  • 시스템을 안정적으로 운용하기 위해서는 신뢰성 기반의 로그관리시스템이 필요하다. 모든 이력이 기록되는 로그의 위·변조를 방지하기 위해 로그 정보를 블록체인 기술로 관리하여 어떠한 상황에서도 시스템 이력을 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 제안한다. Hyplerledger Fabric을 사용하여 인증 관리 시스템에 의해 허가된 사용자만이 접근할 수 있다. 또한 분산원장에 한 번 기록된 로그 파일은 더 이상 수정하거나 삭제될 수 없다. 이 시스템을 활용하면 로그 파일의 위·변조 여부를 판단하는데 발생하는 시간, 비용, 불확실성을 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 교통 이력 데이터 분석을 통해 운전자에게 유용한 정보를 식별하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 차량 속도 분석을 이용한 요일, 시간 별 도로 중요도, 도로속성을 이용한 도로 중요도 결정 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 돌발상황 발생 시에도 그 예측 영향범위에 따른 선별적 정보제공이 가능한 시스템을 개발하였다.

  • 스마트 폰을 비롯한 다양한 모바일 기기는 사용자 중심의 정보 수집과 상황 인지 및 서비스 제공에 적합한 환경이다. 하지만 사용자에게 의미 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 단순한 환경 상태 또는 행동에 대한 추론보다는 사용자의 행동에 대한 목적과 의도를 파악할 수 있어야 한다. 즉, 주변 환경 상태와 사용자의 행동 이력, 현재의 행동 등을 종합하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 서비스를 예측하고 결정할 수 있는 상황 모델이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 일상 생활 상에서의 중요한 일정을 추적하여 적합한 모바일 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기반 지식 모델로서 계층적인 모바일 컨텍스트 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 상-하위 컨텍스트 모델을 세분화하고 의미 있는 컨텍스트를 추가하여 서비스를 결정하는데 중요한 기반 정보로 활용될 수 있도록 한다.

A Study on Development of Bus Arrival Time Prediction Algorithm by using Travel Time Pattern Recognition (통행시간 패턴인식형 버스도착시간 예측 알고리즘 개발 연구)

  • Bus Information System (BIS) collects information related to the operation of buses and provides information to users through predictive algorithms. Method of predicting through recent information in same section reflects the traffic situation of the section, but cannot reflect the characteristics of the target line. The method of predicting the historical data at the same time zone is limited in forecasting peak time with high volatility of traffic flow. Therefore, we developed a pattern recognition bus arrival time prediction algorithm which could be overcome previous limitation. This method recognize the traffic pattern of target flow and select the most similar past traffic pattern. The results of this study were compared with the BIS arrival forecast information history of Seoul. RMSE of travel time between estimated and observed was approximately 35 seconds (40 seconds in BIS) at the off-peak time and 40 seconds (60 seconds in BIS) at the peak time. This means that there is data that can represent the current traffic situation in other time zones except for the same past time zone.

  • Since users want to have services correctly in their own position and surrounding circumstance in ubiquitous computing environment, it is very important to search, compose basic services and provide suitable services according to various circumstances. However existing techniques have been studied on service discovery mainly and lack consideration for position or preference of users. Furthermore, on service composition, they lists basic services simply and do not propose concretely method of use service history data for service composition. Therefore we propose a framework for context-based service provisioning middleware system, called COSEP, and Ontology engine with data ming. This research discovers services by reacting dynamically to circumstance information such as time and position of user, composites services using Ontology engine with data ming and offers newly created optimal services to users.

