Analyzing the weblog data of a shopping mall using process mining (프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 쇼핑몰 웹로그 데이터 분석)

  • With the development of the Internet and the spread of mobile devices, the online market is growing rapidly. As the number of customers using online shopping malls explodes, research is being conducted on the analysis of usage behavior from customer data, personalized product recommendations, and service development. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the overall process of online shopping malls through process mining, and to identify the factors that influence users' purchases. The data used are from a large online shopping mall, and R was the analysis tool. The results show that customer activity was most prominent in categories with event elements, such as unconventional discounts and monthly giveaway events. On the other hand, searches, logins, and campaign activity were found to be less relevant than their importance. Those are very important, because they can provide clues to a customer's information and needs. Therefore, it is necessary to refine the recommendations from related search words, and to manage activity, such as coupons provided when customers log in. In addition to the previous discussion, this paper proposes various business strategies to enhance the competitiveness of online shopping malls and to increase profits.

Design of Compound Knowledge Repository for Recommendation System (추천시스템을 위한 복합지식저장소 설계)

  • The article herein suggested a compound repository and a descriptive method to develop a compound knowledge process. A data target saved in a compound knowledge repository suggested in this article includes all compound knowledge meta data and digital resources, which can be divided into the three following factors according to the purpose: user roles, functional elements, and service ranges. The three factors are basic components to describe abstract models of repository. In this article, meta data of compound knowledge are defined by being classified into the two factors. A component stands for the property about a main agent, activity unit or resource that use and create knowledge, and a context presents the context in which knowledge object are included. An agent of the compound knowledge process performs classification, registration, and pattern information management of composite knowledge, and serves as data flow and processing between compound knowledge repository and user. The agent of the compound knowledge process consists of the following functions: warning to inform data search and extraction, data collection and output for data exchange in an distributed environment, storage and registration for data, request and transmission to call for physical material wanted after search of meta data. In this article, the construction of a compound knowledge repository for recommendation system to be developed can serve a role to enhance learning productivity through real-time visualization of timely knowledge by presenting well-put various contents to users in the field of industry to occur work and learning at the same time.

A cluster analysis of the audit result on quality management system in architectural design and engineering firms (설계 및 엔지니어링분야의 품질경영시스템 심사결과에 대한 유형분석)

  • ISO 9001, the quality management system issued by the International Organization for Standardization, is being used by architectural design and engineering firms in order to strengthen the capability of business activities through the implementation of the international and advanced quality management systems. However, there have been significant problems in stable implementation and settlement of ISO 9001 in construction industry, which seem to be caused by key employees' lack of proper recognition and comprehension. The purpose of this research, accordingly, is to find and analyze nonconformity results which were found when the third party registrars audited the conformity of companies' quality management systems for ISO 9001 certification especially in architectural design and engineering firms. For this purpose this research was conducted by a cluster analysis of 647 audit reports out of representative 15 architectural design and engineering firms that have been audited periodically from 1997 to 2003 by the third party registrars. The analysis showed that the most frequent problems were generated in the areas of $\ulcorner$Design and Development$\lrcorner$ , $\ulcorner$production and Service Provision$\lrcorner$ , and $\ulcorner$General requirements$\lrcorner$ of the quality management system. The following, the areas of $\ulcorner$Monitoring and Measurement$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$purchasing$\lrcorner$ were also analyzed as main factors which caused frequent nonconformity results. This research also shows that the corrective actions for nonconformity results are closely connected with the whole management activities in architectural design and engineering firms. Consequently, corrective actions for disposition of nonconformities should be implemented more specifically in order to settle and activate the quality management systems in architectural design and engineering firms.

