This study aims to present a Braille Library document creation and management status, and to identify ways to improve. This research field surveys and interviews were conducted three institutions, the quality requirements of the ISO 15489 standards. As a result, the Braille Library document management improvement plan is as follows. First, the policy and regulatory maintenance is needed. Copy of the regulations on the creation and management, access rights and related document management policies should be developed. Second, the document creation process needs to be improved. Electronic approval system responsible for the creation of persons who are visually impaired, visually impaired people can read documents created during document creation, and introduced measures and braille labels on the files attached to will have to be prepared. Third, the document management process needs to be improved. Changes in the creation copy of the records, and preserved along with the preservation of the original and the copy to have the same period, appointed to manage one set of all copies of the authentic copy of the plan is also required. Finally, for document management system should be introduced. Systematic document management system that can be introduced is required. This system will be designed to be accessible to the visually impaired, the search.

서비스는 이질성, 생산과 소비의 비분리성, 개별성, 즉흥성, 소멸성 등의 속성 때문에 품질관리가 어렵고, 정량적인 관리가 쉽지 않던 연구 분야였지만, 최근 들어 서비스품질에 관한 연구는 과학적인 접근방법들을 통해 서비스사이언스로 거듭나고 있다. 서비스 분야 연구에 생산운영의 개념이 적용되면서 서비스전달시스템 분석과 같이 서비스 과정을 도식화하여 전체 흐름을 파악하여 실수 가능 위치를 발견하여 관리하는 서비스과정에 대한 품질관리가 체계적으로 진행되고 있음을 보여주는 사례들이 발견되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 생산운영에 대한 개념들 특히 서비스 생산시스템(공정관리)을 설명하고, 소비재를 생산하는 제조기업들의 서비스 센터를 중심으로 서비스 생산프로세스를 분석한 연구 사례를 소개함으로써 서비스 분야에서도 공정관리가 가능함을 서비스 실무자들에게 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문은 생산설비 PLC(Programmable logic Controller) 데이터의 실시간 공유 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이 플랫폼은 자동화 설비를 보유하고 운영 중인 수출집약 중소기업에서 FTA(Free Trade Agreement) 체결 수입 상대국의 원산지 증명을 위한 생산 시험성적서 제출에 활용할 수 있고, 생산설비의 OPC 서버가 갖는 실시간 데이터를 수집하는 라이브러리를 활용하여 MES(Manufacturing Execution System)에서 생성되는 다양한 실시간 데이터를 활용하여 그래프, 생산관리 모니터링 및 설비 관리를 가능케한다. 따라서 중소기업이 생산관리, 공정관리, PLC 데이터공유 등에 필요한 수준별 분야별로 실시간 제조운영관리 시스템의 확대 보급이 가능하고, 생산설비의 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계한다.

The goal of this paper is to develop a production management system based on XML that exclusively applies to a production line of machine-parts. This paper aims to develop the related management modules and integrate them into the production management system based on XML technology. In terms of the implementation of the client/server database module, it develops the GUI application program that supports the communication between the subsystem that controls machine-parts and the server-side database. By developing the RPC emulator, the system remotely executes server module in the client GUI module. By developing the integration control module that integrates the independently executed modules, it controls the production management system that works as a single organic management system and by developing the POP system, it builds the information system of machine-parts performance records. This information system collects performance data through the serial port of the sensor attached to the machine-parts manufacturing machine, analyzes these data and display them in the GUI fashion, and immediately reflects them in production planning. And also it develops production management system based on XML by using XML technology.

본 논문에서, 우리는 일본제조 시스템의 대표격인 도요타 시스템을 소개하려고 한다. 도요타 시스템은 일본식 생산관리라고 하는 즉시시스템(JIT)과 전사적 품질관리(TQC)로 세계 최고의 생산성과 품질을 이룩했다. 도요타에서 JIT시스템을 성공시키기 위한 여섯 가지 기본 사항을 살펴보았다. 또한 JIT 시스템의 운영도구인 간판 시스템을 자세히 살펴봤다. 결론에선 우리나라 생산 시스템에 도요타 생산시스템이 도움이 되며, 우리나라와 일본을 비교하여, 우리도 일본 생산 시스템을 앞설 수 있음을 제시했다.

