Bayesian Model Selection for Linkage Analyses: Considering Collinear Predictors (연관분석을 위한 베이지안 모형 선택: 상호상관성 변수를 중심으로)

  • We identify the correct chromosome and locate the corresponding markers close to the QTL in the linkage analysis of a quantitative trait by using the SSVS method. We consider several markers linked to the QTL, as well as to each oyher and thus the i.b.d. values at these loci generate collinear predictors to be evaluated when using the SSVS approach. The results on considering only closely linked markers to two QTL simultaneously showed clear evidence in favor of the closest marker to the QTL considered over other markers. The results of the analysis of collinear markers with SSVS showeed high concordance to those obtained using traditional multiple regression. We conclude based on this simulation study that the SSVS is quite useful to identify linkage with multiple linked markers simultaneously for a complex quantitative trait.

Increasing Productivity of Defining Standard Processes based on the Analysis of Relationship among SGs in CMMI Maturity Level 3 (CMMI 성숙도 3단계 SG간 상호 연관성 분석을 통한 표준 프로세스 정의 생산성 향상)

  • CMMI is composed of 22 process areas by 5 maturity levels and each process area consists of specific goals and generic goals. Since there are many relations among process areas, organizational standard processes tend to contain overlapped contents. In this paper we demonstrated that 60 out of 528 specific goals are highly related (11% relationship) in CMMI maturity level 3 process areas by using pearson correlation analysis and proposed to a scheme for defining organizational standard processes based on the results. As a result of defining organizational standard processes by using proposed a scheme, we achieved a significant improvement of 25% in process defining productivity.

The relations of toddlers' temperament, mother's rearing attitude, and teacher interaction to Toddlers' Language Ability (영아 기질, 어머니 양육행동, 교사 상호작용과 영아 언어능력의 관계)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine how 25~36-month-old toddlers' temperament, mother's rearing attitude, teacher interaction relates to their language abilities and to analyze the predictive power of these variables in predicting language ability. The subjects were 206 toddlers, 206 mothers and 38 class teachers at child care center in G metropolitan city. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis on SPSS program. The results of this study were as follow. First, there was a significant relationship between mother's rearing attitude, teacher interaction and toddlers language abilities. However, toddlers' temperament showed no significant correlations with toddlers language abilities. Second, teacher's positive attitude was the best predictor of toddlers language abilities. Toddlers' reactivity and mother's rational guidance were also predictors of toddlers' language abilities.

  • 본 논문에서는 일반적인 코드분할 다중화 시스템을 위해 저자가 제안하였던 유사 역상관기 (Pseudo-Decorrelator)를 변형하여 WCDMA 시스템에 적합한 원근 저항성 (near-far resistant) 수신기를 설계하고, 임펄스 채널 환경에서 성능을 분석하고 있다. 설계된 수신기에서는 판단변수 (decision statistics)에 포함되어 있는 다중사용자 간섭신호를 분석하여, 송신된 신호의 각 비트에 대응되는 상호상관 행렬을 얻게 된다. 이 상호상관 행렬을 역변환 시킨 후, 기존의 수신기에서 얻어진 판단변수에 적용한다. 이렇게 해서 수신기의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 제안된 수신기는 연속해서 3비트를 받은 후에 바로 검출과정 (detection process)을 수행할 수 있다는 잇점이 있다. 임펄스 채널에서의 여러 가지 시뮬레이션을 통해서 수신기의 성능이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

The mediation effect of grip strength trajectory on the association between exercise participation and life satisfaction among couples (중노년기 부부의 운동참여가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 악력 궤적의 매개효과)

  • This study aims to investigate the interdependence of Korean middle and old-aged couples in the association between exercise and life satisfaction through grip strength trajectory. Data were drawn from the nationally representative Korea Longitudinal Study of Aging (KLoSA) collected from 2006 to 2016. The sample included couples over 45 years of age in the first wave and participated in all six waves of the survey (Ncouple=1,997). There were three steps for analyses: correlation, parallel latent growth curve model, tests of indirect effects of the mediation paths. Covariates included in the models were husbands and wives' characteristics (age, education, work status, chronic diseases, marital satisfaction, contact frequency with friends or neighbors) and couple's household income. Results showed husbands' and wives' life satisfaction and grip strength were interdependent upon each other. Also, exercise participation of both husbands and wives was associated with both husbands' and wives' life satisfaction via the initial level of grip strength of husbands. Moreover, exercise participation of only husbands was associated with wives' life satisfaction through the initial grip strength of husbands. These results suggest the aging processes of middle and old-aged couples need to be understood in the context of gender dynamics and couple interdependence.

