In general, recommendation systems quantify real-time context information obtained in the stage of collaborative filtering and use quantified context information in order to recommend services. But the recommendation systems can have problems of recommending inaccurate information because of lack of context information or classifying users into inaccurate groups because of simple classification works in the stage of quantification. In this paper, we solved the problems of lack of context information obtained in real-time by combining users' profile information used in the contents-based filtering and context information obtained in real-time. In addition, we tried collaborative filtering at the quantification stage by improving absolute classification methods to relative ones. As the result of experiments, this method improved prediction preference by 5.8% than real-time recommendation systems using context information in pure P2P environment.

Corded telephone to the phone using a wireless phone as the trend to switch, free Wi-Fi-enabled mobile phones, netbooks, and mobile devices, are spreading rapidly. But wireless Internet phone calls using your existing Internet network to deliver Internet services because it has a vulnerability that will occur. Government agencies are using Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) calls from the current wired and wireless connection and usage is increasing. In this paper, we have discovered that the vulnerability of wireless internet Wi-Fi AP and the FMC administrative agencies, such as VoIP on your wireless device to study the vulnerability. Wi-Fi AP and the FMC is to analyze the vulnerability. VoIP call interception, attack, attack on the base of the experiment is the analysis. Security-enhanced VoIP call for a Wi-Fi AP and the FMC's defense against man-in-the-middle attacks and is the study of security measures.

In ports of Korea, the marine traffic flow is congested due to a large number of vessels coming in and going out. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of these vesse's movement, South Korea is operating with a Vessel Traffic System, which is monitoring its flow 24-7. However despite these efforts of the VTS (Vessel Traffic System) officers, marine accidents are occurring continuously in their control area. VTS Officers are controlling subjectively based on their experience due to no VTS control guideline of dangerous situation among vessels. On this paper, we listened to Busan VHF channel for 3days and analyzed the message. With collision risk model, We analyzed a moment of risk which officers advise or recommend to vessel in encounter situation, VTSO's career, and day&night.

The ontology was proposed to construct the logical basis of semantic web. Ontology represents domain knowledge in the formal form and it enables that machine understand domain knowledge and provide appropriate intelligent service for user request. However, the construction and the maintenance of ontology requires large amount of cost and human efforts. This paper proposes an automatic ontology construction method for defining relation between concepts in the documents. The Proposed method works as following steps. First we find concept pairs which compose association rule based on the concepts in domain specific documents. Next, we find pattern that describes the relation between concepts by clustering the context between two concepts composing association rule. Last, find generalized pattern name by clustering the clustered patterns. To verify the proposed method, we extract relation between concepts and evaluate the result using documents set provide by TREC(Text Retrieval Conference). The result shows that proposed method cant provide useful information that describes relation between concepts.

Nowdays, with the explosive growth of the web information, web users Increase requests of systems which collect and analyze web pages that are relevant. The systems which were develop to solve the request were used clustering methods to improve the duality of information. Clustering is defining inter relationship of unordered data and grouping data systematically. The systems using clustering provide the grouped information to the users. So, they understand the information efficiently. We proposed a hybrid clustering method to cluster a large quantity of data efficiently. By that method, We generate initial clusters using COBWEB Algorithm and refine them using Ezioni Algorithm. This paper adds two ideas in prior hybrid clustering method to increment accuracy and efficiency of clusters. Firstly, we propose the clustering method considering weight of attributes of data. Second, we redefine evaluation functions which generate initial clusters to increase efficiency in clustering. Clustering method proposed in this paper processes a large quantity of data and diminish of dependancy on sequence of input of data. So the clusters are useful to make user profiles in high quality. Ultimately, we will show that the proposed clustering method outperforms the pervious clustering method in the aspect of precision and execution speed.

Wireless access always has to include the authentication of communication partners and the encryption of communication data in order to use secure M-Commerce services. However, wireless systems have limitations compared with the wired systems, so we need an efficient authentication and key exchange protocol considering these limitations. In this paper, we propose an efficient authentication and key exchange protocol for M-Commerce users using elliptic curve crypto systems. The proposed protocol reduces the computational load of mobile users because the wireless service provider accomplishes some parts of computations instead of the mobile user, and it uses the password-based authentication in wireless links. Also, it guarantees the anonymity of the mobile user not to reveal directly the real identity of the user to the M-Commerce host, and preserves the confidentiality of communication data between the M-Commerce host and the user not to know the contents of communication between them to others including the wireless service provider.

