A Study on the Success Factors of Partnership in SCM (SCM에서 파트너십의 성공결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of supply chain partnership, and to find the factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. For this, relationship commitment and trust were used as the basic components of the supply chain partnership. Also we identified strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication as determinants of supply chain partnership. Based on the statistical analysis of the sample of Korean corporations, it was found that relationship commitment and trust were shown to be significant factors influencing the supply chain partnership success. In addition, the findings reveal that strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and communication will facilitate supply chain partnership. More specifically, strategic fit and interdependence have a significant positive influence on relationship commitment. Also, compatibility and communication have a significant positive influence on trust. There result, in short, supported the importance of supply chain partnership for the successful SCM.

  • This study explores the relationship between images and texts through advertising production using images and texts, and analyzes the student works with the semiotics of Roland Barth. Since Barth emphasized the interpreter's interpretation rather than the producer's intention in his work, he interpreted the work as a receiver. It was analyzed in terms of socio-cultural meaning of what students produced in the works. A total of 64 classes were held for the first two classes in D high school. The results of analyzing students' works after the advertisement production class are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing Barth 's myth structure model, advertisement image and text are symbols and have meaning. Second, advertising image and text complement each other and have the characteristic of interrelationship that constitutes meaning. Third, By attracting the socio-cultural implications inherent in the students' advertising, their values and interests could be discovered.

  • Picture book is the artistic format to develop forms an organic relationship with text and illustration. Not only meaning which the text and illustration deliver from the picture book but understand the symbolic meaning can discover new enjoyment of reading picture book. Sees the text and illustration of the picture book at one unit which is put in indivisible relationship and analyzing in semeiology provides the viewpoint which is important in picture book comprehension. The Greimas's theory of signification leads and understands the interaction of the text and illustration of world-famous author Anthony Browne's picture book 'Gorilla'. In addition, analysing the structural connection with text and visual expression it approaches the integrated meaning of a story from a new point of view. From the researches of existing interpreted the Hanna and relationship of dad was simple being lonely but this research sees which there exists not only paternal love but also heterosexuality between Hanna and dad and could newly be interpreted with the viewpoint where heal the discord is principal.

  • Although previous studies show that organizational culture and organizational communication could be influential factors in knowledge management and organizational performance, the more integrated research to indicate relationships among all of the factors is still needed. By indicating the inter-relationships among the factors and the direction of the influence, this paper suggests various ways to develop an integrated approach to the improvement of organizational performance through knowledge management and other related factors. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among national culture, organizational culture, organizational communication, knowledge management, and organizational performance. Based on a comprehensive review of extant literature on the relationships among these factors, the relationships are summarized in the conceptual model. According to the model, organizational performance is influenced by knowledge management, organizational communication, and organizational culture, and knowledge management is influenced by organizational communication and organizational culture. Based on the conceptual model, implications for human resource (HR) researchers and practitioners seeking to optimally improve organizational performance are presented.

Assessing the Relationship Between Core Technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Company Sales (4차 산업혁명 핵심기술과 기업의 매출액 간 상관관계 평가)

  • To bridge the research gap in the area of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we explore the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies. The results show that the technologies have a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with company sales. The size of the correlation is highest for 3D printing (139%), followed by big data (129%), cloud computing (127%), artificial intelligence (78%), and the internet of things (70%). We also found a statistically significant negative (-) interaction effect between the internet of things and 3D printing, cloud computing and big data, and cloud computing and 3D printing when examining the interaction effect of introducing core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on company sales. This paper represents an early attempt to examine the correlation between the core technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the economic performance of companies and may serve as a basis for further empirical research.