본 연구는 공급사슬관리하에서 부품 및 원재료 공급기업에서 고객기업인 제조기업의 주문 사항과 공급기업내 생산관련 제약사항을 동시에 고려하여 최적의 생산 체제를 구축할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 수주 및 비용 데이터베이스로부터 주문 및 생산관련 데이터를 SOM 신경망분석을 통해 그룹핑하고 고객기업군별로 특성분석을 통해 이에 맞는 생산체제를 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 공급사슬관리 환경하에서 원재료/부품 공급기업이 고객기업의 주문 요구와 내부 생산상의 제약을 동시에 고려함으로써 SCM 적용 성과를 극대화할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구는 의미가 있다.

숫사슴은 녹용을 직접 생산한다. 숫사슴을 사양하는 목적은 종록으로서의 번식활동뿐만 아니라 녹용이라는 생산물을 생산하는 것이다. 이 때문에 종록으로서의 번식력과 녹용의 생산력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 적절한 영양관리를 하여 과비나 수척하지 않도록 하여야 한다. 즉 적당한 운동을 하여 정액의 품질을 높이고, 번식년한을 연장하는등 숫사슴의 잠재력을 최대한 발휘시키는 합리적인 이용에 노력하여야 한다. 본 논문은 주로 숫사슴의 사료, 계절별 영양섭취, 1일급여사료 배합량, 녹용생장기의 사양관리, 번식기의 사양관리, 월동기의 사양관리, 자록숫컷의 사양관리, 육성기의 사양관리, 광량조절에 의한 사양관리등의 내용을 소개한다.

This study is focused on clarifying the Joseon Dynasty Period's records management system mentioned on Kyeonggukdaejeon(經國大典). Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'creating stage', it was revealed. that is, records in creating stage had characters of original records and those was managed as the records themselves and circulated by sending and receiving, and finally those was kept and used in each agency. Through out investigations of the legislations of public records in 'management stage', it was revealed that is, as the Records Management Organization the Chunchukwan(春秋館) was a government agency that is composed by 15 central government agencies' concurrent officials(兼任史官) and took charge of both records creating and records management, and was a central government body for compilation of the Sillok(實錄). As National Archives the Sillok was not accessible at that time. In this point the Sillok is basically different from modem archives that is preserved for use. And the Sillok was compiled from original records, In this point the Sillok is basically different from modern archives that is arranged from original records.

지난 20년간 방목 초지관리에 관해 국내 대학과 연구기관에서 발표된 성적을 간략히 고찰해 보는 것은 지금까지의 시험연구를 종합정리하고 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하는데 나름대로 커다란 의미를 부여할 수 있을 것이다. 채초관리에 있어서는 그간 괄목할만한 성과가 거양되었으나 방목관리분야에 관한 시험연구는 전반적인 체계없이 단편적인 결과보고에 치우친 감이 많다. 초지의 방목관리와 관련되어 발표된 주요 연구로는 예취와 방목이용비교, 초기 방목관리, 방목시기, 방목강도, 휴목기간, 시비관리, 임간방목지 관리, 방목체계 확립 이용방법과 가축생산성, 혼파조합과 가축생산성, 초지 형태와 가축생산성 등이 있다. 최근 노동력 부족과 인건비 상승 및 수입개방 등 국내외적인 어려운 여건으로 볼 때 초지관리의 연구목표는 생력관리와 생산비 절감에 두어져야 하며, 특히 앞으로의 초지개발이 산지에서 이루어지고 우리나라 산지의 특수성에 미루어 방목관리 이용에 관해서는 다각적인 연구검토가 요망된다. 앞으로의 연구과제로서는 가족 노동중심의 방목관리, 농가규모의 적정방목시스템, 방목지에서의 적정 질소시비수준, 경사지 방목시 유지년한 연장과 토양유실 방지, 가축 분뇨의 초지환원과 환경오염 방지, 임간지에서 목초와 토양 및 나무피해와 방목효율증진, 전기목책 등 간이목책시설 및 기타 초지생산과 방목가축 생산 효율 증진방안 등을 들 수 있다.