Since the 1990s, discussions regarding green libraries started in the U.S.A, in the name of 'library and the environment', 'Green librarians', 'constructing of environmental sources', 'noise and library', 'building libraries as an environmental alternative' and etc. Currently, green libraries certified by an evaluation system are more than 50. This study proposes a direction to build a green library. The study analyzes national and international green libraries certified by the evaluation system. The cases are analyzed based on the six evaluation factors in the LEED certification system; Sustainable Site, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Material and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, Innovation and Design Process. Since the evaluation system focuses mainly on the architectural aspects, there was a need of expanding the concept of eco-friendly in this research. The newly expanded eco-friendly concept includes services, content, and supplies of libraries.

Since community growth and vitality frequently depend on local businesses and community inhabitants depend on local retailers for their daily necessities, studying small businesses in rural areas is important to community sustainability. The purpose of our research was to investigate what marketing, merchandising, customer service, or business operation strategies were being implemented by successful independent rural retailers(i.e., clothing, jewelry, floral, hardware etc.), in competition with large discount stores in the U.S.. In addition, social capital as indicated by community involvement was examined for its use as a business strategy that contributes to the success of small retailers. In-depth interviews were conducted with 27 rural retailers representing three communities within a Midwestern state. Data were content analyzed. Participants were following several of the recommended business strategies but opportunities existed to implement changes. Results are discussed in terms of key practices followed by these successful small business owners.

The final goal of this research is development of graphic design evaluation methodology in elevation of a usability at the mobile internet services and of measurement model which can forecast user needs in interface design, and systemize evaluation basis. For this, we systemize core contents of GUI design evaluation methodology and embodied UI design support system that supports prototype layout and evaluation process directly. The sight language that can inform flow of controled information by the quick and implicated method so that user may complete task in a short time without overload of recognition in limited display environment of Small Screen device it must improve objectivity in the reflection of UI design with image. Thus evaluation methodology that can evaluate usability of mobile internet systematically is important and specially, graphic design evaluation model which can forecast user's design need and trend is meaningful because of special quality that can reflect sensitive aspect of user in interface design. Mobile internet GUI was done by the result of this design evaluation, and I hope this result can be utilized for the GUI development of Ubiquitous environment for the future research.

문제: 장기 입원 치료를 받은 미숙아의 퇴원교육을 퇴원당일 짧은 시간에 시행함으로써 간호사는 제한된 인력으로 교육시간을 길게 할애하지 못하고, 표준화된 지침의 부재로 인해 퇴원교육을 누락하는 경우가 있으며 보호자는 교육내용을 충분히 이해할 시간이 부족하여 퇴원에 대한 필요 이상의 두려움을 가지고 있었다. 목적: 미숙아에 대한 퇴원교육을 표준화된 지침에 따라 단계적이고 체계적인 방법으로 개선함으로써 불필요한 퇴원지연을 예방하여 재원일수 단축시키고 보호자의 양육 자신감을 향상시킨다. 의료기관: 부산광역시에 소재한 대학병원의 신생아실 질 향상 활동: 미숙아의 퇴원을 지연시키는 원인을 분석하고 개선된 미숙아 퇴원교육 방법을 적용한 후 미숙아 재원일수와 보호자의 양육자신감을 측정하였다. 개선효과: 개선 활동 후 미숙아의 재원일수가 11.33일에서 8.28일로 3.05일 단축되었고 보호자 양육자신감 점수는 68점에서 76.25점으로 8.25점 향상되었다. 교훈: 퇴원을 앞둔 미숙아들이 좀 더 개방적으로 가족과 함께 지내면서 퇴원준비를 할 수 있는 여건과 미숙아의 성장과 발달에 대한 보호자들의 이해를 돕기 위한 인터넷강좌나 공개 강좌 등이 필요하다. 보호자들의 양육 자신감 향상과 정보교환을 위해 자조조직을 활성화하고 보다 질 높은 서비스를 위해서는 현실적으로 간호사의 인원 충원이 필요하다.
