IPTV 서비스와 함께 홈 채널 서비스가 제공되면 개인이 프로슈머의 입장에서 콘텐츠를 생산 및 소비할 수 있게 된다. 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서 개인화된 콘텐츠를 이용하고자 하는 개인 이용자들을 묶어서 하나의 가상 그룹으로 형성하고 개인화된 콘텐츠를 송신, 수신 할 때 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서는 개인화된 콘텐츠의 송신, 수신을 위해 P2P 를 지원한다. 서비스 오버레이 네트워크에서 지원하는 P2P 는 이용자 환경, 상황, 네트워크 상황 등을 능동적으로 인지하여 개인 혹은 다수에게 개인화된 콘텐츠를 전달 할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 능동적으로 서비스 오버레이 네트워크가 형성될 때 개인이 콘텐츠를 공유, 소비하기 위해 개인 혹은 다수에게 개인화된 콘텐츠를 전달하기 위한 P2P 멀티캐스트 구조를 제안 한다.

The purpose of this study is to design a service encounter of a duty free shop using a blueprinting method. This case study analyzed differences between city-based and airport-based duty free shop and proposed a flow chart based on administration blueprinting of the duty free shop in South Korea. The paper presented process criteria based on administrative procedures of customers in city-based and airport-based duty free shop. The results of the study provided the cause of failure with waiting point of customer and customer service and suggested management plan to solve failure. Also, the study addressed more customer-oriented service delivery processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction through waiting and failure points.

현재까지 인터넷상에서 텍스트와 이미지를 이용하여 정보를 표현하고 전달하는 방법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 웹 관련 기술의 비약적인 발달과 네트워크 속도의 증가 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 단순한 텍스트와 이미지 중심의 HTML 문서를 이용한 정보의 전달이 아닌 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 정보의 표현과 전달이 점차 증대되고 있다. 최근에는 개인용 컴퓨터의 성능 증가와 초고속 통신 서비스의 보급에 의해 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 됨으로써 기존의 공중파나 CATV 방송국의 형태 지니고 인터넷상에서 실시간 방송/VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 방송국이 급속하게 생겨나고 있다. 인터넷 방송은 동영상과 오디오의 실시간 전달을 가능하게 하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술과 실시간 전송 프로토콜인 RTP/RTCP를 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 스트리밍과 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 지원하고, 자바를 기반으로 한 실시간 방송/VOD 서비스를 제공하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

최근의 모바일 장치는 많은 발전을 이루어 과거에 비해 하드웨어 성능은 비약적인 발전을 이루며 다양한 모바일 장치로 발전하였다. 이와 함께 모바일 네트워크 환경도 많은 발전을 이루어 모바일 상에서도 고용량의 데이터를 고속으로 전달할 수 있는 환경이 가능해 졌다. 이처럼 발전된 모바일 환경에서도 여전히 서버 의존적인 시스템은 서버에 많은 부하를 줄 수밖에 없었다. 여기에 사용자의 환경에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 실시간으로 변하는 사용자의 정보를 지속적으로 서버에 전달해야 하기 때문에 이러한 과정에서 많은 오버헤드가 발생하였다. 고도로 발전된 모바일 환경에서 클라이언트 자신 스스로가 사용자의 실시간으로 변화하는 정보에 맞추어 최적화할 수 있는 시스템은 서버에 대한 의존도를 낮출 수 있어 더욱 빠르고 안정적이며 보안성을 높인 서비스가 가능하다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 클라이언트 중심의 비디오 서비스 전달 시스템을 위한 C3DS(Client Centeric Contents Delivery System)을 제안하고자 한다.

