A system for providing a distributed device resource-object-connection service based on a service delivery platform (SDP) is described. The system includes an SDP and proxy. The SDP configures to define distributed service functions as enablers, generates a convergence service by combining the enablers, and provides the generated convergence service. The proxy configures to connect a distributed device and an SDP to allow the SDP to use the distributed device as a resource, and define and use the distributed device as an enabler. The system are capable of defining distributed service functions as well as distributed sensors as enablers, and thereby allowing the distributed sensors to be used in the same sense as service-function enablers.

SOA 플랫폼은 비즈니스의 신속한 변화와 지속적인 최적화를 지원할 수 있도록 SOA 철학을 반영한 기본소프트웨어 인프라이다. SOA 플랫폼은 서비스를 생성하고 관리하는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경, 사용자에게 서비스의 전달을 담당하는 서비스 전달 네트워크, 서비스 수행과 서비스 제공 수준을 통제하는 서비스 통제 플랫폼 그리고 비즈니스 어플리케이션을 토대로 서비스 생성에 기반이 되는 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼으로 구성된다. 현재 시장에서는 서비스 라이프사이클 환경과 기저 어플리케이션 플랫폼이 주로 적용되고 있으며, 향후에는 서비스 전달 네트워크와 서비스 통제 플랫폼의 적용이 점진적으로 증가될 것으로 예상된다.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of platform for social service delivery and the electronic voucher system as an instrument for the delivery. The paper discusses the concept and characteristics of platform and reviews the factors by which firms migrate to platform. Social service e-vouchers are an example of a government platform that pays e-vouchers to consumers and gives them the choice of services. Then it analyzes the case of platform establishment to deliver social services. The demand on welfare services has changed with demographic structure. The change in demand requires innovation in the social service delivery system and adoption of strategies to move to the platform. Factors that enabled the social service delivery platform to build both demand and supply sides include access to employment policies, industrial connection, workforce training, and requirements for social service eligibilities.

최근 이슈가 되고 있는 안드로이드 플랫폼은 높은 개방성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 애플리케이션을 개발할 때 애플리케이션 간의 데이터 처리는 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 데이터를 전송할 때 활용할 수 있는 메커니즘에는 클립보드, 인텐트 그리고 컨텐트 프로바이더 등이 있다. 클립보드는 윈도우즈의 클립보드와 동일한 기능을 가지지만 스트링 타입의 데이터만을 전송할 수 있어 다양한 데이터 처리에는 활용하기가 어렵다. 그리고 인텐트는 데이터 전송에 사용할 수 있지만 인텐트 메커니즘의 주목적은 어떤 액션이 수행되어야 할 메시지를 전달하는 것이기 때문에 다양한 타입의 데이터를 전달하는 데는 적합하지 않다. 또한 데이터를 전달하더라도 데이터의 정보를 포함해야하고 이를 구현하기는 까다롭다. 컨텐트 프로바이더는 애플리케이션 간 데이터 전송을 위해 제공하는 메커니즘이지만 양 애플리케이션 간에는 같은 형식의 레코드를 포함해야 한다. 데이터 저장소로 데이터베이스를 사용하기 때문에 컨텐트 프로바이더를 사용하기 위해서 데이터베이스의 연결 및 질의에 대한 구현도 개발자의 작업에 추가가 된다. 이러한 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 애플리케이션 간의 데이터 전송을 하기 위한 방법의 문제점을 보완하고 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 메타서비스를 설계하고 구현하였다. 메타서비스는 클립보드의 간단한 활용방법에 착안하여 텍스트 데이터뿐만 아니라 다른 타입의 데이터도 전송이 가능하도록 지원해주는 서비스이다. 또한 애플리케이션 개발 과정에서 데이터 처리에 대한 구현 시 복잡성을 주여 효율적이며 높은 가독성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 메타서비스의 구조와 디자인 그리고 활용 방법에 대해서 자세히 다룬다.

서비스 플랫폼이란 응용 서비스를 이용자에게 전달하는 틀로서, 서비스가 생성, 실행, 관리되는 서비스들의 플레이그라운드라 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 통신 서비스 분야로 한정되어 있던 전통적인 서비스 딜리버리 플랫폼으로부터 통신 기능을 개방하여 인터넷 세상에 연결시키기 위한 개방형서비스 플랫폼, 웹 30.0 시대를 실현하기 위한 시맨틱 서비스 플랫폼에 이르기까지 서비스 플랫폼 기술의 발전상과 사례들을 살펴본다. 이와 같이 서비스 플랫폼의 현실과 미래를 고찰함으로써 이종 산업간 융합 서비스 제공 환경의 실현 기능성과 그 시기를 전망해보고자 한다.

