It is show that increasing of aged and handicapped people requires development of Ubiquitous computing technique to offer the specialized service for handicapped-people. For this, we need a development of Context Awareness and Service Reasoning Technique that the technique is supplied interaction between user and U-environment instead of the old unilateral relation. The old research of context awareness needed probabilistic presentation model like a Bayesian Network based on expert Systems for recognize given circumstance by a domain of uncertain real world. In this article, we define a domain of disorder activity assistant service application and context model based on ontology in diversified environment and minimized intervention of user and developer. By use this context model, we apply the structure learning of Bayesian Network and decide the service and activity to development of application service for handicapped people. Finally, we define the proper Conditional Probability Table of the structured Bayesian Network and if random situation is given to user, then present state variable of Activity and Service by given Causal relation of Bayesian Network based on Conditional Probability Table and it can be result of context awareness.

For children with hearing impairment, unlike the children without hearing impairment who can reconstruct their languages through the process of hearing and uttering, the inherent mechanism for language acquisition do not operate due to the loss of hearing ability. Therefore, to help hearing-impaired children develop their language ability, web-based language learning system should be constructed depending on the special qualities which the children possess in language learning process. When the system is being designed, it is necessary that words or expressions describing actions or situations be animated and that active situation-based language learning system be constructed to help them develop their power of observation. Moreover, the system needs to be developed through the use of alternative thinking strategy, antonyms, and contrastive words, and emphasis on facial expressions. This paper presents web-based language learning system which is suitable for hearing-impaired children in the way to reduce the grammatical errors they make and to improve their language learning.

EAI(Enterprise Application Integration : 전사적 애플리케이션 통합)는 기업간 또는 기업 내부의 다양하고 이질적인 시스템과 애플리케이션 그리고 비즈니스 프로세서를 통합 하는것[1]이며, 본 논문에서는 기존의 데이타 처리에서 발생하는 문제점인 수신측 장애시 데이터의 손실이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 방법으로 C.M(Certificate Message)방식을 제안하였으며 이를 증명하기 위하여 Ledger File에 Confirm 되지않은 메시지를 보관하여 수신측의 장애 이거나 네트워크 장애에도 Data 손실을 방지하는, Review Ledger File 방식을 적용한 C API 프로그램으로 구현하여 증명함 으로써 수신측 상태가 정상적으로 된 경우에 송신측의 Ledger File 다시 읽어서 재송신하여 그 어떤 장애 상황에도 Data 손실됨을 방지하여 실시간 트랜잭션의 처리에 획기적인 방법을 제시하였고, 기존 EAI 시스템 개발시에 문제점으로 대두된 표준화된 개발 방법이 부재하여 개발 및 유지보수에 많은 비용이 발생한 것에 대하여 본 논문은 표준화 방법을 통하여 해결책을 제시하였고, 또한 Ledger File 및 데이타에 대한 모니터링 방법을 Cobol API 프로그램을 통하여 구현하여 실시간 장애 모니터링 방법을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 결론에서 앞으로의 발전방향에 대하여 논의한다.

야뇨증은 소아뿐만 아니라 부모들에게 매우 애를 먹이는 현상이며, 때로는 정신적, 정서적 장애 또는 행동장애를 유발할 수도 있다. 적절한 치료를 하기 위하여서는 세심한 병력, 신체검사와 필요에 따라서 적절한 실험실 검사 및 방사선검사으로 단인증상성 야뇨증인지를 제대로 구별하여야 한다. 실제 임상에서 야뇨증의 치료는 그렇게 용이하지만은 않아 우선 어린이와 부모들이 야뇨증을 제대로 이해할 수 있도록 사전 교육을 통하여 적극적인 치료 의지를 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 여러 가지 행동요법 및 야뇨경보기, 적절한 약물요법을 환자의 상황에 맞도록 적절한 치료 방법을 모색하여 보다 치료 효과가 높고 재발이 적도록 노력하여야 한다.

교수-학습과정에서 학습자가 가지고 있는 학습 장애는 학습 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다. 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하고 이를 고려한 수업 활동이 전개되어야 효과적인 교수-학습 활동이 이루어 질 수 있다. 학습 장애의 특성상 장애 진단과 처방과정에서는 비공개적인 접근이 요구된다. 인터넷 기반의 온라인 학습 장애 진단과 처방시스템은 이와 같은 문제를 해결할 수 있는 유용한 방안 중의 하나가 될 것이다. 하지만 기 구축되어 운영 중인 온라인 기반 학습 장애 관련 사이트들은 학습 장애를 진단해 주고 처방해 주기 보다는 학습 장애 정보를 안내해 주는 정도의 수준에 에 그치고 있다. 단순히 웹문서 형태의 정보제공 체제이거나 텍스트 기반의 지식 전달 체계로 인하여 학습자 개개인의 특성을 고려한 장애 진단에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 학습 장애에 대한 지식을 체계화함과 동시에 일정한 기준에 의해 연관성을 지어 줄 수 있는 의미 분석과 추론 등의 방법에 사용되어지는 온톨로지를 활용하게 되면 기존의 시스템이 가지는 제한점들을 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 상황에서 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용하여 학습장애 진단 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 온톨로지의 구축에 사용된 도구는 protege-2000을 사용하였다. 진단시스템 개발 환경으로 학습자의 인터페이스는 Visual C++, 교사의 인터페이스는 Visual Studio.NET을 사용하였으며, DBMS는 Microsoft Office Access와 MS-SQL Server를 사용하였다. 이 연구는 OWL 온톨로지를 사용하여 보다 지능화된 학습 장애 진단시스템을 개발함으로써 실현 가능성을 제안하고 있는 것이 연구의 의의이다.

