공군 항공기 운영 분야는 변화하는 항공기 운영 환경에 적극적으로 대응하고 자주적인 항공기 운영기술을 확보하며 최상의 공군력을 유지하기 위하여 정비(전력)생산, 운영 기술, 운영관리의 3가지 요소가 효과적으로 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 현재의 노력이 지속적으로 경주되어야 할 것이다.

민첩생산의 필요성이 날로 증가하고 있는 생산환경 하에서 대표적인 자동생산시스템인 FMS의 효율적인 운영과 동시에 원격지에서의 FMS 모니터링 및 제어는 필수화되고 있다. 최근에 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 하는 가상생산의 개념이 일반화되고 이를 지원하는 다양한 정보기술의 발전에 따라 FMS에도 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹환경 하에서 실재 FMS와 이에 대응되는 가상 FMS를 통합함으로서 원격지에서의 효율적 운영을 지원하는 모니터링 및 제어시스템 구축방법을 소개하고자 한다. 또한 키트형 FMS와 이에 대한 가상 FMS 모델를 대상하여 적용한 결과를 소개하도록 한다.

Records management begins at the time of production of the record. Public institutions need control methods and policies to ensure that records are produced and managed properly. Korea introduced the Records production report from the point of time when the Public Records Management Act was enacted to control the records from the production date. However, the Records production report is not operating for that purpose, so records managers and archivists are raising uselessness. In addition, there are differences over whether to keep the system or not, even within the National Archives of Korea. Therefore, the reasons for the existence of this policy, problems in operation, and opinions on alternatives were summarized through interviews with records managers and archivists.

In order to make higher domestic self-sufficiency ratio of energy resources, these are required to purchase the producing oil & gas fields through the investment of oversea petroleum development, to make M&A, and to enhance recovery in the existing oil & gas fields. For this purpose, it is essential to acquire the core technology regarding the evaluation, design, and management of oil & gas fields. The accumulation of technology of the evaluation, optimal design, proper management of production fields by the help of the continuous R&D program will make great contribution for higher domestic self-sufficiency ratio by the increased number of purchase of foreign producing fields, the increase amount of produced petroleum out of existing fields, and the effective management of the oil and gas fields.

FMS와 같은 자동생산시스템은 단위생산시스템으로서의 운영단계에서 타 생산시스템과의 통합된 시스템으로서 운영이 됨과 동시에, 원격지에서의 모니터링 및 제어가 요구되는 단계로 발전되고 있다. 단위설비 및 생산시스템의 현재 상태를 파악하고, 이를 이용하여 시스템 운전을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 네트워크와 통신기술이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 기반으로 NC 공작기계를 포함한 FMS 의 원격 모니터링과 제어를 수행하도록 지원하는 장치인 게이트웨이 개발과 활용방안에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

kanban 시스템의 초기 Kanban 갯수 결정문제는 Kanban 시스템의 최적 운영 문네 준 하나이다. 생산 공정 구조가 일반 형태를 같는 Kanban 시스템에서는 초기 최적 Kanban 갯수 결정 문제는 수학적으로는 정수계획법으로 모델화 되기 때문에 발견적 해법으로는 가능해만 제시해 줄 수 있다. 실제 Kanban 시스템을 사용하는 현장에서는 대부분 경험적으로 초기 Kanban 갯수를 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 현장 경험을 이용하여 각 생산 단계 사이에 생산걍, 재고, 고갈이 Kanban 갯수에 따라 관계성을 찾을 수 있다면, 일반 생산 형태를 갖는 Kanban 시스템에 Kanban 갯수함수를 적용하여 초기 Kanban 갯수 결정하는 개법을 제시했다.
