The purposes of this study were to investigate the transition of elderly's welfare service utilization and to examine the factors affecting their utilization as time passed. To solve these research questions, the behavioral model presented by Andersen and Newman(1973) was applied. Using Hallym Aging Panel data consisted of 3 waves from 2003 to 2007, autoregressive modeling and regression analysis were applied for research purposes. The results of this study were as follows; (1) The experiences of welfare service utilization were increasing gradually. The complimentary service for the aged was utilized generally, but leisure service and community service were not used in common. (2) Past experience of service affected service utilization in the following times. (3) The factors affecting older adult's service utilization were different among the types of services. Nonetheless, the factors affecting continuously during the periods were found: age as predisposing factor and area as enabling factor in the complimentary service; area and existence of spouse as enabling factor in leisure service; education as predisposing factor and service cognition as enabling factor in community service. Enabling factor has affected more consistently than other factors. The results showed that special attention should be paid to balanced regional arrangement for welfare resources and the public relation considering the elderly's intellectual level.

This study examined the factors affecting forms of long-term care service use by elderly and the forms of use are classified facility care service, home care service, and unused. It is used data from the 2nd pilot program for the Long Term Care Insurance scheme and it is analysed 5,497 cases. Multi-nominal regression is used. According to the results, women use formal service more than man do, and wowen use facility care than home care. Those who eligible for National Basic Livelihood Security System(NBLSS) are shown to have higher use of formal care(especially facility care) than the middle income class, and the low income class than the middle income class has lower use of formal care. In addition, higher the family care is available, lower the taking part in the service. The big cities and mid sized cities than rural are used the formal service and moreover mid sized cities are used facility care than home care. Furthermore, the level of care need is determinants of service use and function of ADL, IADL, and abnormal behavior is also determinants of formal service(especially facility care). But nursing need and rehabilitation need are not determinants of formal service use. Based on the results, the recommendations are developed and implemented for the improvement the elderly long-term care insurance.

The purposes of this study are, 1) to explore the factors related to the family caregivers' preferences for service utilization both of the community-based welfare and health-care services, and 2) to examine the reasons why not want to use services analyzing a survey data obtained from family caregivers(n=1,000). Anderson and Newman's Behavior model was employed to examine the factors related to the preferences for service utilization. The main results are as follows. 1) Logistic regression analyses demonstrated that predisposing factor(such as age and relations with frail elderly) and enabling factor(such as economic status, secondary caregiver, informal informational support provider, etc) were significant predictor for caregivers' preference for service utilization. Contrary to an expectation, needs factor was negatively related to the preference for service. More specifically, the more they have service needs, the less they show their willingness to use community-based service both in welfare and health-care services except for care education program. 2) Caregiver identified 'family caregiving consciousness'(family should take care of frail elderly, elderly dislike be taken care of) as an important reason not want to use community services next to financial factor. These findings have several implications for policy making especially for 'public long-term care insurance' which was planned to start in 2007.

The purpose of this study is to identify the usability of parents of developmental rehabilitation services for disabled children. To that end, 120 disabled children and 120 parents were surveyed in 17 cities, including nine cities in Gangwon Province, welfare centers and private institutions in the military. Data analysis used SPSS Statistics 18 and the main findings are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the type of supply and demand in the general characteristics of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service. Second, the service use characteristics of the developmental rehabilitation service showed a statistically significant difference in the service satisfaction of the private care institution, and third, the process and effect of the service provision of the developmental rehabilitation service were shown to be significant in the service satisfaction level. Fourth, the effect of choice on service satisfaction was significantly shown in the accessibility of developmental rehabilitation services. The significance of the research results is to confirm that the service provision and access to the services of developmental rehabilitation services increases the satisfaction level of disabled children's parents. Accordingly, the discussion and implications for improving the satisfaction level of the use of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service were presented.

본고에서는 현재 국내에서 이루어지고 있는 부가 통신서비스의 내용으로 전화기를 이용한 음성정보서비스와 PC나 비데오텍스서비스, 전자사서함 서비스, 팩스를 이용한 팩스정보서비스 들을 기술하고, 향후 통신망이 지능망으로의 진화에 따른 통신서비스의 발전방향에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

플랫폼과 프로그래밍 언어에 상관없이 애플리케이션을 이용할 수 있는 웹서비스가 차세대 플랫폼의 대안으로 부상하고 있다. 현재의 웹서비스는 XML을 이용한 애플리케이션 통합에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스를 이용한 네트워크 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 또한 다양한 플랫폼. 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 개발되어 있는 기존의 개별적인 네트워크 관리 시스템에 웹서비스를 도입하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문의 웹서비스 네트워크 관리 시스템은 에이전트를 이용하여 사용자가 요청한 웹서비스를 탐색. 전달해 준다.

