Seismic Performance of Post Tensioned Flat Plate Structures according to Slab Bottom Reinforcement (하부 철근 유무에 따른 포스트 텐션 플랫 플레이트 골조의 내진성능 평가)

  • This study evaluates the seismic performance of post-tensioned flat plate structures with or without slab bottom reinforcement. For this purpose, 3 and 9 story frames were designed only considering gravity loads. This study conducts a nonlinear static pushover analysis. This study was an analytical model that is able to represent punching shear failure and fracture mechanism. The analytical results showed that the seismic performance of a post-tension flat plate is strongly influenced by the existence of slab bottom reinforcement through column. By placing slab bottom reinforcement in a PT flat plate frame, lateral strength and max drift capacity are significantly increased.

  • Structural walls have been mostly used for the design of reinforced concrete buildings in seismic areas because they play a role as an efficient bracing system and offer great potential for lateral load resistance and drift control. The lateral resistance system for the earthquake load should be designed to have enough ductility and stable hysteretic response in the critical regions where plastic deformation occurred beyond yielding. The behavior of the reinforced concrete element to experience large deformation in the critical areas by a major earthquake is affected by the performance of the confined core concrete. Thus, the confinement of concrete by suitable arrangements of transverse reinforcement results in a significant increase in both the strength and ductility of compressed concrete. This paper reports the experimental results of reinforced concrete structural walls for wall-type apartment structure under axial loads and cyclic reversal of lateral loads with different confinement of the boundary elements. The results show that confinement of the boundary element by open 'U'-bar and cross tie is effective. The shear strength capacity is not increased by the confinement but deformation capacity is improve.

The sampling period was from 2005 to 2008 and the number of samples was 44. In analysis technique, implement basic statistical, t-test, correlation, regression. Is as following if summarize result. CFO, for debt ratio, negative(-), enterprise size was exerting positive(+), and cash flow by investment activity enterprise size negative(-) influence reach.

통화(通貨)의 공급경로(供給徑路)가 인플레에 미치는 영향(影響): 현행(現行) 한국은행(韓國銀行) 대출정책(貸出政策)에 미치는 시사점(示唆點)

  • 전통적인 통화론자(通貨論者)의 화폐수량설(貨幣數量說)에 의하면 통화량(通貨量)만이 인플레에 영향을 주는 요인으로 파악되고 있다. 본고(本稿)는 인플레가 통화(通貨)의 공급경로(供給經路), 즉 중앙은행(中央銀行)의 발권대상자산(發卷對象資産)의 구성상(構成上)의 차이에 의해서도 영향(影響)을 받는다는 가설에 대한 역사적(歷史的) 이론적(理論的) 전개과정(展開過程)을 살펴보고, 이를 실증적(實證的)으로 검토하였다. 한국(韓國)을 포함한 41개국의 "패널"자료를 이용한 실증분석결과(實證分析結果)에 의하면 인플레가 총통화증가율(總通貨增加率)뿐만 아니라 중앙은행의 발권대상자산(發卷對象資産)의 구성(構成)에 의해서도 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉 국공임(國公賃) 등 정부부문(政府部門)을 대상으로 공급되는 본원통화(本源通貨)는 진성(眞性)어음재할인(再割引) 등 민간부문(民間部門)에 대한 본원통화공급에 비해 인플레에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 정부부문에 대한 통화공급은 미래의 재정정책(財政政策)에 대한 불확실성에 따른 정부의 채무상환능력(債務償還能力) 저하의 가능성이 상존하기 때문에 환수가 확실한 민간부문의 단기우량증권(短期優良證卷)을 대상으로 공급되는 통화와는 달리 인플레기대심리(期待心理)를 유발시킨다. 위의 실종분석결과는 향후 물가안정(物價安定)을 위해서 한국은행(韓國銀行)의 대예금은행(對預金銀行) 대출금이 현행의 재정자금적(財政資金的) 성격의 자금위주에서 진성(眞性)어음재할인(再割引) 등 순수민간부문에 대한 신용중심으로 재구성(再構成)되어야 함을 시사한다.

