affect the university image. Third, it was revealed that the university sports center's satisfaction with the quality of its service affected the university image.
