IMO adopted ' International Convention for The Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments ' on February 13th 2004. According to this convention, a ballast water treatment system should be installed in all ships obligatorily up to a standard date. When the system is installed, economic propriety should be considered. The economic propriety analysis examines the profit of a relevant project which can be presented by a equation, (Profit) = (income) - (expense) - (tax). However, the ballast water system is not for the profit during the life cycle but for the satisfaction of the regulation. Therefore, the expense should be minimum against the profit. This study presents the LCC(Life-Cycle Cost) analysis for economic evaluation of several ballast water system of foreign products.

농업ㆍ농촌이 우리에게 어떤 의미를 지니는가. 흔히 산업의 한 분야로 분류되지만, 문명과 함께 태동해 자연과 소통하며 이루어내는 인류의 끝없는 도전, 생명과 직결되는 분야기에 더 많은 관심을 요구한다면 지나친 편애일까. '농업ㆍ농촌이 무엇인가'라는 근본적인 질문을 던져보는 행사가 펼쳐져 농축산계의 관심이 모아지고 있다. 농촌진흥청은 오는 8월 30일 부터 9월 3일까지 5일간 청내에서 농업관련 기관과 단체 및 학계 등이 공동으로 참여하는 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업'을 개최한다. 특히 오랜 농민단체 생활을 통해 농정 관련 현장 경험이 풍브, 지난 2월 농축산계의 뜨거운 관심 속에 부임한 김인식 농촌진흥청장은 "이번 사업을 우리 농업과 농촌이 재도약할 수 있는 발판을 다지는 계기로 삼을 것"이라는 포부를 밝혔다. 김 청장은 경상대학교 축산학과를 졸업한 1992년부터 전국농민단체협의회 사무총장. 한국낙농육우협회 전무, WTO 국민연대 사무총장에 이어 정책실장실 농어촌 비서관 등을 역임, 효율적인 대외협상과 함께 농진청의 농업연구와 지도사업에 새로운 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대되고 있다. FTA, DDA협상 등 개방화의 물결 속에 농촌이 어느 때보다 어려움을 겪고 있는 시점에 피드저널 유동준 발행인 겸 편집인은 7월12일 농촌진흥청 청장실에서 김 청장을 만나 '한국농업 근현대화 100년 기념사업 추진 방향과 농어축산업 발전'을 주제로 대담을 나눴다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze storytelling in on-line personal game broadcasting in order to find out unique characteristics of on-line personal game broadcasting. This study selects Youtube channel and as classic cases of on-line personal game broadcasting, and analyzes the cases with Bakhtin's theory of carnival. The on-line personal game broadcasting modifies the broadcasting format of mass media externally. Also, the on-line personal game broadcasting internally moves between interior and exterior of the game text in order to create new narrative events. In this process, the polyphonic utterances of the broadcasting host appeared. The reversal of the tragedy and the comedy leads the audience to catharsis.

Laser transmission welding of polymers is now used in a very wide range of industries due to its advantages. If the joining between polypropylene (PP) and polycarbonate (PC) occurs by laser transmission welding, the automotive headlight will get a large profit. However, PP/PC have poor miscibility. In the laser transmission welding results, the adhesion strength between PP and PC was very weak. In this study, PP was modified by grafting of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). The adhesion strength of PC and PP-g-GMA as a reactive compatibilizer was observed. The adhesion strength was investigated by compatibility with PC, mechanical properties and laser transmission welding.

Naval ships are complex weapon systems which play the integrated performance by system integration of many kinds of weapon systems and their leading ships are usually not disposed after test and evaluation but militarised. Then, strict project management is required for naval ship building projects by identifying problems early and by taking prefer measures in time against unexpected situations encountered in the process of the projects. EVMS is a project management system which can manage the schedule and the budget of a project concurrently and estimate the project's time duration and the cost at project completion. In this paper, the applicability and usefulness of WMS is studied for a assumed navai ship building project, in the environment of monetary fluctuations such as price index, wage increase rate and exchange rate.

To modify the NBR rubber roll which has poor abrasion and chemical resistance, NBR/PVC blends were prepared in various composition ratios. First of all, their miscibility and vulcanization characteristics were investigated. Their abrasion and chemical resistant properties and physical properties were also studied. DSC thermograms for NBR/PVC blends show only one Tg in the entire composition range, demonstrating a perfect miscibility. In the vulcanization characteristics tested by rheometer, maximum torque decreases as PVC contents increased. In the investigation of physical properties of NBR/PVC blends, hardness increases and elongation decreases along with the increasing contents of PVC. On the other hands, tensile strength increases with the increasing contents of PVC up to 11.1 wt. %, and then decreases with higher contents of PVC. While the abrasion resistance of NBR/PVC blends was similar to that of NBR itself, the chemical resistance of NBR/PVC blends was superior to that of NBR.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the current status and problems of 24 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and to suggest strategies for the development of public library system in Daejeon. For this purpose, first, this study investigates facilities, human resources, collection, and budget in public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and compares to the standards in "The Third Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan(2019-2023)", "The library Act" and "Korean Library Standards". Secondly, this study analyzes administrative organization system. Finally, suggested are both strategies and methods for continuous construction of new public libraries, librarian recruit, collection increase, better service for older adults, budget increase, organization exclusively responsible for library policy.

The experiment was carried out to know the ripeness effect of Gemgang when ABA and BA were sprayed at the heading stage. ABA promoted the stomatal movement, BA kept plant from senescence. Percent of filled grain, grain weight, photosynthesis, content of chlorophyll, transpiration and content of ATP were measured at 1-week interval from 2-weeks after heading.

The presidential records of the participatory government transferred to the Presidential Archives are the result of innovation in the record production system symbolized by the document management card of the e-jiwon system. Records reveal the policy-making process by documenting the decision-making process. This study identified the existing forms of records related to records management innovation produced by the Office of the Records Management Secretary at the Office of the President, and reorganized them into functions-activities-subjects-actions. Thematic record types help to systematically understand the evolution of the matter and the nature of the record. The characteristics of each record were identified by writing detailed information on the record. These attempts are meaningful in that they provide basic data for the evaluation and use of presidential records.
