본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑시이트의 웹디지인 구성형식에 띠른 소비자의 쇼핑 프로세스의 차이점을 밝히고, 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에 대한 소비자 만족도와 그 차원을 규명하고, 인터넷 편의성, 만족도 및 구매의도와의 관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 설문지조사법과 관찰법을 이용히여 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자로, 남여 대학생 101명을 편의추출히여 조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계, paired t-test, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대부분의 응답자들이 인터넷사용과 인터넷 쇼핑에 어려움을 느끼지 않았으며, 인터넷 정보의 질은 소비자들이 기대수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상품정보 제공 시 사진과 설명을 동시에 사용하는 것을 선호하고 상품 홈페이지 구성의 중요도 중 속도와 정보의 질을 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑 프로세스의 관찰 결과 처음 쇼핑을 시도할 경우 인석하기 쉬운 기능키나 단어로 된 메뉴를 이용하는 경우가 대부분이며, 쇼핑 과정은 대부분 10번의 클릭으로 이루어졌고, 쇼핑과정 동안 쇼핑에 재미를 느끼지 못하는 경우도 많았으며 마음에 들지 않거나 선호하는 상품이 없는 경우 쇼핑을 중단하는 것이 대부분이었다. 그리고 매장구성은 텍스트보다는 그림을 선호하는 경우가 많았다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 소비자 만족요소 중에 '직접 가지 않아도 되는 것'과 '시간, 장소에 구애받지 않는다'는 항목에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났으나 상품의 구색이나 가격, 유통업자 및 상품의 신뢰도 요인에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타났으며 만족/불만족 요인으로는 주문처리의 정확성/다양성, 인터넷 쇼핑의 편의성, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성, 주문 방법의 편의/경제성, 쇼핑 방법의 용이성의 5가지 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인터넷 편의성은 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 인터넷 쇼핑의 만족은 구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑의 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성 요인에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 가장 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에서 소비자들은 전형적인 의복구매행동과 유사하거나 오히려 더 많은 정보와 서비스롤 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 직접 보지 못하고 구매해야 한다는 데 대한 두려움과 거부감을 많이 나타내고 쇼핑 시 즐거움에 대한 중요도도 높게 나타났다.

T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

최근 수년간 방송과 통신의 융합이 지속적으로 진행되고 있으며, 특히 홈 네트워크를 통한 방송 및 통신의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 공유 기기 시장이 비약적으로 성장하고 있다. 스마트폰을 비롯한 스마트 기기의 진보를 통하여 사진, 음악, 영상의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 공유가 홈 네트워크 상에서 이루어 지고 있으며, 이러한 기술은 업계 표준으로 사용되고 있는 UPnP 및 DLNA에 기반하고 있다. 다만, 이러한 홈 네트워크 표준은 Peer-to-peer 네트워크를 근간으로 하고 있어 홈 네트워크 내에 복수의 서버가 있을 경우 사용자의 편의성이 상대적으로 약하다. 이에 본 논문은 홈 네트워크 내에서 콘텐츠 리스트를 통합 관리할 수 있는 Contents List Aggregation 서비스를 제안한다. 제안되는 서비스는 홈 네트워크 내의 미디어 서버들로부터 Contents List를 전송받아 통합된 형태로 저장 및 관리할 수 있으며, 기존 서비스와 호환성을 유지할 수 있다. 서비스의 제안과 함께 서비스를 지원하는 UPnP Device 및 Control Point의 서비스 시나리오, 그리고 서비스 연동에 대한 운용환경 및 사용예가 함께 제시되었다.

Over the past decade, the environment around libraries for the disabled has been greatly improved. Related legislation was established, facilities and facilities expanded, and the number of related collections and programs increased. In order to solve this problem, a survey of users' needs in accordance with the changing environment needs to be completed. In this study, we studied the existing research and analyzed the core needs of each type of disability employing user interviews and expert Delphi research. Users demanded quantitative and qualitative expansion of resources as well. Users needed personalized services and programs, convenience in using facility, accessibility of web and applications, and professional staff.

