B2B를 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 문서중심의 웹서비스를 사용해야 한다. XML 문서를 사용하는 문서중심의 웹서비스를 효과적으로 개발하기 위해서는 XML 문서의 스키마를 데이터타입으로 지원할 수 있는 언어가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문서중심 웹서비스가 B2B에 적합한 이유와 XML 문서의 스키마를 데이터타입으로 지원하는 언어를 설계하고, 구현할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 소개한다.

최근 POST PC 시대의 도래에 따른 단말기술의 발전, 유무선 통합 네트워크로의 진화와 더불어 서비스 제공 방식 및 기술의 변화가 급속히 진행 중에 있다. 이러한 시점에 유무선 구분 없이 서비스를 제공하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 유무선 통합 서비스를 플랫폼 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이를 위한 서비스 플랫폼의 현황 및 필요성, 유무선 통합 서비스 플랫폼의 주요 고려사항, 시스템(프로토타입)구축사례 및 향후 플랫폼 접근 방향에 대해 논하였다.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety amends the enforcement ordinance of the public service design method and applies it to the project tasks of each institution and cases of social problem solving and public service innovation are increasing according to service design methodology. This study is to develop the $360^{\circ}$ VR content element in order to deliver the understanding and effective improvement of the service to the consumers in the process of problem discovery and the prototype that visualize the key solution according to the service design methodology. By applying it to the actual public service design project, it was possible to predict the result with high satisfaction after improvement. This paper is meaningful in that it proposes new approach and empirical value to consumers and contribute to the improvement of the service design process as a convergence study on the future service design using the $360^{\circ}$ VR prototype.

M2M 서비스는 센서 네트워크의 데이터 수집 및 제어를 넘어서는 새로운 타입의 서비스이다. M2M 서비스는 홈 네트워크 디바이스, 사용자의 스마트 디바이스, 개인 컴퓨터 등을 이용하여 스마트 환경의 감시, 관리, 그리고 제어 등을 제공하는 새로운 서비스 타입이다. 오늘날 M2M 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있는데, 이를 제공하기 위한 플랫폼 연구는 아직 많이 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문은 서비스 오버레이 네트워크를 이용하여 M2M 서비스를 제공하기 위한 플랫폼 구조를 제안한다. 또한 다양한 M2M 서비스들을 조합하여 새로운 서비스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 서비스 컴포지션 방법 및 절차를 제안한다. 서비스 오버레이 네트워크 플랫폼을 이용한 M2M 서비스 플랫폼은 사용자에게 향상된 서비스 기능, 범용성, 호환성, 그리고 지능화 및 능동적 기능을 제공할 수 있다.

최근 유비쿼터스 환경 실현을 위해서 무선 센서 네트워크에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. IEEE 802.15.4 에 기반한 ZigBee 에 관한 연구는 이미 많은 진행이 되어 있다. 최근에는 IPv6 기술이 이슈화 되면서 무선 센서 네트워크 환경에도 IPv6 주소를 사용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IPv6 주소를 갖는 센서가 서비스를 제공하기만 하는 기존의 패러다임에서 벗어나 센서가 서비스를 찾는 모델을 제시한다. 그래서 IPv6 주소를 갖는 센서 네트워크의 보다 효율적인 서비스 디스커버리를 위해 객체 타입을 IPv6 주소의 일부분으로 정의해 준다. 이러한 객체타입을 이용한 IPv6 기반의 센서 네트워크의 효율성을 본 논문에서 검증한다.

This study intends to implement an OPAC prototype based on FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records) model, which are reflected the users' information needs and search behavior. To the end, this study applies prototyping techniques that design, evaluate and improve an early sample model. Included in this study are as follows: (1) design a conceptual model of new OPACs based on the users' information needs about FRBR-based search services, (2) implement a FRBR-based prototype with WordPress 4.2 version, (3) evaluate the FRBR-based prototype from the viewpoint of users and experts(catalogers and professors). 50 college students and 6 experts participate in the final evaluation process.

Many of the industry was changed because of the pandemic of covid 19. It combined with the tendency of modern people to pursue convenience. The industry of Cosmetics also changed business channel from offline to online. Before, people can not get suggestions after they complete the survey. This paper research how to suggest some cosmetics products with their skin type and skin data. We will develop Beauty Concierge system that can get suggestion after the survey. It's will make people attend activity and can make more benefit to the people.

우편 서비스는 사람과 조직간을 이어주어 실물 배달과 의사 소통을 위한 중요 네트워크 중의 하나이다. 정보통신의 발달로 우편 서비스의 대표적인 형태인 서장이 전자메일로 대치되고 있으나, 전자상거래의 급속한 확장에 힘입어 소포 등과 같은 새로운 우편 서비스 영역의 중요성이 동반 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 기반의 우체국 서비스를 의미하는 ePOST는 전통적인 우편 서비스와 쇼핑, 전자고지납부 및 에스크로 서비스 등으로 확대되고 있다. 한편 우리나라의 휴대전화의 보급율은 2004년 현재 $80\%$ 안팎에 이르고 있으며, 이제 ePOST 도 휴대전화상에서 새로운 서비스를 제공하기 위한 준비가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 대국민 서비스와 효과적인 비즈니스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 모바일 우편 서비스(mPOST) 방안과 간단한 프로토타입 구현을 소개한다.

VoIP 서비스에서 긴급 통화 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 PSTN 망에 있는 소방서와 같은 긴급 서비스 센터에게 호를 연결한다. PSTN 망에 있는 긴급 서비스 센터를 통해 제공되는 VoIP 긴급통화 서비스는 VoIP 서비스가 가지고 있는 여러 멀티미디어 서비스를 사용할 수 없다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 모든 구성요소가 IP 망에서 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 모든 구성요소가 IP 망에서 제공되는 All-IP 기반 VoIP 긴급통화 서비스를 제공하기 위한 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

본 논문은 대체 서비스 디스커버리를 위한 효과 기반 명세 모델과 매칭 방식을 제안한다. 효과기반이라 함은 시맨틱 웹의 IOPE 모델에서 효과(effect)를 재 정의 하여 서비스 및 디바이스를 명세하는데 사용한다는 말이다. 여기서 효과는 인간이 인지할 수 있는 오감을 사용하며, 오감의 인지는 센서를 통하여 한다. 오감을 이용하여 서비스를 탐색 함으로써, 우리는 서비스의 가용성을 높일 수 있다. 매칭은 서비스를 세 가지의 타입으로 나눈 후 각 타입에 해당하는 항목별로 유사도를 계산하고 각 항목들의 합으로 최종 유사도를 도출해 낸다. 본 연구에서 제안한 효과 기반 서비스 디스커버리는 기존의 시맨틱 서비스 디스커버리보다 서비스의 가용성을 높여 줄 것으로 기대한다.
