Every year, the complexity and scale of disasters are growing. Cooperation between institutions must occur in order to adequately respond to urgent situations caused by these disasters. However, agencies and institutions tend to operate separately, which impose limitations to an integrated disaster response. To combat this problem, the subject of this study: 'Korean standardized integrated response system For disaster site' proposes to develop a response system that is applicable to disasters of all types and scales. Standard Formation, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), and Standard Terms have been developed to be applicable to various institutions and agencies. The necessity for legal and institutional support to actualize the standardized system is focused on. Utilizing a standardized integrated response system will enable a unified command and control structure at disaster sites, clarify each institution's response tasks, and allow clear and efficient communication among response entities. Ultimately, these benefits will improve efficiency and performance in disaster response efforts.

In these days startup became one of the most hot issue in business world. The problem is many startup couldn't overcome the valley of death. For this reason many startup want to funded by venture capital. However startup's business is trade secret itself, so they have to make strategic approach to venture capital. The purpose of study is to find the way to make strategic decision for startup. By analyzing the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's investment portfolio. Four famous venture capital(Sequoia capital, Lightspeed venture, Firstround and Khosla venture) and their seed invested startup Dropbox, Airbnb, Snapchat, Uber and Instacart was selected for this study. As a result, each venture capital has their own invest category characteristic and their seed funding belong to their category. Moreover, between seed funded startup and 36,4% of 244 past invented company shown vertical relationship, beside 0.5% of past 244 invested company shown horizontal relationship. This result shown the importance of the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's portfolio. Startup have to check the venture capital's portfolio for the strategic approach for funding and venture capital have to make mutual positive portfolio for decreasing the risk.

The purpose of this study is two folds; first. to identify the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction on trust and commitment. and second to examine the moderating effect of consumers' perceived equity created by various ways in which a company deals with his/her complaints. Our proposed model is empirically tested by a survey data collected from Internet shopping mall consumers who raised complaints. The simultaneous regression model is used to test the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction. To examine the moderating effect of equity, our study employs the group analysis of LISREL. The empirical result shows that customers' dissatisfaction. unless it is concerned with merchandise related dissatisfaction, influences on trust and commitment. Also, we find that consumers' perceived equity has a moderating effect on the relationship variables dissatisfaction and customer relationship variables including trust and commitment.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 게임 흡인요소를 매개로 유식학 수행단계와 행동수정방법간의 연관성을 밝혔다. 수행단계와 흡인요소간의 연관성 파악을 위하여 11가지 선심소를 기저범주로 놓고 Roget 시소러스를 이용하여 참조정보를 탐색한 곁과 선심소의 상세범주를 얻었다. 이것과 함께 게임 흡인요소 분류를 Roget 시소러스에서 같은 방법으로 탐색하여 수행단계와 게임 흡인요소의 대응관계를 확인하였다. 한편, 게임 흡인요소에 대응하는 행동수정방법은 문헌연구를 통하여 확인하였다. 이로써 게임 흡인요소 악영향 순화방안을 서구의 심리학이론인 행동수정방법과 함께 불친 심리학인 유식학 이론의 수행방법을 적용하여 상호보완적으로 생각할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 트래픽 상태를 기반으로 네트워크 패킷의 상호관계에 따라 트래픽을 제어하는 방화벽 모델을 제시한다. 기존의 방화벽은 단순한 필터링 메커니즘과 보안 정책으로 복잡하고 다양해진 네트워크 트래픽 패턴에 효과적으로 대응할 수 없었다. 그러나, 본 논문에서는 네트워크 트래픽의 정보를 정적인 상태 정보와 동적인 상태 정보로 구분하여 수집하고 이러한 정보를 보안 정책에 의하여 생성된 상태 그래프의 의사 결정에 반영함으로서 트래픽의 미세한 변화에도 효과적이고 다양한 대응을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, 트래픽 분석기, 네트워크 에이전트, 관리자 인터페이스로 구분함으로서 관리자 인터페이스의 형태와 위치의 독립성을 높임으로서 보다 효과적인 사용환경을 제공하도록 하였다.

Compromise is a conflict-resolution mechanism whereby both parties mutually make concessions and reach an agreement somewhere between their initial positions. In the process of a compromise, both parties may engage in three kinds of behaviors with respect to concessions. First, a party makes a concession in response to another's concession (a positive matching behavior). Second, a party makes a demand in response to another's demand (a negative matching behavior). Third, a party makes a concession/demand in response to another's demand/concession (a mismatching behavior). A situation is considered where a manufacturer intends to resolve a conflict with a distributor using a compromise. In this situation, a conceptual framework is addressed. This framework presents a set of variables affecting the likelihood that given a manufacturer's concession, the distributor engages in a positive matching behavior, Then, the framework explains how this positive matching behavior affects the distributor's commitment to the relationship with the manufacturer. Seventeen propositions are derived from the conceptual framework. Discussions on conflict-resolution strategies are developed on the basis of this framework.