  • 본 연구는 현재 미국에서 거래되고 있는 세 가지 주가지수선물 상호간의 일중(intradaily) 가격선도(price leadership) 관계에 관한 실증분석이다. 본 연구가 기존의 연구와 다른점은, 기존의 연구가 주가지수선물과 그 기준이 되는 현물 가격사이의 가격 선도 관계에 초점을 두고 있는데 반하여 본 연구는 주가지수선물 시장 사이에서 존재하는 가격 선도관계를 분석하고 있다는 점이다. 실증 분석의 대상이 된 주가지수선물들은 Chicago Mercantile Exchange의 Standard and Poor's 500 Index(S&P 500), New York Futures Exchange의 New York Stock Exchange Composit Index (NYSE), 그리고 Chicago Board of Trade의 Major Market Index(MMI)이다. 만약 이들 시장들이 정보의 전달에 있어서 효율적(informationally efficient) 이라면 이들 가격간에 선도-지연(lead-lag) 현상은 존재하지 않을 것이다. 그러나 어느 한 시장이 새로운 정보를 선물가격에 반영하는데 다른 시장에 비해 상대적으로 느리다면, 이들 시장 상호간에는 가격의 전이(transmission)현상이 존재하게 될 것이다. 이들 선물간의 일중 가격선도 관계 연구는 이러한 시장의 효율성 문제를 밝히는데 의의가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시장간의 단기적 가격 괴리를 이용하려는 차익거래자들에게도 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 위에서 언급한 각각의 주가지수선물들이 가격 선도성을 가질 수 있는 이유와 관련된 다음과 같은 세 가지 가설을 설정하였다. 첫째 가설은, 가격의 선도성은 거래량과 관련이 있다는 것이다. 즉, 이들 주가지수선물 중 가장 거래량이 많은 S&P 500 선물이 다른 선물을 선도할 것이라는 가설이다. 둘째, 가격의 선도성은 주가지수를 구성하는 주식의 수에 비례한다는 가설이다. 다시 말하면, 보다 않은 수로 구성된 주가지수일수록 정보처리 속도가 빠르다는 가설이다. 따라서, 본 연구에 포함된 주가지수선물 중 가장 많은 수의 주식을 대상으로 하는 NYSE 선물이 다른 선물을 선도할 것이다. 마지막 가설은 정보의 처리는 대형주 혹은 기관선호주(institutionally-favored)들이 주도한다는 것이다. 따라서, 주로 이와 같은 주식들로 구성 된 MMI 선물이 선도성을 가질 수 있다는 것이다. 위의 가설들을 검증하고 시장간의 가격 선도관계를 분석하기 위하여 본 연구는 vector autoregressive(VAR) 모형을 이용하여 충격-반응 함수(impulse response functions)를 계산하고, 분산분해(variance decomposition)를 수행하였다. 또한 가격 상호간에 존재할지도 모르는 공적분(cointegration)관계를 Johansen(1991)과 Jokansen and Juselius (1992) 등이 제시한 다변량 공적분 검정(multivariate cointegration test)를 통하여 분석하였다. 분석기간은 1986년 1월부터 1990년 7월까지이며, 각 주가지수선물들의 5분 간격 data를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 충격-반응 분석은 어느 한 시장에서의 충격(shock)은 다른 시장으로 매우 빠르게 전달되고 있음을 보여 주었다. 그러나 충격의 지속정도는 그 충격의 진원지에 따라 달랐다. 즉, NYSE나 MMI 선물로부터 발생 한 충격은 다른 시장의 가격에 5분 안에 반영을 끝냈지 만 S&P 500 선물에서 발생한shock은 그 이상 지속되었다. 또한, 분산분해 결과 S&P 500 선물이 자기자신 뿐만 아니라 다른 시장의 예상하지 못했던 움직임(unexpected movements)을 설명하는데 가장 큰 설명력(explanatory power)을 가지고 있었다. 결론적으로 S&P 500 선물이 다른 선물을 약 5분 간격으로 선도하였다. 이는 가격의 선도가 거래량과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 보여 주는 것이다.

