  • '디지털 컨버전스'의 물결로 기기들의 통합 과정에서 표준화 된 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 가이드가 필요하다. 본 논문은 다채널과 양방향성, 많은 컨텐츠의 제공이라는 특성을 지닌 디지털 양방향 방송의 효과적인 시청을 위하여 EPG를 중심으로 인터페이스의 요소를 연구한다. 사용성 관점에서 기존 매체의 인터페이스 요소를 정의하고, 이 정의를 기반으로 사용자의 요구 분석에 근거하여 디지털 양방향 방송에 적합한 인터페이스 요소를 새롭게 도출하고 제안한다. 그리고 도출한 요소를 바탕으로 가상의 시나리오를 통해 서비스를 이해한다.

  • 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 전자상거래에 대한 관심과 중요성이 더욱 증대되고 있다. 전자상거래에서 보다 많은 고객들을 유치하기 위해서는 거래의 안정성 보장, 시스템의 사용 편의성, 다양한 물품의 제공, 저렴한 가격 등과 함께 차별화된 고객 서비스 전략이 필요하다. 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공함으로써 고객의 만족도를 증진시키고 나아가 지속적인 방문을 유도하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객이 전자상거래 쇼핑몰을 방문시 고객별로 관리되는 선호도를 활용하여 고객의 취향에 적합한 상품 정보를 제공한다. 퍼지논리를 이용하여 제품군간에 근접도를 반영함으로서 사용자에게 보다 좋은 상품 정보를 제공하는 기법을 제안한다.

  • 운전자의 편의성 및 안정성 향상을 위해, 차량에 탑재되는 다양한 센서 및 전자제어장치들은 주행 중 많은 양의 데이터들을 생성한다. 이렇게 생성된 많은 양의 데이터들의 분석은 개인화 서비스, 자동차 보험, 사고 예측와 같은 곳에 활용되고 있다. 최근 주행 중의 다양한 데이터 종류와 머신러닝 및 딥러닝 기반의 방법론을 통해 차량의 운전자를 식별하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 차량에서의 데이터 분석에 기반한 운전자 식별 연구 동향을 설명하도록 하겠다.

  • The e-learning system uses multimedia content for efficiency of a education and learner's convenience. With the web based e-learning, various multimedia services are difficult on account of physical factors such as network state and system performance. Also on the off line based e-learning, we have defects an insufficiency of interactions among learners and instructors, and an insufficiency of an adaptation about the latest information. In this study, we designed a multi-tier e-learning system using hybrid multimedia method, The proposed system can provide interaction and adaptability such as web based systems, and it can provide various multimedia content such as off line based systems. In experiments results, we know the proposed system improved users' convenience and an adaptability about the latest information, and interactions among learners and instructors when compare with existing e-learning system.

Influence of Fast-Food Kiosk Quality on User Intention of Reuse (패스트푸드점 키오스크 품질이 사용자 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Due to COVID-19 and minimum wage raise, rate of adoption of zero contact payment methods, such as kiosk, had increased rapidly in 2018. Although there exist users who have trouble utilizing it, kiosk is growing consistently, especially in food service industry. Main goal of this research is to verify antecedent of satisfaction level which affects continuance intention of kiosk in terms of quality and execute through examination of kiosk users on fast-food industry, which employs kiosk most predominantly. The result of this research showed that information accessibility (environment quality), convenience of order process (process quality), and addition of beneficial supplementary service (process quality) of kiosk had influence on customer satisfaction level which in turn, also affected continuance intention, but order payment readiness, which is consequence quality, had no effect on satisfaction level. With pervasion and indispensable increase in zero contact payment market, this research expanded our knowledge on kiosk user and established kiosk quality figure that can improve user satisfaction level and continuance intention, ultimately proposing selection guide of kiosk and securing competitiveness for stores.

  • OTT, transcending traditional set-top boxes, signifies a burgeoning platform that facilitates real-time video content streaming on user-friendly devices via the internet, thereby supplanting TV and movie services. This study aims to enhance the sustainability of OTT platforms in the highly competitive OTT industry by emphasizing the value of personalization and socialization in OTT services.The study focused on adult consumers using OTT services, securing 340 samples through an online survey for hypothesis testing. The hypothesis testing results suggest increased consumers' hedonic and functional value due to the content richness, content recommendation, and device diversity on OTT. Additionally, these values and social values have amplified the continuous usage intention. Furthermore, social value interacts with hedonic and functional values, enhancing the intention for continuous usage. Similarly, the susceptibility to informational influence also interacts with social value, reinforcing this usage intention. This study elucidates the value factors desired by OTT consumers, suggesting strategies for value enhancement at both platform and individual levels, thereby aiding in developing tailored strategies for OTT platforms to cater to consumer needs.

A Study on the Usability Evaluation and Improvement of Voice Tag Reader for an Visually Impaired Person (시각장애인 대상 음성태그리더기의 사용성 평가 및 개선 방안 연구)

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of improving the usability of the product through the usability evaluation of the voice tag reader to improve the life convenience of the visually impaired. Perceived usability evaluation was conducted for 19 evaluation items based on the evaluation model considering the usability principle and the characteristics of the visually impaired. A total of 50 participants were included for the analysis. As a result of the perceived usability evaluation of the visually impaired, the safety of the voice tag reader, voice and sound quality, and accuracy of voice information were relatively satisfactory. It was found that the reader received a low evaluation in terms of efficiency in use, including the size and weight of the reader, and the convenience of carrying and storing. For the usability improvement, the procedure for using a product needs to be more simplified, and it would be helpful to input and supply tags for commonly used objects in advance.

  • We expect that the accredited certificate-based open banking, which is actively deployed in recent times, will solve the Galapagosization problem of the existing accredited certificate-based closed banking by supporting standard communication protocol and web compatibility. However, it is questionable how much the open banking will answer the security and usability problems of the existing closed banking. This paper is focused on analyzing the differences between the existing closed banking and the open banking, and then evaluates how much the security and usability problems of the existing closed banking are resolved by the open banking. The study firstly analyzes the security vulnerabilities raised in the process of providing closed banking services for the past 15 years or more, the countermeasures applied to enhance security, and the convenience impact of countermeasures. And then, the security and convenience of the open banking is inferred by analyzing the implementation difference between the closed banking and the open banking. The paper also briefly discusses how to improve the open banking to resolve the remaining problems of the open banking.

  • The objectives of this study are to suggest useful directions for promotion of SNS tourism information service to the service providers through investigating the effect relationship between SNS tourism information service quality and the information sharing intention. To achieve the objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on SNS tourism information service quality and information sharing intention were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the service users about the services was conducted. The findings showed that the 'easy acquisition' and 'interactivity' factors of SNS tourism information service quality have an effect on the information sharing intention. Accordingly, the service providers are required to enhance the service quality related to the information acquisition and interaction between users.