Development of the Prototype of Integrated Information System for Conflation and Utilization of Land and Building Information (토지·건물정보의 융복합 및 활용을 통한 통합정보시스템 프로토타입 개발)

  • Land information and building information have highest utilization and importance in real estate and city administration area. However, providing integrated information service was difficult because conflation and integrative utilization was not easy. In this study, necessity of integrated information system, direction of integration, method of conflation and design of integrated system for land and building information are presented. In addition, the prototype system is developed and possibility of application of integrated information is proposed. For this purpose, current situation of management of land and building information was analyzed. Based on the analysis, matching and conflation processes among spatial and attribute data were applied to land and building information. Using integrated land building information DB, integrated information system and functions were designed and the prototype system was constructed. At last, information service examples in real estate and city administration area were suggested through system operation by LX.

A Frequency Allocation Method for Cognitive Radio Using the Fuzzy Set Theory (퍼지 집합 이론을 활용한 무선인지 주파수 할당 알고리즘)

  • In a cognitive radio based system, quality of service (QoS) for the secondary user must be maintained as much as possible even while that of the primary user is protected all he time. In particular, switching wireless links for the secondary user during the transmission of multimedia data causes delay and information loss, and QoS degradations occur inevitably. The efficient resource management scheme is necessary to support the seamless multimedia service to the secondary user. This paper proposes a novel frequency selection method based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), in which uncertain parameters such as received signal strength, cell load, data rate, and available bandwidth are considered during the decision process for the frequency selection with the fuzzy set theory. Through simulation, we show that our proposed frequency selection method provides a better performance than the conventional methods which consider the received signal strength only.

  • As our society is rapidly entering an aging society, interest in mobile health care services for disease prevention and health care for the elderly is increasing. To increase the usability of mobile healthcare services, UI design should be considered from an older person's perspective and a specific evaluation system is required to diagnose these UI usability levels. This study aimed to develop a UI usability evaluation area of mobile-healthcare application for the elderly. For this, we conducted a literature analysis to explore the comprehensive UI usability evaluation factors, and FGI for expert groups and user groups to derive UI usability evaluation areas and detailed evaluation factors. As a result, the usability evaluation areas for the elderly were divided into four areas 'design', 'contents', 'process', and 'system'. A total of 13 sub-factors and 32 detailed constructions have been derived.

  • 정보시스템의 통합전산환경 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영은 별도의 추가적인 예산이 소요될 뿐 아니라 관련 기관의 정보화업무 수행 프로세스 및 조직상의 변화를 초래할 수 있기 때문에 이에 따른 기대효과를 다양한 측면에서 적정하게 분석하는 것은 사업추진의 타당성 진단차원뿐 아니라 구축이후의 운영과정상에서 성과관리의 기준을 확보한다는 점에서 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 문화관광부의 소속기관 및 산하단체의 정보시스템 운영환경을 통합한 문화정보 통합센터의 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영을 가정하여 그 기대성과를 분석하였으며, 첫째, 문화정보 통합센터 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영에 따른 성과를 사업적 기대가치와 전략적 기대가치로 구분하여 분석하였고 둘째, 사업적 기대가치의 경우에도 균형성과표(BSC) 관점에서 핵심성공요인(CSF) 기법을 이용하여 정보화업무효율화성과, 조직혁신 및 발전제고 성과, 대민서비스 향상성과, 문화적 가치제고 성과 등 4가지 관점으로 범주화하여 성과를 분석하였다. 또한 셋째, 각 범주별 세부 성과평가 지표의 도출을 위한 정보화업무 효율화성과의 측정의 경우에는 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) 관점에서 경제적 성과로 환산하여 측정하도록 하였으며, 아울러 정성적 측정지표의 개발도 병행하여 성과를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 주요 의의로는 통합전산환경 구축 ${\cdot}$ 운영의 기대성과를 균형성과표 및 핵심 성공요인 (CSF) 기법을 이용하여 합리적으로 분석하는 기법을 제시함과 아울러 TCO 기법을 접목한 경제성분석방법론을 제시하였다는 점이다.

