This research emphasized that the importance of ERG elements such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these three elements on organizational attachment through person job fit. In addition, the mediating role of person job fit was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to organizational attachment. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on workers engaged in state-owned company, service, manufacturing, and distribution industries in Korea. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all three elements of ERG improve person job fit. Furthermore, person job fit was found to increase the level of organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that person job fit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. This research also identified which element has the strongest influence on person job fit. Through these results, practical implications were presented and future research directions were discussed.

This study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between elements of the ERG and organizational attachment. To verify this, a survey was conducted on employees working at companies in Korea and the research found that all three elements of ERG have a significant effect on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy also have a significant effect on organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. Based on these findings, we present practical implications while also presenting future research directions.

This study proved that the importance of Alderfer's ERG theory. it checked the effects of these three elements on organization-based self-esteem through resilience. In particular, the relationship between the ERG and the psychological factors of the members of the organization is investigated. Moreover, we attempt to verify the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between ERG and organization-based self-esteem. This study was used for analysis a survey on data 265 employees in 10 organizations. The major finding are as follows. it was found that all three elements of ERG was positively effected resilience. Furthermore, resilience was found to improve the level of organization-based self-esteem. Finally, it was found that resilience have played a mediating role on the relationship between the ERG and organization-based self-esteem. In the conclusion, the summary and implications of the study and the future direction of the study were presented.

자연적인 서식지에서 토끼는 번번히 육식 동물의 먹이가 된다. 이들의 일차적이고 우선적인 생존 반응은 발견을 피하기 위한 노력으로 조용히 있는 것이다. 토끼는 폭발적인 속도를 빠르게 낼 수 있고 짧은 거리에서 즉시 방향을 바꿀 수 있도록 가벼운 뼈, 작은 앞다리, 강력하고 잘 발달된 뒷다리를 가졌을 뿐만 아니라, 예민한 청각과 즉각적인 후각을 발달시킴으로써 'fight or flight(적자생존)'로 적응해왔다. 이런 생존 반응은 욕구가 없어진 것으로 나타나는 대부분의 집토끼에도 여전히 존재하지만, 이런 토끼들은 장애에 대해 반응이 불완전하고 변화에 쉽게 스트레스를 받는다. 스트레스를 받은 동물은 일차적으로 anorexia와 용변의 빈도와 일관성에 변화를 유발하는 건강, 생식, 행동적인 문제에 더욱 민감하다.

In addition, it is also concerned with developing a continuous simulation model to be used to assess the impact of the information system.

인간의 본능적인 욕구 중 생리적 욕구는 생존을 위해서 불가결한 것 중 하나이며 이러한 생리적 요구엔 성욕이 포함되어 있다. 성욕은 외부자극으로 인하여 욕구가 충동되며 도파민과 테스토스테론의 호르몬 분비가 일어나 성적 충동을 증가시켜 신체변화에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 성욕을 자극하여 성적 충동이 증가되었을 때 목소리의 변화를 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 성적 충동이 증가되기 전과 후의 음성을 수집하고 성대 관련 음성분석 요소인 Pitch, Intensity 기술을 적용하여 변화된 음성의 특징을 추출하였다.

오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화와 공급 주도에서 수요 중심으로의 시장환경 변화, 그리고 고객 욕구의 다양화, 복잡화로 인하여 치열해진 경쟁상황 속에서 많은 기업이 그들의 생존전략으로 고객만족경영에 주력하고 있다. 특히, 이동통신서비스 산업은 다른 산업에 비해 상표전환비율이 높고 이미 시장이 포화되어 경쟁이 치열하기 때문에 이동통신 사업자의 고객 만족도 제고를 통한 기존 고객유지 및 신규 고객 확보 노력은 기업 생존의 필수적인 전략이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요소나 변수는 너무나 다양하고 복잡하여 어느 특정 변수 하나만을 독립적으로 분리할 수 없으며 더군다나 고객만족의 결과가 단기에 나타나는지 아니면 장기에 걸쳐 나타나는지 또는 직접적인지 아니면 간접적인지에 따라 고객만족이 지니는 의미와 기업 전략에 미치는 영향은 판이하게 달라질 것이지만 이에 대한 해답을 줄 수 있는 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이동통신 시장에서의 고객만족과 상표전환 및 기업성과간의 동태적 특성을 복잡한 문제를 이해하는데 용이한 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론에 근거한 인과 모델을 이용하여 분석하여 보았으며 정부의 시장점유율 제한규제의 효과와 이에 따른 시장 변화를 현 이동통신 3사간의 경쟁 모형을 시뮬레이션하여 살펴보았다.

사람이 음식을 섭취하는 목적은 생존과 건강 그리 사람이 음식을 섭취하는 목적은 생존과 건강 그리고 활동을 위해서 이다. 그러나, 음식을 섭취하는 것이 영양만을 위한 것은 아니다. 여러 가지 음식을 여러 가지 형태로 식사를 통하여 즐긴다는 것은 음식을 맛있게 먹는다는 것이며, 맛있게 먹기 위해서는 맛과 향이 조화를 이를 뿐만 아니라 음식이 맛있게 보이기 위해서는 시각적으로도 아름답게 보여야 한다. 따라서. 식품 재료를 신선한 상태로 이용하거나 조리와 가공을 통하여 음식물로 만드는 것도 음식을 보다 더 상미하기 위한 것이다. 식품을 조리할 때 소금. 간장, 식초, 설탕, 조미료 등 여러 가지 향신료를 다양한 형태로 사용함으로써 식욕과 기호를 증진시키게 되는 것이다. 문화의 진전에 따라 식생활이 더욱 다양해지고, 발전함에 따라 향신료의 종류와 형태도 더욱 다채로워지고 있다. 향신료의 수요증가와 변화욕구에 따라 인공 즉, 합성적인 제조품인 합성향료의 출현을 보기에 이르렀다. 그러나, 향신료의 경우 대부분이 아직도 자연품(분말, 추출물, 정유 등)이 대부분이며, 상당한 종류가 향신야채로서 상용되고 있다. 따라서 본 발표에서는 우리나라 식품산업에서 옛 부터 전통적으로 사용하였고, 현재에도 널리 사용하고 있는 향신료에 대하여 식품산업적 이용상황과 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.