The Analysis of Hysteresis in Youth Unemployment (청년실업의 이력현상 분석)

  • Initially entering into the job market during hard times with unfavorable market institutions has a persistent, negative effect on young workers' subsequent employment. This paper analyzes hysteresis in youth unemployment by using a composite fixed-effect panel data model. Data sets for the age-cohort unemployment rate and for labor market institutions are constructed from OECD statistics from 21 advanced economies, including Korea, from 1985 to 2017, and are then readjusted to match with the peculiarities of the Korean market. In Korea, with a less-aggressive stance on active labor market policy spending, a male worker who experiences a one percentage point higher youth unemployment rate when he was 20- to 29-years-old has a 0.146 percentage point higher unemployment rate at the ages of 30-to 34-years-old and a 0.035 percentage point higher unemployment rate at the age of 35- to 39-years-old. These figures are larger than those in most countries that have more aggressive spending schemes. These findings point out that hysteresis in the Korean labor market can be mitigated by expanding active labor market policy spending more aggressively and more effectively.

  • Recently, import liberalization begin in earnest through the WTO/FTA. but the interior agriculture status is insufficient to management system. So, interior agriculture will hard hit before import liberalization. Whereupon, the government organs establish GAP standard that elevate a quality of agricultural product. And be in force preferential application to valuable agricultural product like ginseng. In this paper, we designed of management system for culture and distributive of ginseng that correspond of interior GAP standard. And we implementation of system for offered to information of recording data. Also, we recorded of data that weather, insect, agrochemical and manure for studing of good product. And we introduced monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for efficient system management.

A Case Study on Electronic Recognition Sensor for Underground Facility Management System (지중 매설물 이력 관리 시스템 개발을 위한 전자인식기의 현장 적용성 검증 연구)

  • Many utility lines are buried underground to provide various functions of the city. Because historical records are not managed systematically, damage has occurred during excavation. In addition, the demand for an underground facility management system is increasing as the aerial underground project is progressing. By attaching an electronic recognition sensor to an underground facility, such as pipelines, the management history and site conditions can be carefully managed. Therefore, in this study, electronic recognition sensors, such as BLE Beacon, UHF RFID, geomagnetic sensor, and commercial marker, were tested to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, and field applicability through a pilot project. According to the limited research results collected through two pilot projects, the installation depth is most important to demonstrate the performance of the electronic reader. In addition, because it should be used in urban areas, the influence of environmental interference should be minimized, and there should be no performance degradation over time. In the case of the geomagnetic recognizer, the effect of environmental interference was large, and performance degradation occurred over time using the BLE Beacon. In the field situation, where the installation depth can be controlled to less than 40cm, the utility of the battery-free UHF RFID was the best.

  • With the advent of big data, traffic prediction has been developed based on historical data analysis methods, but this method deteriorates prediction performance when a traffic incident that has not been observed occurs. This study proposes a method that can compensate for the reduction in traffic prediction accuracy in traffic incidents situations by hybrid approach of machine learning and traffic simulation. The blind spots of the data-driven method are revealed when data patterns that have not been observed in the past are recognized. In this study, we tried to solve the problem by reinforcing historical data using traffic simulation. The proposed method performs machine learning-based traffic prediction and periodically compares the prediction result with real time traffic data to determine whether an incident occurs. When an incident is recognized, prediction is performed using the synthetic traffic data generated through simulation. The method proposed in this study was tested on an actual road section, and as a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the error in predicting traffic state in incident situations was significantly reduced. The proposed traffic prediction method is expected to become a cornerstone for the advancement of traffic prediction.

  • An information management system for a solid waste landfill site was developed, in this study, to optimize the operation and management of solid waste landfill in real time in addition to provide the information of landfill status to the landfill operator, public official concerned and local residents. The landfill information management system is composed of two systems (Solid waste landfill history management system and landfill operation and performance management system). The solid waste landfill history management system based on automated RFID/LPR system allows landfill operators to provide information of waste collection vehicles and received waste. In addition, the system aids in the identification of 3-dimensional (3D) position for landfilled solid wastes. Using the landfill operation and performance management system based on 3D laser scanner delivers information about landfill volume, settlement, landfill density, and current landfill capacity to landfill operators in real time, resulting in optimum space utilization. Ultimately, this system would dramatically reduce exposure of landfill operators to hazardous materials and improve the productivity of landfill operations.