플랫폼과 프로그래밍 언어에 상관없이 애플리케이션을 이용할 수 있는 웹서비스가 차세대 플랫폼의 대안으로 부상하고 있다. 현재의 웹서비스는 XML을 이용한 애플리케이션 통합에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스를 이용한 네트워크 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 또한 다양한 플랫폼. 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 개발되어 있는 기존의 개별적인 네트워크 관리 시스템에 웹서비스를 도입하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문의 웹서비스 네트워크 관리 시스템은 에이전트를 이용하여 사용자가 요청한 웹서비스를 탐색. 전달해 준다.

본 논문은 신속하고 정확한 재난정보 전달을 위해 재난 데이터를 수집하여 다중매체 특성에 맞추어 재난정보를 만들고 관리하는 다중매체 멀티미디어 재난정보 생성 및 전달 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 지진, 태풍 등의 재난에 대해 측정 데이터를 정부 기관 및 지방자치단체를 통해 수집하면 재난의 규모, 위치, 시간, 대응 정보를 포함하는 재난정보를 CATV(Cable Television), IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 등 다중매체 특성에 따라 생성하여 다중매체에 전달함으로써, 국민을 대상으로 매체의 특성에 독립적으로 일관되는 재난정보를 신속하고 정확하게 전달할 수 있다. 제안한 플랫폼을 통해 신속하고 정확하게 전달된 대국민 재난정보를 통해 재난에 대한 신속한 대국민 대응이 가능하여 재난 피해를 최소화할 수 있다.

방송과 통신이 융합됨에 따라 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 출현하고 있으며 가정에서도 다양하고 질 좋은 홈서비스에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있다. 이러한 다양한 홈 서비스 환경을 제공하기 위해 지능형 홈네트워크 플랫폼이 제안되고 구축되고 있으나 댁내부의 홈게이트웨이나 홈서버 등의 가입자 장치를 통한 응용 프로그램만으로는 다양한 서비스 제공에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 외부에서 제공되는 다양한 디지털 홈서비스를 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 전달하고 사용자의 개입 없이 외부의 서비스 제공자가 개발한 홈서비스를 제공 수 있는 개방형 서비스 관리 구조가 요구된다. 본고에서는 다양한 홈서비스가 서비스 제공자로부터 사용자 장치에 분배, 운용, 관리될 수 있는 환경인 개방형 디지털홈 서비스 분배관리 체계를 소개하고, 홈네트워크 상의 서비스 사용자 뿐 아니라, 외부에서 댁내의 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 디지털 홈 서비스 플랫폼인 분배관리시스템 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Recently, the importance of IPTV providing multimedia service over IP based networks managed to provide the required level of quality of service and experience, security, interactivity and reliability has been gradually increasing by the commercialization of its service. However, the original purposes of IPTV service - contents are produced and consumed anytime, anywhere, and over any device at the same time - have not been satisfied by service providers because most services offered by service providers depend on closed IPTV platform. In this paper, we propose an open IPTV service platform that an individual or small company can easily produce contents and offer IPTV service independently from the existing closed IPTV platform.. The proposed IPTV platform exploits overlay multicast scheme to offer reasonable service under the environment where network bandwidth and processor resource are limited. It also uses CDN-like scheme to ensure the quality of transmitted contents. The performance evaluation shows that the proposed IPTV platform has the possibility of being an open IPTV platform considering its results such as the quality of transmitted contents, the transmission rate, the channel zapping time, and so on. It also shows that proposed IPTV platform could be applied to real IPTV service with continuous enhancement of its functions and user interfaces.

서비스 관리 시스템에서의 XML의 사용은 이기종의 정보전달 및 망사업자간 네트워크 관리에 대한 정보를 기술함에 있어 효과적이다. 또한 기존의 분산플랫폼 환경에서 XML의 사용은 많은 잇점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 XML 사용시 서로 다른 벤더의 표준화된 정보모델의 부재는 많은 혼란을 가중 시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 DSL(Digital Subscriber Line)망 개방에 따른 망 사업자간 정보전달을 위한 정보모델 제시 및 고객의 일관된 서비스 제공을 위한 기존 망 사업자의 CORBA환경의 서비스 관리시스템과 XML의 형태로 받은 정보를 이 시스템으로 전달하기 위한 CORBA 와 XML의 연동구조를 보여주고 있다.