Domestic game industry is growing around game contents service. Game contents service is becoming popular because it has character that can use a game with opposing user on network in real time and advantage that can download the wanted game at anytime or anywhere. It is different to general service from the view point of user. In order words, the user of game contents service has different character from that of general service because their using characteristics in service using effect are shown use variously in the demographics, psychology and behavioral particular. In these views, we have done a comparative analysis character between game contents service and general service.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 서비스간의 변환을 통하여 유비쿼터스 서비스 통합 및 제어를 위한 유비쿼터스 홈(u-Home) 서비스 통합 모델을 제시하고 있으며, 이러한 유비쿼터스 서비스간의 변환은 SOA(Service-oriented architecture)을 기반으로 하는 서비스 변환 게이트웨이 엔진을 이용하여 이루어진다. 이 SOA기반의 서비스 변환 게이트웨이 엔진을 이용한 u-Home 서비스 통합 모델은 유비쿼터스 서비스들을 웹 서비스 형태의 서비스로 변환하고, 이를 이용해 유비쿼터스 서비스들을 일괄되게 제어할 수 있게 하여, u-Home 내에서의 유비쿼터스 서비스 통합을 이루도록 하기 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델이다.

기술이 급속도로 발전하고 과거 자연 독점을 이루고 있던 많은 서비스 산업의 규제가 완화되면서 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있다 기존 기업들은 신규 시장 진입 기업들을 방해하기 위하여 진입장벽을 높이기도 하고 기존의 인프라를 이용하여 더욱 뛰어난 기술력을 선보이기 위하여 노력한다 하지만 대부분의 서비스 기업들의 경우 이동통신 산업처럼 새로운 서비스가 시장에 진입하게 되면 많은 사람들의 관심이 늘어나고 이로 인해 기존 서비스가 시장에서 퇴출되는 둥의 어려움도 가지고 있다. 또한 독과점 형태를 이루고 있던 기업들은 시장 진입 기업에 대해 방심하고 있다. 갑작스러운 경쟁 체제에 미숙한 대응 방안으로 인하여 더욱 어려움을 겪기도 한다 반면에, 소비자의 경우 신규 서비스 초반 많은 관심을 가지고 이용 서비스를 신규 서비스로 옮기기도 하지만 서비스 품절, 이용용이성, 유용성에 의하여 지속적으로 이용하기도 하고 다시 기존 서비스를 이용하기도 한다. 따라서 경쟁 체제에서의 시장 환경에서 고객 만족도를 높여 결과적으로 고객 충성도를 높이는 전략은 기존 기업뿐만 아니라, 신규 진출 기업에게도 매우 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 최근 유료방송시장의 기술이 발전하고 IPTV라는 새로운 서비스가 출시됨에 따라 기존의 Cable TV 는 시장 점유율이 잠식당하고 있다 IPTV 의 유료방송 시장으로의 진출로 인해 Cable TV 의 많은 가입자들이 IPTV 로 이용서비스를 옮기는 것을 방지하기 위하여 고객 만족을 높여 결과적으로 고객 의 충성도를 높여 기존 고객의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 전략이 필요하다. 유료방송서비스 외에도 많은 서비스 산업 내에서 경쟁이 치열해지면서 기존 기업들이 고객의 이 탈을 방지하기 위하여 고객 만족도를 높이는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다 본 연구에서는 유료방송 시장을 분석하여 서비스 산업에서 고객만족을 높이기 위한 방안에 대하여 연구해보고자 한다. 기존 연구의 서비스 품절, 이용용이성, 유용성에 대한 연구를 기초로 하여 고객 성향, 신규 서비스의 효용성이라는 변수를 추가하여 분석한 결과 고객 성향 및 신규 서비스의 효용성이라는 변수도 역시 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

인터넷과 모바일 서비스는 요즘 들어 많이 사용되고 있는 서비스로써, 휴대폰을 이용한 모바일 서비스와 기존의 인터넷을 합쳐서 기존의 Web을 이용한 Internet 서비스 제공에서 벗이나 Web 뿐만 아니라 휴대폰, PDA, Phone(ARS) 등을 이용한 Multi Internet 서비스를 제공한다. 모바일과 인터넷에 제공할 정보를 하나의 데이터베이스에 통합하여 각각의 스크립 언어(Internet : ASP-Active Server Pages, Mobile : WML-Wireless Markup Language)를 이용하여 서비스를 제공하는 방식을 구현했다. 그래서 인터넷과 모바일 등 여러 가지 방법을 통해 필요한 정보를 검색 할 수 있게 됨으로서 사용자들은 자신이 원하는 방법을 이용하여 언제든지 장소에 구애받지 않고 원하는 자료를 검색할 수 있다.
