서비스 인카운터의 제고는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과에 매우 중요하다. 서비스 인카운터는 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성에 의해 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템간의 적합성정도는 서비스기업의 마케팅성과를 높이는데 있어 핵심성공요인이 된다. 본 논문은 금융산업을 대상으로 서비스기업의 경쟁전략, 서비스전달시스템 결정요인, 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합성 여부가 마케팅성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 서비스기업의 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템 결정요인간의 적합도가 높을수록, 그리고 경쟁전략과 서비스전달시스템의 유형간의 적합도가 높을수록 마케팅성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

노인복지서비스 전달체계는 서비스 내용이 만들어지고 그것이 수여자에게 전달되는 과정 모두를 포함한 개념이다. 고령화가 급속하게 진행되는 현실에서 무엇보다 필요한 것은 노인복지에 대한 적절한 정책적 대안이 제시되고 전달될 수 있도록 노인복지서비스 전달체계 관리의 효율화가 이루어 져야 한다. 효율적인 노인복지서비스를 전달하기 위해서는 서비스 내용뿐만 아니라 서비스를 전달하는 공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로의 전환이 요구되며, 서비스를 전달하는 체계 또한 시대의 흐름에 따라 적절히 대응할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 노인복지서비스가 어떻게하면 효율적으로 수요자에게 전달될 수 있을 것인가를 연구하여 제시하고자한다.

A system for providing a distributed device resource-object-connection service based on a service delivery platform (SDP) is described. The system includes an SDP and proxy. The SDP configures to define distributed service functions as enablers, generates a convergence service by combining the enablers, and provides the generated convergence service. The proxy configures to connect a distributed device and an SDP to allow the SDP to use the distributed device as a resource, and define and use the distributed device as an enabler. The system are capable of defining distributed service functions as well as distributed sensors as enablers, and thereby allowing the distributed sensors to be used in the same sense as service-function enablers.

이 논문에서는 최근 널리 사용되고 있는 소셜미디어를 지진정보전달과 관련된 특성 위주로 분석하고, 가장 적합한 소셜미디어 서비스를 이용하여 지진정보를 전달하는 시스템 개발에 대해 설명한다. 먼저 소셜미디어의 전달 특성을 분류하여 가장 적합한 소셜미디어 서비스를 선택한다. 그리고 해외에 유사한 서비스를 조사하여, 이와 같은 서비스가 효용성을 가질지 판단한다. 이를 바탕으로 지진정보전달시스템을 개발하여 소셜미디어를 활용한 지진정보전달 서비스 환경을 구축한다. 이 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 현재 실제 기상청에서 테스트를 진행하고 있으며, 테스트를 마칠 경우 실제 운영을 시작할 계획이다. 본 서비스를 시작할 경우 다양한 전달매체, 특히 비교적 안정적인 매체를 통해 지진정보를 이용할 수 있게 될 것이다.

모바일 단말기의 보급과 무선 네트워크 기술의 발달로 단문 메시지 전달 서비스, 멀티미디어 메시지 전달 서비스는 이미 우리에게 친숙한 서비스다. 그러나 Mark Weiser가 강조했던 기술과 서비스에 의한 사용자의 편의보다는 오히려 불편과 방해가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 적절하지 않은 시간과 장소에서의 원하지 않는 메시지가 스팸 메시지만큼이나 사람을 불편하게 만들고 있기 때문이다. 제안하는 서비스는 기존 메시지 전달 서비스에 'Location' 요소를 추가한 메시지 전달 서비스로서, 사용자 편의 중심의 메시지 전달서비스를 가능하게 해준다. 수신자, 위치, 시간에 기반을 둔 메시지 송수신과 사용자 피드백에 의한 위치목록 구성 등을 특징으로 가지고 있다.

SOA 플랫폼은 비즈니스의 신속한 변화와 지속적인 최적화를 지원할 수 있도록 SOA 철학을 반영한 기본소프트웨어 인프라이다. SOA 플랫폼은 서비스를 생성하고 관리하는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경, 사용자에게 서비스의 전달을 담당하는 서비스 전달 네트워크, 서비스 수행과 서비스 제공 수준을 통제하는 서비스 통제 플랫폼 그리고 비즈니스 어플리케이션을 토대로 서비스 생성에 기반이 되는 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 현재 시장에서는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경과 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼이 주로 적용되고 있으며, 향후에는 서비스 전달 네트워크와 서비스 통제 플랫폼의 적용이 점진적으로 증가될 것으로 예상된다.

Mobile contents market is growing with the rapid adoption of smart-phones. Online access via mobile compared to PC-based online access, has distinctive service delivery characteristics which are ubiquitous connectivity and contextual offer. In addition, this study includes characteristics which are relatively disadvantageous for mobile services compared to PC-based services. These are response time and supporting non-verbal informations. This study investigates the influence of service delivery characteristics to perceived interactivity and mobile service attitude. The results show that mobile services' ubiquitous connectivity and contextual offer showed a positive relationship with the perceived interactivity of the mobile service. And the response time also showed a positive relationship with the perceived interactivity, but non-verbal information didn't. When the trade-off is met between response time and nonverbal information, mobile service developer should choose response time since it has positive effect on perceived interactivity and attitude.

본 고에서는 도서관의 문헌제공 서비스 차원에서 연구되고 있는 프로젝트와 전자 문헌전달 시스템의 프로토타입을 조사, 분석하였다. 전자 문헌전달 시스템이란 출판사나 도서관에서 기존의 인쇄물 출판 및 배포를 낭가하는 전자적인 방법, 즉 비디오텍스, 전자우편, 온라인 네트워크 및 CD-ROM 등을 통해 이용자에게 필요한 정보를 전달하는 시스템을 뜻한다. 현재 활용가능한 전자 문헌전달 시스템을 중심으로 그 이용 및 접속방법, 제공가능한 문헌의 형태, 서비스 제공에 필요한 기술적 장비와 네트워크에 관련된 요구사항 그리고 주제분야 및 비용 등에 관한 사항들을 중점적으로 조사하였다.

The importance of an efficient information delivery service cannot be overemphasized in the information society. In this context, this study, based upon the importance of information intermediary on the internet, tries to suggest the use of Avatars in information services. This study first examines the concepts, theories, and characteristics of information services and internet, along with the meaning and role played by Avatars. Also, by suggesting the use of Avatars in information services, this study alms at enhancing our understanding on the internet and providing efficient information services.

본 논문은 단일 VOD 환경에서의 서버/클라이언트 간 데이터 서비스 모델을 분석하고 이를 병렬 VOD 환경에 적용함으로써 보다 나은 사용자 QoS(Quality of Service)를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 단일 VOD 환경에서는 클라이언트가 데이터를 요청하고 서버가 전달해주는 Client Pull 모델과 서버 측에서 일방적으로 데이터를 전달해주는 Server Push 모델을 네트워크상 전달지연 측면에서 분석하고 위 두 모델.을 통합한 IPP(Interleaving Pull & Push) 서비스 모델과 Client Pull 모델을 전달지연과 클라이언트 버퍼 내 데이터 잔여량 측면에서 병렬 VOD 환경에서 적용 및 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 병렬 VOD 환경에서 IPP 서비스 모델이 가장 적은 전달지연과 보다 안정적인 클라이언트 버퍼를 유지함을 알 수 있으며 이를 동해 사용자에게 보다 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