전자금융 침해사고 예방 및 대응 강화 방안

  • 편리한 금융거래 수단으로써 인터넷뱅킹을 포함한 전자금융 서비스가 생활화 되었으며 그 중요성 또한 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 부작용으로서 사용자의 실수나 금융기관, 쇼핑몰, 포털 등의 해킹을 통한 전자금융 접근매체의 유출, 비정상적인 지불결제나 인터넷뱅킹 이체 사고 등 침해사고 또한 함께 증가하고 있다. 금융권은 금융감독원을 중심으로 전자금융 종합보안 대책 수립(2005년) 및 전자금융거래법 시행(2007년) 등을 통해 고객 PC의 해킹방지를 위한 다양한 보안프로그램 제공 의무화, 보안등급에 따른 이체한도 차등화, 금융권 통합 OTP 인증체계 구축 등 전자금융 침해사고 예방을 위한 적극적인 노력을 기울여오고 있으나, 최근 들어 피싱/파밍 등 신종 사이버사기 기법이나 해외의 전문 해커에 의해 개발된 고도의 지능화된 해킹툴이 사용되어 보안프로그램을 무력화시킨 후 고객정보를 유출해가거나 일반 포털사이트, 웹하드, 웹메일 등의 해킹을 통해 인터넷 사이트에 등록된 고객의 인터넷뱅킹 접근 매체를 유출하여 인터넷뱅킹 침해 사고를 일으키는 등의 신종 침해사고를 완벽히 차단하지는 못하고 있어, 더욱 강력한 전자금융 침해사고 예방 통제 방안의 수립과 함께 침해사고 발생 시 원인 파악 및 범인 검거를 위한 역추적 시스템의 구축 등 기존 보안체계를 대폭 강화할 필요성이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시중 은행의 인터넷뱅킹 침해사고 발생 현황 조사를 중심으로 최근 발생한 전자금융 침해사고의 추이분석, 침해사고 주요 원인과 기존 대응 체계의 현황, 한계점 등을 파악하였다. 그리고 전자금융 침해사고의 효과적인 예방 및 대응 강화 방안으로서 사용자 관점에서 공인인증서를 중심으로 한 전자금융 접근매체의 관리 강화 방안을 제안하였으며, 전자금융 서비스를 제공하는 금융 기관 관점에서 효과적인 전자금융거래 로깅 및 역추적 시스템의 구축 및 전체 금융기관과 감독기관 간의 유기적인 공조를 기반으로 한 침해사고 공동 대응체계의 구축 및 운영을 위한 시스템의 구성 방법, 운영 프로세스, 관련 법률의 검토 및 대응 방법 등을 제안하였다.

Design and experiment for prototype of safety route service for passenger ships considering quality in use (사용상 품질을 고려한 여객선 안전항로 서비스 프로토타입 설계 및 실험)

  • The guideline on software quality assurance and human-centered design for e-Navigation was approved as IMO circular June 2015. e-Navigation software systems are characterized by a high proportion of data quality and quality in use. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality in use of the maritime software quality assurance for the safety route guiding service. In this study, we added the stage which the stockholders such as a project manager, software developers, and end-users use the prototype that was developed based on the scenarios before the stage of design and development. Through this, we could review the requirement about the quality in use for a limited time at the beginning of the project. also we could raise understanding the concept of this project and goal system.

The Effects of Scope Management on Process Performance and Output Performance in the Information System Development Project : An Analysis from Project Supplier's Perspective (공급자 관점에서 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 범위관리활동이 프로세스성과와 결과물성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • Even though the success of the information system (IS) protect becomes a critical issue to an enterprise and there has been a lot of research about finding critical success factors of IS projects, the scope management for the success of IS protect has received little attention in the literature. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the project scope management activities defined by PMI (Project Management Institute) on the performance of the information system project. The focus of this paper is on the project supplier's point of view. This study shows the priority of the scope management activities during the IS Project. The results show the different results depending on the types of the project clients and the project scale. This research reveals that the scope verification is important for the project supplier from the project process view, and that the scope planning/definition is important for the protect client from the project result view. It also shows different results comparing to the conventional recognition about project success. The research results show that the positive relationships between the project scale and the importance of scope management activities, and between the familiarity of suppliers and clients and the importance of the scope management activities. Through this research, we expect that the importance of the scope management in a project will be considered as an important issue, and that this research will lead to various detailed research about this issue.
