UNESCO Framework for the Culture Statistics(FCS) is composed of cultural media and cultural activities. It's structure has become a standard and criteria for cultural statistics of the nations in the world. In this paper $\ulcorner$Culture and Arts Statistics in Korea$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Culture and Arts Statistics of Developed Countries$\lrcorner$ has been analyzed based with FCS, in the respect of the structure and equality of the statistical items in cultural fields. The former has been published rationally through the steps of structural research, producing items and renew the structure, but the latter hasn't. The latter needs the policy to select the nations and research for the cultural structure to apply for them.

The performance measurement has been taken with the transformation concept of production, which is considered to be a major cause of existing problems. In order to improving productivity, it is argued that the performance measurement based on Lean Construction is necessary. This study suggests new performance measurement indicators based on work flow ; Reliability, Effectiveness, Efficiency.

After the global financial crisis, doubts have been raised about the usefulness of traditional unemployment rate for the labor market slackness, hence, this study provides alternative indicators that can help estimate the labor market slackness in Korea, and investigates the degree of biasness of traditional indices of Korean labor market. In particular, this study intends to focus on the possibility of employing the labor underutilization index officially announced by Statistics Korea (KOSIS) from 2015. To do this, we first define the labor underutilization indices from 2003 to 2014 by applying current definitions of labor underutilization indices retrospectively to these periods. Based on these indices, the empirical analysis shows that the employment gap using labor underutilization indices is highly correlated with total output gap, and has significantly improved the performance of forecasting inflation rate compared to other labor market slackness indicators.

A datawarehouse which extracts and saves the massive analysis data is used for marketing and decision support of business. However, the datawarehouse has the problem of increasing the process time and cost as well as has a high risk of process errors because it integrates vast amount of data from distributed environments. Thus, we propose a metrics for measurement in the area of productivity, process quality and data quality. Also through the evaluation using the proposed metrics, we show that our proposal provides productivity enhancement and process improvement.

A balanced evaluation system for a bus route network was proposed for a mid-sized suburban city. The evaluation system consists of 7 criteria-accessibility, riding comfort. transfer rate, directness of route, productivity of operation, regional equity, and minimum requirement of bus fleet - and quantitative indicators representing each of the criteria. The proposed system was applied in Siheung, a suburban city in Seoul Metropolitan Area. Four alternative scenarios of bus route network including the existing one were evaluated. The results showed that the suggested criteria and indicators are acceptable for the evaluation of a bus route network. In order to enhance the proposed evaluation procedure, further studies on the normalization of produced values and weights for each of the indicators are needed.

The defense industry has recently been developed for boosting exports of weapon systems. The survey and analysis of the quality level are required to form a relevant policy for expanding the defense industry. Evaluation indices and modeling of the quality level for manufacturers are used to examine the status of internal quality management and quality management system in order to enhance the overall quality level and establish a quality policy in the field of military supplies. There were some restrictions to apply all aspects of the quality level in the previous model. This paper deals with the research and analysis of other types of model for evaluating the quality level, including the model used in the defense field. By enhancing the close link between procedure indices and performance indices, the research and analysis could be conducted objectively and intuitively. The developed and improved model and indices will be used in the next survey of the quality level for manufacturers of military supplies. The survey results will be used to establish effective government quality management policy.