The object of this article is to examine the effect of the quota-levy system on employment outcome of people with disabilities in Korea. Merging the data from disability employment report of 16,246 businesses in 2011 and the macroeconomic indicators such as regional economic condition, the author analyzes the effect of quota-levy system on employment outcome of persons with disabilities by using Hierarchical Linear Model(HLM). The finding is that imposing the levy on businesses affects employment outcome of people with disabilities but regional economic condition does not. The rate of employees with disabilities of the levied business is 0.7%p higher than that of the other business. The result of analysis implies that employment outcome of people with disabilities is influenced by the quota-levy system rather than regional economic condition.

The purpose of this study is to find the application point of hearing augmentation technology development through examining the risk context experience of people with hearing impairment and the use of assistive device used as an alternative technology. Data of 355 people with hearing impairment with official disability grading was analyzed. The results of this study are first, research participants had no experience of recognizing any sound or vibration in situations highest in the order of means of transportation, material, and nature. Especially the ratio of being unable to recognize the sound and vibration of means of transportation was high, which implies the high possibility of people with hearing impairment experiencing risk. Secondly, the risk context that people with hearing impairment will most likely to experience are highest in the order of traffic accident, pedestrian accident, and daily life at home. Thirdly, the recognition of 2G phone/smart phone, vibrating digital alarm clock, light bar, vibrating wrist watch as assistive device for risk context awareness and notification was high and the satisfaction level of 2G phone/smart phone was the highest. Fourthly, the research participants had high recognition of assistive device for communication in the order of hearing aid, smart phone, videophone, cochlear implant and 2G phone and it was found that the satisfaction level and communication improvement level was the highest using the smart phone. Lastly, for the development of hearing augmentation technology the research participants recognized the importance of portable/wear convenience, price, and motion accuracy and for notification delivery means they preferred the method of using sight(text and light). Based on the results of this study policy and practical plans for hearing augmentation technology development for people with hearing impairment in risk context are proposed.

The purposes of this study were : (1) to find out subjective well-being structural model of people with disabilities, (2) to compare the female's subjective well-being structural model with male's. Based on previous researches related to subjective well-being of non-disabled, I applied a integrative model of bottom-up and top-down theories to subjective well-being of people with disabilities. Data were gathered from 497 persons with disabilities(253 males and 244 females) in Korea. This research shows that the female's level of life satisfaction is not different to male's. In female group, the objective life conditions(the level of education, family income, and to have jobs or not) and self esteems are important variables in subjective well-being structural equation model. In male group, on the other side, recognition about social support level is important variable. Various theoretical and practical implications for social work practice were discussed.

이 사회에 장애인의 취업, 결혼 등을 비롯한 복지문제가 거론되기 시작한지도 적지 않은 시간이 흘렀다. 그러나 이러한 문제는 둘째로 하고, 장애인의 정서함양과 건강증진에 도움이 될 수 있는 일상적인 체육 · 문화 프로그램조차도 그리 많지 못한 것이 우리의 현실이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 지난 ‘89년에 발족 된 한국장애인복지체육회가 장애인을 위한 체육교실 · 문학 강좌 및 예술대전 등의 프로그램을 마련해 그런대로 갈증을 해소해 주고 있고, 장애인들의 호응을 받고 있다. 올해 장애인 편의 시설이 완벽하게 갖추어진 ’서울곰두리체육센터‘가 문을 열어 장애인들의 생활을 더욱 밝게 해주고 있다. 체육회의 다양한 프로그램이 전국적으로 파급되어 모든 장애인에게도 생활문화를 즐길 수 있는 기회가 더욱 많이 주어지기를 기대한다.

대기환경문제가 전지구촌의 현안과제로서 그 무엇보다 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 이와 더불어 날로 높아져 가는 국민들의 쾌적한 환경에 대한 기대와 요구는 우리나라가 시급하게 해결해야하는 대기환경분야의 실질적 개선 방향으로 대도시 시정장애 현상을 제시하였다. 현재 정부의 청정연료와 저황유공급 확대, 저공해자동차 보급 등 각종 대기오염 저감정책에 힘입어 아황산가스와 먼지 등 개도국형 대기오염상태는 개선되는 추세이나, 자동차의 증가로 인한 이산화질소 및 오존의 오염도는 완만하게 증가하고 있는 상황이다. (중략)
