This paper deals with the decentralized robust adaptive controller design for large-scale interconnected systems. We consider an arbitrary interconnection of subsystems with unkown parameters and bounded disturbances. When the disturbance and uncertain interconnections are present, the stability of the controlled large scale system is ensured if there exists a positive definite M-matrix which is related to the bound of the interconnections. The possible bound of the interconnections is assumed to be known Pth order polynomials for the decentralized adaptive controller. A modified adaptive law is proposed guaranteeing the existence of a region of attraction from which all signals converge to a residual set Do, which contains the equilibrium.

현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

This paper presents the effect of groundwater on tunnel excavation. Fundamental issues in tunneling under high groundwater table are discussed and the effect of groundwater on tunnel excavation was examined using a 3D stress-pore pressure coupled finite-element analysis. Based on the results the interaction mechanism between the tunnelling and groundwater is identified for cases having different lining permeabilities. Examined items include pore pressures around lining and lining stresses. Face deformation behavior as well as ground surface movement patterns was also examined. Besides, the effect of grouting pattern was investigated. The results indicated that the effect of groundwater on tunnel excavation increases lining stresses as well as ground movements, and that the tunnel excavation and groundwater interaction can only be captured through a fully coupled analysis. Implementations of the findings from this study are discussed in great detail.

다음 <표1>과 <표2>는 ISO 14001과 ISO 9001의 연관성과 넓은 의미에서 기술적 일치성, 그 반대의 경우를 비교하였다. 이같은 비교의 목적은 이미 제정된 규격 중의 하나를 운영하고 있으며 앞으로 두 체제를 운영하고자 하는 조직에게 두 체제의 연계 가능성을 증명하기 위함이다. 두 규격의 조항 사이의 직접적인 연계는 두 조항의 요건이 대체로 일치하는 경우에만 수립된다. 여기에서는 나타낼 수 없는 많은 세부적인 요소들이 두 규격 사이에 상호 관련성을 맺고 있다.

A digital archive is an online platform for preserving and utilizing digital records worthy of continued preservation. However, there are no shared standards for functionality, metadata, or data technical principles across digital archives in Korea. These issues create challenges in linking distributed digital records. This study proposes a common vocabulary for digital archives to enhance the interoperability of digital records and evaluates the interoperability of the digital archive built with the common vocabulary. We collect and analyze data from the digital archive on the Korean financial crisis of 1997 to construct a knowledge graph and compare its interoperability with the knowledge graph built with RiC-O. The archive and the knowledge graph underwent evaluation using the FAIR data principles evaluation framework. The constructed knowledge graph links various objects in the archive and provides contextual information to aid in understanding the archive. The results demonstrate that a knowledge graph built with a common vocabulary significantly improves the linkage, search, and interoperability of digital records compared to a traditional archive.

지난 10월 4일부터 9일까지 6일간의 여정으로 필자는 충남도 관련 부서 직원들과 같이 일본 오끼나와현 축산연구센터외 4개소를 방문할 기회가 있었는 데, 오끼나와현의 축산기술수준 및 연구인력의 상호 교류방안 등을 파악하여 국립축산과학원과 충남도 축산기술연구소 등과의 중앙-지방연계를 통한 협력방안 모색함과 아울러 현의 축산기술 및 가축위생 연구동향 파악 후, 국내 축산농가의 생산성 향상에 활용과 축산 동향, 가축질병발생현황 파악 및 연구정보의 상호교류촉진을 도모하고자 다녀왔다. 따라서 필자는 일본 오끼나와현의 축산현황, 연구기관 및 연구과제 등을 소개하여 수의 및 축산관련자들에게 정보를 제공하면서, 축산과 수의분야가 상호공조체제를 구축하여 연구과제 및 업무를 수행하고 있는 것을 보고 우리 국내도 빠른 기간내에 이루어졌으면 하는 바램을 피력해본다.

선박 운항 안전 확보를 위해 필요한 선박과 선박, 선박과 육상 및 기타 해양 안전 관련 주체와의 통신은 자율/무인 선박의 출현 및 유무인 선박이 혼재 운항하는 과도기적 상황에서 기존 VHF, AIS 등의 통신 기능을 능가하는 고용량, 고신뢰 선박 중심 직접통신 체계를 요구한다. IMO의 자율운항 선박 자율화 단계에 필요한 원격에서의 모니터링 및 제어 필요성(Ship to Shore), 나아가 완전한 자율운항을 위한 고용량의 선박중심통신(Ship to Ship) 및 해양 객체와의 통신(Ship to Shore, Air, People)이 구현되어야 유무인 선박의 혼재 운항 과도기를 거쳐 완전한 자율운항 시대로 나아갈 수 있다는 점에서 이를 포괄하는 S2X(Ship to Everything) 통신 기술의 개발 당위성을 찾을 수 있다. S2X 통신은 정보 교환 상대를 신뢰할 수 있고 이를 기반으로 선박의 안전 운항 관련 정보를 상호 교환하고 부가 서비스를 위한 고용량의 데이터를 자유롭게 교환할 수 있도록 하는 선박중심직접통신 기술이 될 것이다.

Recently, under the pressure of national necessity, the national S&T information system(NTIS) for collecting, managing and distributing various R&D information is under discussion. The close inter-connections and cooperations among elements in R&D process, activity, information and data levels are the basis of national S&T information system. In this paper, we propose a cross reference model of R&D information. The proposed model includes research project, person and output information which are essential in the R&D activities. By using the proposed model, a cross navigating and referencing among R&D information is possible. And various queries on the models from various viewpoints are also possible. XML Topic Map, ISO13250 Standard, is used for development of the proposed model. The efficiencies and further practical usages of proposed model are discussed by demonstrating the proposed model with an example.

The purpose of this study is to explore practical methods of interlibrary loan system, linked with information retrieval system. The process and current status of interlibrary loan was investigated and analyzed at medical libraries in this study. In order to find the way of utilizing data from information retrieval and document request at the same time, the author tries to develop a way of linking PubMed, Union Catalog and ILL system. This study shows that hit record of information retrieval was saved in type of MEDLINE, XMLJSGML and reused for document delivery services. It seems to be efficient that the maintenance of Union Catalog was managed by all of member libraries, and data were retrieved at server and client side at once. In addition, it was found that user information can be checked by the IP and ILL system can be used for requested document by the saved result.

This study aimed to analyze 'consumer life' units in middle school home economics textbooks in Korea and Japan based on the ESD concept (diversity, interaction, finiteness, fairness, cooperation, responsibility). The objective was to compare how the ESD concept was reflected in Korean and Japanese textbooks. The analysis focused on the units related to 'adolescent consumer life' in Korean textbooks and 'money management and purchase' as well as 'consumer rights and responsibilities' in Japanese textbooks. Results showed that in Korea, responsibility (23.36%) was most emphasized, followed by interaction (22.43%), cooperation (19.63%), fairness (18.69%), finiteness (10.28%), and diversity (5.61%). In Japan, cooperation (21.74%) and interaction (21.45%) received significant attention, followed by fairness (16.23%), responsibility (13.91%), finiteness (13.33%), and diversity (13.33%). Korean textbooks exhibited a wider range of ESD concept percentages compared to Japan. In the Korean textbooks, responsibility was emphasized for promoting rational and ethical consumption, while Japanese textbooks highlighted cooperation in resolving consumer issues and collaborating with local and international communities to address environmental concerns. Interaction was emphasized regarding the impact of individual and family consumption on society, economy, and the environment. Overall, both Korean and Japanese home economics textbooks reflected elements that foster sustainable consumer behaviors.