정보화 시대에서 유비쿼터스 시대로 접어들면서 현실세계에서의 데이터를 정보로 상향시킬 수 있는 기반 기술과 메커니즘이 발전하고 있으며, 이러한 기술적 노력의 이환으로 현실 세계의 실증정보를 가공전의 데이터 형태로 창출하는 기술에는 센서기술(Sensor Technology)이 있으며, 현재 센서기술은 현실 세계의 실증 정보를 수집하는 차원을 넘어서 이들간의 클러스터링을 형성하고 형성된 클러스터링을 기반으로 데이터 라우팅을 통해 가공 메커니즘(Processing Mechanism)을 제공하는 시스템으로 전달되고 이렇게 전달된 데이터와 가공 메커니즘에 의해 서비스를 통해 정보 수요자에게 전달된다. 본 논문에서는 센싱된 데이터를 웹서버를 통해 서비스가 될 수 있는 구조에 대해서 설계 및 제안을 하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 센싱기술과 센서네트워크, 그리고 웹 서비스라는 일련의 구조를 설계 및 구현시 고려하여야 할 사항 및 발전방향에 대해서 언급한다.

The purpose of this article is to explore the strength of user's right in service delivery process, and focuses on two areas. First one is to discuss the necessity which the process of service delivery will be changed from supplier-oriented system to user-oriented one, in order to strengthen user's right, especially in terms of choice and control. It can be facilitated by the abolishing of classification of disability. Second one is to introduce direct payments which money is directly given to user, instead of being given to supplier. This article also stresses that there is possibility of setting up direct payments because voucher system, a precursor of direct payments, is widely settled down for social service area in Korea.

We propose and design a fully conversed Ethernet and TDM transport system to guarantee qualify of service for Ethernet packet. Developed convergence system can support not only L2 VPN service and premium multimedia service based on MPLS protocol but also TDM leased line service, simultaneously. Developed convergence system has the advantage of providing high reliability that realizes high-quality and real time communications due to assign QoS profile and guarantee bandwidth per channel consist of VCGs without affect adjacent channels. Evaluation for proposed system was successfully performed within the ling network.

본 연구는 고용서비스의 효과적 전달을 위한 실천방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 고용서비스는 고용능력 증진을 위한 것으로 고용능력 증진을 위해서는 개인요인, 개인환경요인, 외부환경요인에 대한 개입이 필요하다. 이중에서 건강, 양육 등 개인문제나 개인환경 증진을 위한 고용서비스가 강화될 필요가 있다. 또한 사례관리는 통합적고용서비스 전달을 위해 필요한 실천도구가 될 수 있고, 이를 위해서 고용지원센터는 사례관리에 대한 조직내 합의와 체계 마련이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of platform for social service delivery and the electronic voucher system as an instrument for the delivery. The paper discusses the concept and characteristics of platform and reviews the factors by which firms migrate to platform. Social service e-vouchers are an example of a government platform that pays e-vouchers to consumers and gives them the choice of services. Then it analyzes the case of platform establishment to deliver social services. The demand on welfare services has changed with demographic structure. The change in demand requires innovation in the social service delivery system and adoption of strategies to move to the platform. Factors that enabled the social service delivery platform to build both demand and supply sides include access to employment policies, industrial connection, workforce training, and requirements for social service eligibilities.

Two distinct features required in transport service and protocol to meet new multimedia applications requirements are multicast transmission capability and enhanced QoS facility. In this paper, we presents major functions and facilities of enhanced communications transport service definition supporting these requirements. At first, major fundamental issues, that should be handled to design multi-peer communcation service and protocol, are resoved and applied to design service definition. Secondly, we proposed several new functions for enhanced transport service such as heterogeneous TC establishment, invitation capability, TC-ownership transfer, restriction of transmit concurrency. The detils of proposed enhanced transport service are TC creation, TC invitation, TC join, multicase data transfer, pause of data transfer, resulme of data transfer, report of specific status, TC leave, TC termination, TC-ownership transfer, Token transfer services. The proposed transport service was submitted and accepted as a draft text for committee draft of international standard by the international standradization body such as JTC1/SC6 and ITU-T SG 7.