2.3GHz 휴대인터넷 프로젝트그룹(PG302)에서는 차세대 성장동력으로 각광을 받고 있는 휴대인터넷 (WiBro) 기술의 상용 서비스에 대비하여 표준화를 성공적으로 추진해왔다. 국내 표준화를 위하여 2단계의 제정및 개정과정을 거쳐 2005년 말에 휴대인터넷 표준을 완성하였다. 또 국제 표준화를 위하여 광대역 무선 접속에 대한 표준화를 추진해온 국제표준화 기구인 IEEE 802.16 WG과 협력관계를 구축하여 WiBro 표준의 국제화를 성공적으로 달성했다. 현재는 WiBro 서비스를 경제적으로 제공하기 위해 요구되는 상호호환성 및 적합성 시험(IOT/RCT) 규격의 표준화를 활발히 진행하고 있다. 또 휴대인터넷과 다른 망과의 연동을 위한 표준, USIM 기반의 휴대인터넷 상호 인증 표준의 제정을 추진하고있다. 2006년부터는 관련 국제 표준화 움직임과 행보를 같이 하여, 시험 표준인 IOT/RCT 규격에 대한 국제 표준화도 추진할 예정이다. 또 향후 성능이 향상된 차세대 휴대인터넷 서비스의 제공을 위한 3단계 표준화도 함께 진행하여 ITU-R 등을 중심으로 국제적으로 이루어질 IMT-Advanced 표준화에 대응할 예정이다.

현재 멀티미디어 서비스 분야에서 핵심적인 기술로 부상되고 있는 MPEG-4는 고압축률을 제공하며, 그 자체 구조의 모든 요소을 기술하는데 객체지향적인 기법을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 통신망과 단말 환경에 잘 대응하고 강력한 상호작용을 지원함으로서 효과적인 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록, MPEG-4 시스템에 객체 관리기의 기능을 추가하도록 한다. 이 객체 관리기를 통해, 장면트리를 구성하는 객체들에 우선 순위를 부여하고 관리하며, 사용자 상호작용에 따른 장면트리의 변경 및 각 객체의 정보 및 버전들을 관리하도록 한다. 또한 객체간의 시간 관계 모델을 정의함으로서 동기화를 효과적으로 지원 할 수 있도록 한다.

정보의 상호운용성 확보를 위해서 여러 형태로 정의되어 있는 스키마들을 매칭하는 것은 반드시 필요한 작업이다. 워드넷은 영어의 의미 어휘목록으로 유의어 집단과 어휘 목록사이의 다양한 의미관계를 기록하여 자동화된 본문 분석과 인공지능 응용에 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 워드넷을 이용하여 스키마 엘리먼트 이름의 의미 집합을 추출하고 대응하는 엘리먼트 의미 집합과의 유사도를 측정함으로써 스키마 엘리먼트를 매칭하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 다중매칭된 복잡한 관계를 간단한 방법으로 단일매칭화함으로써 사용자가 직관적이고 용이하게 사용할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 데이터 통합, 변환, 분산 검색 등 정보의 상호운용이 필요한 다양한 분야에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

세계화의 진전으로 사실상 국가간 장벽이 없어짐에 따라, 전문직 자격에 있어서도 각국이 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 국제적 기준이 필요하게 되었고, 이에 따라 UIA는 건축사자격에 대한 국제 기준이랄 수 있는 '건축실무에 있어서의 전문성에 관한 국제기준 권장안(UIA Accord on Recommended International Standards for Professionalism in Architectural Practice, 1999)'을 발표하였다. 때마침 WTO에 의한 전문서비스분야의 시장개방문화와 함께 우리나라의 건축사제도에도 일대 변혁이 불가피하게 된 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 현안에 대한 신속한 대처를 위하여 UIA와의 관계정립이 필요하다는 판단하에 UIA 회원단체로서의 가입을 추진하는 한편, 구체적인 대안마련을 위한 연구를 진행하여 '건축사자격 상호인정에 따른 대응방안(1999.9)'을 발표하였고, '한중일 건축사협의회'를 설립, 3국의 공동대처방안을 모색하는 등 지속적인 노력을 기울여 왔다. 협회 뿐만 아니라 학회를 중심으로 한 건축학교과과정의 모델연구, 건교부와 건축3단체가 참여한 '건축사자격제도 개선방안에 대한 대응방안연구(2002.12)'등을 통하여 이미 5년이상의 건축학 교육과정이 신설되었고, 건축교육인증을 위한 인증원 설립준비가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 비단 세계화 혹은 무역자유화라는 현안에 대한 대응의 필요성 뿐 아니라 궁극적으로는 우리나라 건축교육의 질을 높이고 국제기준과 동등한 건축사제도를 갖춤으로써 건축사의 자질을 향상시켜 국제경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는데 목적이 있다 하겠다. 나라마다 건축사제도의 성립 과정과 배경이 다르지만, 대부분의 나라에서 건축사제도는 건축사단체에 의하여 운영되고 있다. 우리 협회도 최근에 진행되고 있는 인증원 설립을 위한 연구에 적극적으로 참여하여 주도적 역할을 담당하고 있기에, 관련 내용을 소개하여 회원여러분의 이해를 돕고자 한다.