A study of interrelationships, and effects on withdrawal intention of social workers' commitment forms (사회복지사의 근로몰입 유형간 상호관계와 이탈의도에 미치는 효과 비교)

  • Social workers experience various work commitment forms in the field practice. This study tries to find the discriminant validity of job, organizational, career, and relationship commitments among these work commitment forms. This study also tries to find the interrelationship among these commitment forms and the relationship of each of four commitment forms with the withdrawal intention, which is represented by turnover intention and career change intention. For this purpose, a survey of 417 social workers working for community welfare centers in Busan and Gyeongnam was conducted and the data was analyzed. The results of this study showed that the work commitment forms have discriminant validity. The analysis of interrelationship between commitment forms using SEM revealed that the more a social worker commits to his or her job, the more he/she commits to his/her job and the relationship with the client. In addition, job and organizational and career commitments affect turnover intention while career and relationship commitments affect career change intention. Therefore, to improve organizational management, it is necessary to understand diverse forms of work commitment as well as organizational commitment. And differentiated management strategies are needed to increase either each commitment form or various commitment forms at the same time.

The Effect of Young children's Empathicability and Interpersonal competence in Forming relationships on Caring behavior (유아의 배려행동에 미치는 공감능력과 대인관계형성능력의 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of young children's empathic ability and interpersonal competence on caring behavior in forming relationships. Subjects included 152 4- and 5-year-old children attending a kindergarten located in a micropolitan city. Questionnaires required self-reporting by teachers, and were used to investigate young children's caring behavior, empathic ability and interpersonal competence in forming relationships. Data was analyzed using t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and Stepwise-Regression analysis. Results were as follows: First, young children's caring behavior was negatively correlated with empathic ability and positively associated with interpersonal competence in forming relationships. Second, young children's emotional behavior as each domain of caring behavior were predictable variables for explaining the relative effect of the social reactivity and explaining the relative effect of relationship formation. Active behaviors were predictable variables for explaining the relative effect of follow-up instructions, but negatively affected mental burden. Normative behaviors were predictable variables for explaining the relative effect of social reactivity, but negatively predictable variables for explaining the relative effect of the relationship formation and mental burden. Value-contributing behavior in each domain of caring behavior were predictable variables for explaining the relative effect of the positive interaction.

The Parent-adolescent Career Congruence Process as a Mediator between Independent vs Interdependent Parent-adolescent Relationships and Career Identity (상호협조적-독립적 부모자녀관계와 진로정체감과의 관계에서 부모자녀진로합치과정의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of the parent-adolescent career congruence process in the association between the parent-adolescent relationship and career identity of South Korean college students. In particular, we investigated which kind of career congruence process mediates the positive effect of the interdependent parent-adolescent relationship (in support of emotional bond and filial piety) and the independent parent-adolescent relationship (in support of independence and autonomy) on career identity. Data of 509 college students were analyzed for this study, and parallel multiple mediation analysis was performed. As a result, the complementary and attunement congruence process fully mediated the relationship between parent-adolescent affective bonding and career identity. Authoritative filial piety had a negative direct effect on career identity, but a positive indirect effect by mediating the complementary and attunement congruence process. The mediation analysis showed that both complementary and attunement congruence process fully mediated the association between independent parent-adolescent relationship and career identity. However, family intrusion had only a negative direct effect on career identity. On the other hand, the supplementary congruence process did not have significant mediating effects between all types of parent-adolescent relationships and career identity. Also, the supplementary congruence process had a negative direct effect on career identity. Based on these results, we discussed culturally universal and culturally specific characteristics of the relationship between parent-adolescent relationships and career identity, along with the limitations and recommendations for future research.

Component Selection Decision Method Using ANP Technique in Change Management (변경관리에서 ANP기법을 이용한 컴포넌트 선택 결정 방법)

  • Software change management is focused on the change of a entity like the change of contents of a system or a document. In change management, interactive relationship among requirements and complex decision making is needed to obtain optimized status. In this paper we design a management model of software change management in distributed environment which mange the change among components by time and situation. In addition, each components are defined and use ANP technique for best decision-making by using the subordinate relationship and feedback considering the mutual dependency referring the change of components in distributed environment. Thus, we analyze the dependency among each components and show 3 types of change relationship. Also through analysis of dependency, we verified the effectiveness of such approach.