  • 최근 금융 분야는 예측 모델의 복잡성으로 인한 블랙박스 문제와 금융 규제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 금융 업계는 신뢰성과 투명성을 강조하며, 특히 신용평가 분야에서 설명 가능한 모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한, 해당 분야에서 소수 클래스에 대해 충분히 학습하지 못하고 다수 클래스에 과적합 될 수 있는 데이터 불균형 문제 역시 강조되고 있다. 이는 제 2종 오류(Type 2 Error)를 최소화해야 하는 상황에서 더욱 부각되며, 대출 상환 능력이 낮은 고객을 최대한 식별해야 하는 개인 신용평가 문제에서 매우 중요한 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 어텐션 메커니즘을 활용하여 모델의 설명 가능성을 개선하고, 분석 결과를 해석하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다. 더 나아가, SMOTE, GAN, ADASYN 등 총 다섯 가지 데이터 증강 기법을 실험하여, 이를 앙상블 하였을 때 소수 클래스 레이블에 대한 분류 정확도를 크게 개선할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Effects to the Communication Capability and the Accommodation of other person's Perspective for the Self Understanding, the Self Accommodation and the Self Communication -Centered on the University Students in Gungji-do and Seoul- (자기이해, 자기수용, 자기표현이 타인관점수용과 의사소통역량에 미치는 영향 연구 -서울, 경기도의 한국 대학생을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study intends that the contemporary university students would understand the importance and relationship of the Self-Expression as its appropriateness, the Self-Understanding and the Self-Accommodation as it is, and that it would conducive to enhance their Communication Capability and Accommodation to other's perspective on the base of these understandings. In accordance with the analyses of questioners and statistics as a methodology of this study, the tendency of the factors effective to the enhancement for the Communication Capability and the Accommodation to other's perspective will be found out and the meaning of the Self-Expression, the Self-Accommodation and the Self-Understanding will be analyzed by the standpoint of the enhancement of the Self-Competency. The result of this study reveals that a high distributed group for the Definitization of the Self-Conception is to have more the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation. As an enlightenment from this study, the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation shall have a mutual reliance and be influenced to the Accommodation of Other Person's Perspective. In case of the high distribution of the Self-Accommodation, where there is the both of the low distribution of the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation, the Accommodation of Other Person's Perspective is high. However, if there is the higher of the Self-Expression and the Self-Accommodation, there influences the better enhancement of the Communication-Capability, and there no effect to their mutual reliance. This study enlightens when it becomes at the stage of the Self-Accommodation, a respectable listening from others makes to accommodate other as it is and when it is wanted to raise the Communication Capability, it is required to improve the capability through the Self-Expression together with the Self-Accommodation.

The Scale of Households in Negative Housing Equity and Policy Direction (하우스푸어 규모 추정 및 정책 방향에 대한 고찰)

  • After global financial crisis, the ratio of household debt to GDP was decreasing in other advanced countries such as the U.S., and the U.K. and so on. But, in Korea, household debt (of which residential mortgage loan account for a large part) ratio is still increasing. This paper focuses on the scale and characteristics of households in negative housing equity (those are called House-poors in Korea), and also the socio-economic backgrounds of the formation process. In financial perspective, the problem of negative housing equity depends on financial debt repayment capability. We used DSR (Debt Service Ratio) and LTA (Loan to Asset ratio) as financial indicators to evaluate the debt repayment capability. The critical value of DSR is assumed as 40%, and LTA 100%. The socio-economic backgrounds of the House-poors are as follows : increasing households debt dependency, over lending competition of financial institutions and unreasonable loan in household economy, instability of real estate market, week regulation on mortgage loan. Finally, this paper suggests some implications about the range and the target of public intervention.

Seismic Behavior of Concrete-Filled HSS Bracing Members Reinforced by Rib (리브 보강된 콘크리트 충전 HSS 가새부재의 이력 거동)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the seismic behavior of the bracing members. Lee and Goel's (1987) concrete filling in the hollow structural section (HSS) reduced the severity of local buckling and increased the fracture life. However, concrete filling in the HSS did not prevent the occurrence of local buckling in the midsection of the bracing member, which resulted in continuous strength degradation. This study investigated the seismic behavior of the concrete-filled HSS bracing member, which is reinforced by ribs in the midsection of the bracing member. The main variable of the specimens is rib length. The test results showed that buckling mode, cyclic compression strength, and energy dissipation capacity of the bracing members were affected by rib length. Specimen reinforced with ribs with a length of 63% had better structural performance.

Seismic Performance Evaluation of 3 Story OMRCF Based on Scaled Model Testing (축소모델실험에 의한 철근콘크리트 3층 보통모멘트골조의 구조 성능 평가)

  • ACI 318 (1999) defines three types of moment frames: Ordinary Moment Resisting Concrete Frame (OMRCF), Intermediate Moment Resisting Concrete Frame (IMRCF), and Special Moment Resisting Concrete Frame (SMRCF). OMRCF is the most popular type of moment frame in mild seismic zones that requires the least detail and design requirements. This study focuses on the seismic performance of Ordinary Moment Resisting Concrete Frames (OMRCF) designed only for gravity loads. For this purpose a 3-story OMRCF was designed in compliance with the minimum design requirements in ACI 318 (1999). An one third 3 story specimen was made and tested. For scaled model, the similitude law of true replica was applied. The specimen was loaded with quasi-static reversed cyclic lateral loading. The overall behavior of OMRCF is quite stable without abrupt strength degradation. It is found that tested frame has the base shear strength larger than the design base shear for seismic zone 1, 2A and 2B calculated using UBC 1997.