This study identifies the apparel shopping value segments of Korean and Chinese college students to examine the differences in the importance of apparel store attributes. Data from 504 questionnaires filled out by college students from Seoul and Beijing were used for statistical analysis. The four segments of apparel shopping values are, hedonic shopping segment, low involvement shopping segment, high involvement shopping segment, and utilitarian shopping segment. In the high involvement shopping segment, Korean respondents considered store atmosphere, convenience, and the services of salespersons to be more important than the other segments. Chinese respondents in both the hedonic shopping segment and high involvement shopping segment considered store atmosphere more important than the other segments. Korean respondents considered store service more important than the Chinese respondents in the hedonic shopping segment, but Chinese respondents were more likely to consider store convenience to be more important than Korean respondents. In the low involvement shopping segment, Korean respondents considered store atmosphere, store services, and the selection of goods more important than Chinese respondents did. In the high involvement shopping segment, Korean respondents considered the services of salespersons to be more important than the Chinese respondents but the Chinese respondents evaluated store convenience as more important than Korean respondents. In the utilitarian shopping segment, Korean respondents were more likely to consider store service, the selection of goods, and services of salespersons more important than Chinese respondents did.

Services that enhance user convenience by using various IoT devices are increasing with the development of Internet of Things(IoT) technology. Also, since the price of IoT sensors has become cheaper, companies providing services by collecting and utilizing data from various sensors are increasing. The smart IoT home system is a representative use case that improves the user convenience by using IoT devices. To improve user convenience of Smart IoT home system, this paper proposes a method for the control of related devices based on data analysis. Internal environment measurement data collected from IoT sensors, device control data collected from device control actuators, and user judgment data are learned to predict the current home state and control devices. Especially, differently from previous approaches, it uses deep neural network to analyze the data to determine the inner state of the home and provide information for maintaining the optimal inner environment. In the experiment, we compared the results of the long-term measured data with the inferred data and analyzed the discrimination performance of the proposed method.

최근 생명 연장과 삶의 질에 관한 많은 관심에 따라서 의료 부문에 있어서도 Ubiquitous 환경을 도입하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. 그 중 Ubiquitous Hospital은 여러 가지 병원 서비스 부분의 편의성을 제공하고자 분야로써 이것을 이용하여 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 각종 의료서비스와 건강관리를 제공 받을 수 있는 Ubiquitous Healthcare 서비스에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 Ubiquitous Healthcare 서비스 제공 system 구현을 위한 framework을 제안한다. 이 framework에서는 사용자가 되는 의사와 환자에 적합한 인터페이스를 제공하고 환자에 대한 추적 관찰과 증상의 판단 및 환자 진료시의 지원 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 보험회사나 병원과 같은 외부시스템과 연계하여 필요한 데이터의 공유가 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 제안된 framework를 이용하여 전립선 환자를 위한 BPH 환자관리 시스템을 구현한다.

스마트폰의 플랫폼화와 위치 측위 기술 및 관련 지도 DB의 개방은 위치 기반 서비스(LBS, Location Based Service)의 패러다임의 변화를 가져왔다. 위치 측위를 위한 HW의 제공, 위치 측위 API 및 프레임워크 제공, 지도 DB 및 각종 DB의 제공 등에 힘입어 LBS는 본격적인 성장을 맞이하고 있다. 또한 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS, Social Network Service), 증강 현실 (AR, Augmented Reality), 게임 등 다른 킬러앱과 연계하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있으며 향후 안전 및 사고 예방 등의 공공적인 측면에서도 다양한 애플리케이션이 등장하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 급격한 패러다임의 변화는 개인정보 보호와 개인의 안전 및 편의성이라는 모순적인 이해관계 속에서 많은 문제점을 동시에 일으키고 있다. 본 고에서는 스마트폰이 가져온 LBS의 패러다임 변화 및 스마트폰 LBS의 기술, 서비스 방향을 정리하고 향후 과제 및 발전 방향에 대해서 살펴본다.
