MPEG-4 provides high compression rate and uses object-oriented method to describe components of its structure, which has currently risen as the core technique in multimedia service fields. Our research objective is to provide object manager to MPEG-4 system in order that effective multimedia service could be available by supporting powerful interaction and adapting to various networks and terminals. Through the object manger, priorities are given to objects of a scene tree and the objects having higher priorities are first rendered according to the terminal capability. It also manages synchronization and update of the scene tree and object informations caused by user interactions.

Grid portal services provide more flexible research environment by overcoming time and space limit of existing application-based grid services. However user's requirements such as user interfaces are not clear during development cycle and changed frequently. Therefore it is necessary to reduce the cost for creating and maintaining user interfaces of grid services. In this paper, we suggest an object-oriented user control model which allows easier development of user interfaces and increases code reusability by abstracting objects from presentation layer of web. In this model, structure of presentation pages can be described more clearly and implementation of actions is simple and easy.

인터넷의 발전을 통해 빠르게 변화해가는 웹 환경에서 사용자들은 다양한 이러닝 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 사용자들은 하루가 다르게 변하는 인터넷 환경 속에서 다양한 요구 사항을 원하고 있으며 이를 만족 시키기 위해서는 이러닝 시스템 또한 그에 발맞추어 빠르고 유연한 기능 확장이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 .NET Framework 라는 기술을 이용하여 시장의 요구에 대한 이러닝 시스템의 유연한 기능 확장을 제공한다. .NET Framework를 이용한 교육용 컨텐츠는 다양한 사용자 요구사항에 유연하게 대처 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 타 서비스와 상호작용을 할 수 있다. 또한 일반적인 이러닝 컨텐츠는 유아 및 초등학생들이 사용하기에 복잡한 부분이 많이 있을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러닝 컨텐츠에서 벗어나 사용하기 쉽고 계속해서 학습에 관심을 줄 수 있도록 하는 이러닝 컨텐츠를 제안한다. 시스템을 구성하기 위해 Database를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 하는 3가지의 서비스를 제공한다. 추후 서비스 지향 구조를 기반으로 한 학습관리 시스템에 접목 시켜 기존 시스템 컨텐츠의 한 부분으로 사용할 예정이다.

On the analysis of the regional organizations of coast guards in USA, Japan and BK, the ideal organization of area coast guard of Korea is proposed. It is composed of three area coast guards in West, South and East sea and special units in order to carry out missions and to response requirements and needs in the maritime fields in object oriented way. The proposed regional organization can be actualized as the model of development by improving the listed tasks.

The supply of medical services using high-priced medical equipment is increasing due to the medicalization of medical science. The level of medical knowledge of medical consumers and the ability to select medical institutions are required to provide high quality medical services because of the popularization of medical information. As the attitudes of medical consumers toward medical institutions change, medical institutions also need to change their perception to improve customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of medical service satisfaction according to the medical knowledge about the utility of PET / CT in order to change the consciousness structure of medical service. The results of this study showed that both medical satisfaction and environmental satisfaction were high in those who had medical knowledge about their own illness and the usefulness of PET / CT. Therefore, medical institutions will need a practical medical service countermeasures to provide medical information by noticing the changes in perception of the medical knowledge of medical consumers, rather than providing formal medical services.

In this paper, we propose an automatic method for setting data constraints of a data cleansing service, which is for managing the quality of data exchanged between composite services based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture) and enables to minimize human intervention during the process. Because it is impossible to deal with all kinds of real-world data, we focus on business data (i.e. costumer order, order processing) which are frequently used in services such as CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). We first generate an extended-element vector by extending semantics of data exchanged between composite services and then build a rule-based system for setting data constraints automatically using the decision tree learning algorithm. We applied this rule-based system into the data cleansing service and showed the automation rate over 41% by learning data from multiple registered services in the field of business.

In most organizations, the relational DBMS was used for store and manage XML documents due to the pre-established relational DBMS. But, relational DBMS has some problems. They has the possibilities of informational loses in the process of mapping the structure of XML documents to RDB, and they require expensive cost to reflect all XML properties. Thus, this paper was intended to design and implement XML document management system which utilize O2 DBMS-object oriented DBMS in order to overcome the existing problem and reflect all XML Properties. The XML document management system purposed in this thesis has multiple function, such as the library service function for XML documents-check-in/check-out, versioning, user access management-, dynamic indexing and retrieval, and publishing function using style sheet.

A triple-band antenna which can be used at GSM900, PCS1900 and Bluetooth(or Wi-Fi) frequency band is proposed. The proposed antenna is designed based upon switching between IFA(Inverted F Antenna) that has a resonant length of ${\lambda}/4$ and loop antenna that has a resonant length of ${\lambda}/2$. It can be applied to triple-band only by use of single printed pattern due to the switching characteristic. It is designed by use of the IFA for the application to the GSM900, while it is designed by use of the loop antenna for the application to the PCS1900 and by use of additional pattern of IFA for the application to the Bluetooth(or Wi-Fi) respectively. As a result, it has been observed that the proposed antenna satisfies the required return loss(${\leq}10dB$) and also has efficiency(${\geq}80%$) over the whole band. Moreover the proposed antenna has omni-directional radiation pattern which is suitable to apply to the mobile phone.

This paper studied out the prototype and the structure of UGS(User Generated Storytelling) based on social network in "World Of Warcraf" and "Mabinogi" as MMORPG(Massively multiplayer online role-playing game) and started with issues based on SNS(Social Network Service) in Internet. SNS has been supported by storytelling which is made by users to go through the contents in game space as well as by developers. This study drew elements toward social network in game and its new possibility as storytelling applied by communication theories based on social psychology. Today SNS is a major topic in web environment and this issue has influenced the game design and UGC. Under this situation, this study has a significant meaning because it proves that the factors toward social network in MMORPG is analyzed by UGCs.

How do we create a next generation Records Management System? Under a rapidly changing system development environment, the records management system of public institutions has remained stable for the past 10 years. For this reason, it seems to be the key cause of the structural problem of the Records Management System, which makes it difficult to accommodate user requirements and apply a new recording technology. The purpose of this study is to present a redesigned model for a next-generation records management system by analyzing the status of the electronic records management. This study analyzed "A Study on the Redesign of the Next-Generation Electronic Records Management Process," records management technology of advanced records management system, and a case of an overseas system. Based on the analysis results, the improvement direction of the records management system was analyzed from several aspects: functional, software design, and software distribution. This study thus suggests that the creation of a microservice architecture-based (MSA) and an open source software-oriented (OSS) records management system should be the focus of next-generation record management.