COMPARISON OF COMMUNICATION AND MOTHER-CHILD INTERACTION PATTERNS BETWEEN REACTIVE ATTACHMENT DISORDERED CHILDREN AND NORMAL CHILDREN (반응성 애착 장애아(反應性 愛着 障碍兒)와 정상아의 의사소통 및 모자 상호작용 유형 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare communication and mother-child interactions of reactive attachment disordered children with normal children. The subjects were 24 children and their mothers participated in this study'12 reactive attachment disordered children and mothers, 12 normal children and mothers. The mother and her child were brought into a p]lay room and the mother was instructed to play with her child as she normally would at home. The play situations were videotaped. Tapes were transcribed and transcribed data was analyzed with 13 mutually exclusive categories encompassing pragmatic functions represented in communication form the early stage of multiword speech in childhood. The tapes were analyzed with 10 behavioral mother-child interaction patterns. As the statistical method, t-test and correlation was calculated. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Reactive attachment disordered children used significantly fewer 'filler', 'information', 'requests', 'describes' and 'disscus self'. 2) Reactive attachment disordered children's mother used significantly fewer 'filler' and 'names'. 3) Reactive attachment disordered children used significantly more 'independent play', fewer 'intiates interaction', 'responsiveness' and 'answer' Reactive attachment disordered children's mother used more 'control play', 'observe' and fewer 'initiates interaction'. 4) Children's communication patterns were related lo mother·'s communication and mother-child interaction types. Children's 'filler', 'information requests', 'describes' and 'disscus self' were consistantly related to mother's 'filler' and 'names', (Children's 'filler', 'information requests', 'describes'. 'disscus self' and mother-child's intiates interaction 'responsivness' were significantly positively correlationed and 'independant play', 'control play', 'observation' were significantly negatively correlationed. The results of reveal that communication and mother-child interaction pattern of reactive attachment disordered group was different from normal group and children's communication pattern were influenced by mother's communication and interaction patterns.

  • 현재 사용되고 있는 풍력발전 예측 모델은 물리적인 시간변화에 따른 예측을 진행하고 있다. 제주도 풍력단지의 출력 값과 풍력단지 상호 거리에 대한 상관관계를 분석해본 결과, 거리가 가까울수록 높은 상관계수를 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 풍력 예측 모델에서 시간적인 특성뿐 아니라 공간적 특성을 같이 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 외 풍력발전 예측 모델을 분석을 수행하고, 풍력 예측 모델에 공간기법 적용의 필요성에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

장기관측자료 시계열분석을 통한 대수층 특성 평가

  • 경상북도 고령군 다산면, 천안시 풍세면 삼태리 및 부여 정동ㆍ자왕 지역의 장기수위관측 데이터 및 강수, 대기압 자료의 시계열 분석을 통하여 대수층의 함양특성 및 특히, 대기압에 대한 지하수위 변화 특성을 통한 대수층의 특성(properties) 유추 가능 여부를 보고자 하였다. 하천에 인접한 자왕지구의 경우 자기상관분석에 의하면 다른 세 지역에 비해 데이터 값이 안정적이지 못하며, 대기압 변화에 대한 상관분석에서도 낮은 상관성을 나타낸다. 강수에 대한 함양 특성을 상호상관분석을 통해 해 보았으나, 강설에 의한 영향인지 대체적인 지연시간이 길게 나타났다. 차후 장기적인 데이터 수집 및 분석을 통해 좀 더 정확한 대수층 특성을 밝히고자 한다.

Mediating effect of Intercultural Sensitivity on the relationship between Multicultural Awareness and Multicultural Acceptance (다문화 인식과 다문화 수용성의 관계에서 상호문화감수성의 효과)

  • Aim(s): This study aims to explore the relationship between multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance and sensitivity of nursing students in the midst of rapid changes in multiculturalism, and to explore the direction for improving multicultural awareness as health care workers in the future. A survey was conducted among 135 nursing students from two universities in one region, and 108 students, excluding random responses and dropouts, were the final subjects for analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and mediation effects were tested using SPSS and process Macros. The results confirmed a statistically significant relationship between multicultural awareness and multicultural acceptance (r=.572, p<.001). The relationship between mutual cultural sensitivity, multicultural acceptance (r=.650, p<.001) and multicultural awareness (r=.456, p<.001) also showed a significant positive correlation. In addition, the effect of mutual cultural sensitivity was confirmed in the relationship between multicultural awareness and multicultural acceptance. As a result, in the relationship between multicultural awareness and multicultural acceptability, intercultural sensitivity ranged from 0.188 to 0.554, and the 95% confidence interval did not include 0; thus, indirect effect was statistically significant. Considering these results, it was confirmed that it is important to increase multicultural awareness and intercultural sensitivity in order to increase multicultural acceptance.

Evaluation of e-learning in the anatomical education : The correlation between utilization frequency, satisfaction and academic achievement (해부학 가상강의에 따른 가상강의실 활용도, 만족도, 학업성취도 간의 상관관계)

  • 본 연구에서는 2007-2009년에 간호학과 및 스포츠과학부 해부학 강의에 있어 가상강의를 실시하였고 이에 따른 학생들의 가상강의 컨텐츠의 만족도와 가상강의실 활용빈도에 따른 학업성취도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 2007-2009학년도 1학기 해부학 강의를 가상강의 방식으로 수강한 2개 학과 231명을 대상으로 강의 종료 후 가상강의실 게시판 및 컨텐츠 활용 빈도, 개별 설문조사, 학기말 성적을 확보하여 상호간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 각 학과별 일반 특성을 보기 위하여 연속 변수의 경우 평균과 표준오차를, 범주형 변수의 경우 그 분포 퍼센트를 이용하여 제시하였다. 학과별로 모든 학생들의 총점을 3분위수로 구분하여 낮음, 중간, 높음으로 분류하였으며, 조사된 모든 변수들의 일반 선형성을 GLM 모델을 이용하여 검증하였다. 사후 검증은 최소자승법을 이용하여 실시하였으며, 이를 이용하여 각각의 세부 집단별 점수 차이에 대한 유의성을 평가하였다. 관련 항목들 간 상관성 분석을 위하여 스피어만 상관계수를 이용하여 p 값 0.05를 기준으로 유의성 검증을 실시하였다. 모든 통계분석은 SAS 9.12 버전을 이용하여 분석하였다. 설문 대상자들은 학과와 해부학 성적에 상관없이 가상강의 전반에 대해 높은 만족도를 가졌다. 해부학 성적이 좋을수록 가상강의실 접속횟수가 유의하게 높았다. 아울러 해부학 성적이 좋을수록 난이도가 낮고 흥미도는 높게 나타났다. 또한 평가 요인들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 가상강의의 만족도는 흥미도와 전공과의 연계성과 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 가상강의 게시판을 통한 과제물 관리, 질의응답에 대한 적절성에 대해서는 성적에 따라 일부 유의한 차이가 나타났으나 높은 만족도를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 건강 및 의료 전공자들을 위한 해부학 강의에 있어 가상강의의 도입과 적용은 성공적이었으며, 이는 해부학 전공 교수진이 매우 부족한 현실에서 해부학 강의의 질적 저하를 막고 효율적인 교육을 위한 대안이 될 것으로 판단된다. 단, 해부학 가상강의 컨텐츠의 개선, 자료 보강 및 가상강의의 접근성 확보는 시급히 개선해야할 과제로 남아 있다.
